It’s great to see that you’re taking advantage of the My Best Buy bonus points for reviewing products on BestBuy.com! I also appreciate you pre-ordering your games at Best Buy. With that said, I do apologize for any confusion you’ve endured if you’re not seeing points for both the reviews, as well as the Get $10 promotion.
Both of these promotions usually take up to 20 days for the points to appear on your account. Shadow of Mordor came out 9/30, so it may be a few days yet before you’ll see those points. In regards to the product reviews, there are a few reasons you may not see your points, aside from the fact that it can also take up to 20 days. First, the review must be approved and published to receive the points. Also, a maximum of 8 reviews (total 200 points) will be awarded per calendar year per member. Lastly, your My Best Buy membership does need to be attached to your BestBuy.com account to receive the points.
I’m hoping these details help clear up why you’re not seeing any points yet in these two instances! Please don’t hesitate to send me a private message if you’re not seeing the 500 points from your Shadow of Mordor pre-order after 20 days of having picked up your copy, or it being shipped.

    I was able to place an order for the new 3DS XL MM Edition via bestbuy.com. My order shows processing so all seems well. My question is in regards to when this will ship? I usually use amazon.com for online preorders as they are shipped so that they arrive on release day. Is this the same with bestbuy.com? If not, would it be possible to switch to in-store pickup so that I can get the item on release day? Thanks.

    I have one iphone 5 16 gb white colour with me and its in still under warranty and my phone was fallen down by chance and it got turned off totally and not even switched on also then i went to apple authorised service center for regarding the same . then service center people said that sir you need to submit your phone , after that i left my phone to service center and after two days i have got one call from service center that sir your phone is under phisical damaged condition so u will not be abel to get warranty from apple this will cover under paid replacement and you need to talk to apple customer care also regarding this .same .
    Then i called up to apple customer care and they said sir  we have got some images from the service center regarding your phone and we found that your logic board is damaged from inside and you would not be abel to get the paid replacement also you need to buy a new phone on stock price i was shocked on that time why would i pay 40 to 50 thouasnd again on iphone if its not that much stronger to take bit of imapcts like this
    I had talked numbers of time to service center also but they all are denied against the complainst
    if any body is there how can help me out regarding this so pls register my complaint and help me out from this highly dissatisfied service from apple .

  • Pre-order points missing and pre-ordering problems at the store level.

    During the week of July 6th-July 12 there was an ad for pre-ordering certain movies and getting 100 bonus points for each movie.  On July 12th I pre ordered Rio 2, The Amazing Spiderman 2, and Transformers:AOE (Steelbook edition).  The employee was able to successfully pre-order Rio 2 using the provided in store pre order card but had difficultly pre ordering Spiderman 2 and Transformers.  Rio 2 and Spiderman 2 had set release dates while at that time Transformers did NOT have a release date until recently.  These pre-orders were done in three different transactions. 
    Picking up Rio 2 on 7/15 was not a problem.  The employee did an exchange in the system.  The 100 bonus points never posted.
    The Amazing Spiderman 2 had a lot of problems.  The employee thought I already bought it and picked it up on 7/12 when I went to pick it up on 8/19 (the release date).  At the time of the pre order purchase, there was no announcement of the BB exclusive Magno pack for the same price as the regular blu ray release.  Again the employee did a return/rebuy.  This employee also stated that the employee who processed the pre-orders Spiderman and Transformers did it incorrectly since it looks like she did it as a normal transaction instead of a pre-order.  The points have yet to be posted.
    Transformers: AOE (Steelbook edition) now has an official release date of 9/30.  My question is will the system allow for employee to process the pre-order pick up since it is outside of the 45 day window?  I am hoping it won't be but seeing how the employees have been processing pre-orders incorrectly when picking them up I expect problems when doing so. 
    I have also noticed a price drop for transformers (6760435) from the time I pre-ordered it on 7/12.  Will the employees be able to adjust the price and give me the difference?
    Not all stores carry the pre-order cards making this a difficult process for everyone (it takes me on average 30 minutes to pick up 1 pre-order instead of in and out within 5 mins like usual) because someone didn't do it correctly the first time.  So my question is, how should employees process a pre-order if there is NO Pre-Order card in store??  I would love to continue to pre-order at best buy, but am getting tired of having employees screw up my pre-order.

