Did not make Nokia PC Suite default after updating...

I didn't chose Nokia PC Suite as my default in USB cable, after updating it..it says "update c0mplete" and my phone suddenly on an empty or blank screen and restarts by itself...after turning it and hears the start up tone..it goes on a blank screen and after 5 sec. it turns off, i didn't kn0w what to do bec. when i do connect the cable to restore the files after updating, it doesnt makes sense coz it still on a blank screen and turn it off again by itself.. =( any one who can help me?please..

My method of installing latest free maps is .
One check your phone is offered free maps both by model and firmware
Two install new maps software .
Three delete old maps its the cities folder .
Four download the new maps via map loader . He map loader normally deletes the old maps before installing the new maps .

it sounds like your work changed something on their network. Try asking your IT people if they recently blocked any ports related to remote management or changed their firewall settings to block incoming connections.

Billed for calls I did not make

I recently received my bill and noticed 550 calls made against my Broadband Internet Phone (£177). I definitely did not make any them and no one else has access to my premises. I have not used my Internet Phone for the last 2 years so how come if they are meant to deactivate it after 90 days I have suddenly got billed for any calls ?
I have tried with the Help lines and they are completely useless firstly accusing me of lying and secondly treating me in a very condescending and patronising manner. They keep harping on about having found no problems with my line etc but I know that.
I have downloaded all the numbers of the calls made and suggested to BT that they contact the regular/frequent use ones to see who they have received calls from but I'm afraid this seems beyond their investigative capability.
Any help or guidance would be welcome.

I need to speak to a person. My bank card has been charged over $500 in fees from Itunes that I did not make. I spoke to someone in India on 7/22 gave them permission to take over my computer and that is what he said.

I need to speak to a person on the phone. I talke to someone in India on 7/22 I have him total control of my computer he went into my bank account and could see all the charges. His name was Amhit something, he said there was over $500 in charges that I did not make since over a year this has been happening. I tried before to address this with apple but I never get a person and the amounts are always small and then on 7/22 I got a larger charge so I called and somehow got Amhit. Amhit changed my apple password to he could get into my account but I didn't know what it was and I have not been able to do anything in itunes since 7/22 but yet today 8/1 there is a $6.39 charge on my bank card. The previous day the amounts were both 109.99. The day before that they were 139.99 and 99.99. I have tried to contact ITunes, but no answer. I have had the same problem with a credit card that I have never used at Apple. The amount was $21.23 and was described "MC Authorization 00112507 APL*APPLEITUNES STORE 2010-04-07 12.31.59" Apple's email help desk couldn't help me because the card isn't one of my stored cards. I was told to contact my bank.

Check the General -> Restrictions settings and see if perhaps the iTunes app is turned off there. If not, the app may have been inadvertently moved to another home screen or dropped into a folder. Do a search for the app or try resetting the Home screen layout: Choose General > Reset, then tap Reset Home Screen Layout.

Hi,
Using another PC, download the application on the following link and save it to your Downloads folder.
PC Login Now
When the download has completed, open your Downloads folder and double-click the installer - this will result in another file appearing which is the disc image ( .ISO ) that you need to burn to a CD.
You will now need to use an application such as ImgBurn to burn this ISO correctly to a blank CD - a guide on using ImgBurn to write an ISO to a disc is Here.
Insert the CD into your PC you can't log in to and restart to boot from the disc.
