Did not get a redemption code
A creative cloud subscription was purchased yesterday, payment was processed, email confirmation with order number received, but no redemption code was received. My account online also does not show any record of ordering the subscription. Incredibly frustrating as I need to get photoshop installed tonight. Any help would be appreciated ASAP.
I have tried the chat help, but I just kept getting "we are busy message"
Phoning didn't work either. There is no CLEAR explanation of how to install these programs. Yes I have downloaded everything & installed
but I am being asked to enter either a serial number, or start a trial, neither of which correlates to me having just pre paid 1 year's fee to use these
programs. If Adobe is changing their business plan to make vast amounts of money out of me per year, then they should
be able to give me clear instructions on how to use their products, or have someone available to help.

Secondly, for all you guys who have bought from "JourneyEd" at unreallistically low prices, I just googled that and learned that it appears to be a disreputable company through and through. You may very well have gotten ripped off. Adobe has nothing to do with that.

I work for the County and we purchased a copy of Adobe Photoshop CS2 long ago. The person that did the order is no longer here. All I have is the CD Disk that is new but i did not know the key code is. Is there a way to get the keycode for this?
It would not work anyway. The activation servers have been retired and Adobe has provided a new CS2 download along with a new serial number for CS2 owners.

I have paid my subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro but can not install it… I always get an error message …also I did not receive any instalation code...
With the subscription you sign in with your Adobe ID that you used to order the subscription. By installation code, I assume you mean serial number. You do not get one with the subscription, but use your Adobe ID.

If your computer shipped with Mac OS X 10.7 or newer, log into the Mac App Store with the Apple ID used to register the computer, click on the Purchases tab, and download them.
If neither of these is applicable, buy them from the Mac App Store.

I want to start using the creative cloud programs but it has forced me to "start a trial" and looks like I need a redemption code to "license" the products on my computer for the next year. Where do I find or get this redemption code?
If you bought your subscription direct from Adobe, you should not need any codes, only your Adobe ID and password
-Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I just noticed that some of the movies I had in iTunes did not get transferred to the iPhone 5. The missing movies are shown as generic movie icons in the iTunes panel and are checked to select them. But they do not show up in iPhone Videos. How do I get the original movies to show up again and transfer to the iPhone? I recently upgraded Mac OS to 10.6.8
1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If you've exhaustively searched for the missing files and there is no prospect of repair by restoring to them to their original locations, or connecting to new ones, then delete that tracks that display both the missing exclamation mark and are of media kind Purchased/Protected AAC audio file. Don't hide from iTunes in the cloud when asked, close iTunes, then reopen. You can download from the cloud links or iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer > All songs > Download all.
2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. There is a hint that using the feature to downsample media as it is synced to a device may also be involved, though I've not replicated it. Whatever the reason a backup would protect your media.

It sounds like you have photos in your Photo Stream that you would like to download. The photos are not actually stored on your Apple TV, it sounds like they are being displayed from your Photo Stream. Please read over the attached article for information on your Photo Stream and how to download these photos.

Because your Mac and PC have more storage than your iOS devices, you can choose to download all of your My Photo Stream photos automatically.
In iPhoto or Aperture preferences on your Mac, select Photos (or Photo Stream) > My Photo Stream > Automatic Import. All of your photo stream photos will import into your Events, Projects, Photos, Faces, and Places folders in iPhoto or Aperture.
On your PC with My Photo Stream on in the Control Panel, all of your photos will import intoC:\\Users\<user name>\Pictures\iCloud Photos\My Photo Stream

I am having problems setting up a new 7th gen IPod NAN or both my Windows 7 and Windows Vista PCs. When first connecting I did not get the setup screens and cannot sync existing media. The NANO assumed the name of a previously installed IPod touch and resetting does not clear this name. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes.updating driver software and resetting the NANO without any success