  • Pre-order purchased but not downloaded; no pre-order email and purchases not on cloud. Help?

    I purchased a pre-order for an album back in September, with a release date of Oct. 29. On Oct. 29, the album was displayed as "purchased" on the iTunes Store yet it did not download. I did not receive a pre-order email and the purchase was not on the cloud.

    If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then it should show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If it doesn't show there then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes find it ?

    Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out.  I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

    I go directly to iCloud and no contact inside it!
    My que is how to upload the contacts from my iphone 5s to my account on icloud.com?

    I believe I understood you, but back up has nothing to do with whether you can sync contacts or not.
    Contact syncing requires you enable syncing at settings > iCloud > contacts, if that isn't working follow my previous suggestions.
    You can't visit iCloud.com from a mobile device.

  • Missing "pre order points" for Shadow of Mordor.

    I've recently received Shadow of Mordor, I had the game pre ordered, but I'm positive that I didn't receive the 500 bonus points for pre ordering. I can't tell if they're pending or what with the new system, and I can't report those points missing through the "report missing points" menu.
    Can I get some help with that?

    It can generally take up to 20 days for points to post to a member's My Best Buy™ and Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor was only released a few days ago (9/30/2014), so it might be a few more days before any points officially post to your account.  As far as I can tell though, your pre-order should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus points.  If you do not see 500 bonus points post to your account within 20 days, then please send me a private message and I will see what I can do.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button in my signature.

  • Did not receive Ticketmaster pre-sale code!!!

    I pre-ordered the Interpol album, Our Love to Admire, and downloaded it today. When I got the first email from Apple telling me about the pre-sale, it said I would get a pre-order code when I downloaded the album.
    Well, it's almost 12 hours later and I still haven't gotten the code--and the pre-sale starts tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
    I remember when I did this with Tori Amos I received the pre-sale code a week later, but tickets haven't gone on sale so I haven't really cared.
    Has anyone else received their Interpol pre-sale code yet???
    Or know what I could do? I know my e-mail is not blocking Apple because I've received all their other e-mails telling me to pre-order, etc.

    Do the Smashing Pumpkin tickets go on sale tomorrow (Wed. July 11) as well? Maybe there's something going on, like we won't get the code until right before they go onsale? Although if that were the case, I'd hope Apple would have told us about it.
    This really does suck. The only reason I bought the Interpol CD thru iTunes and not in the store--where the special edition had many more bonus tracks--was because of the pre-sale code.
    Seems like a bait-and-switch on Apple's part if they don't provide what they promised. I don't think that's exactly legal, or ethical.

    Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
    It sounds like you have photos in your Photo Stream that you would like to download. The photos are not actually stored on your Apple TV, it sounds like they are being displayed from your Photo Stream. Please read over the attached article for information on your Photo Stream and how to download these photos.

    Because your Mac and PC have more storage than your iOS devices, you can choose to download all of your My Photo Stream photos automatically.
    In iPhoto or Aperture preferences on your Mac, select Photos (or Photo Stream) > My Photo Stream > Automatic Import. All of your photo stream photos will import into your Events, Projects, Photos, Faces, and Places folders in iPhoto or Aperture.
    On your PC with My Photo Stream on in the Control Panel, all of your photos will import intoC:\\Users\<user name>\Pictures\iCloud Photos\My Photo Stream

  • My new 7th gen NANO cannot be connected on either my Windows 7 or VISTA PCs. I have updated to ensure I have the latest iTunes version. When connecting I did not get the setup screens but the NANO assumed the identity of an older IPod. I have reset

    I am having problems setting up a new 7th gen IPod NAN or both my Windows 7 and Windows Vista PCs. When first connecting I did not get the setup screens and cannot sync existing media. The NANO assumed the name of a previously installed IPod touch and resetting does not clear this name. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes.updating driver software and resetting the NANO without any success

    Purchased as new at Best Buy. As far as I know it was noever formatted prior to my purchase
