Hi, I use iphone 4 version 4.3.3 (8J2). I have downloaded my ICICI bank's application 'iphone imobile'. It asks for an activation code which it instructs to send a text message 'imobile iphone' to 5676766. I have done that umpteen times but problem is that i don't receive any reply. I have faced a similar problem while receiving activation code for another application 'Whatsapp', but fortunately Whatsapp gives an option of receiving activation code through alternate mode so i got the activation code through mail. Unfortunately ICICI Bank gives the activation code ONLY through a text message.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

DId not receive Gift Card for a cancelled order

Hello,
A month ago I placed an order for in-store pickup at store 536 in Manchester, NH. The store had an issue with the order and sold the item instead of holding it for me to pickup. I called the CS line and after explaining my frustration the order was cancelled and refunded and the customer service representative agreed to send a $5 gift card for the trouble, even providing me with a confirmation number. He said the gift card would arrive in 8-10 business days. It has been a month now and the gift card has not been received. I would like this issue to be resolved. I have the confirmation number as well as the order number it is related to and would be happy to provide this info to a Mod.

Made a purchase on 12/22/2013 for $880.75 which is correctly displayed on the BB website. However, on the app, My Best Buy shows the purchase was only $90 and rewarded me 81 points. Please advise. Thanks.

The reason why the purchase total and points may not appear to be correct when you login to your My Best Buy™ account is because the purchase you made on 12/22/2013 was applied to a no interest for 24 months promotional financing offer. On 7/31/2013, a change to the program terms went into effect that basically says a member can either choose points OR promotional financing, but not both. That purchase should still have countered toward reaching Elite and Elite Plus status.
