Did Not Receive CD After Paying For Technology Tracks Subscription

My customer in Taiwan didn't receive the Technology Tracks after he payed for the subscription 2 months ago.The linkage of 'Start Your Subscription Today'does not work,so I can not advice what's next to my customer.Neither do I know what's next for me to help complete the process.Pls reply to advice.Thanks.

    Description
         There is a communication failure between Aggregator server and other managed servers. One of the managed servers failed to send statistics to the managed server on which Aggregator is running.

         Communication failure between managed servers.
    Action
         Wait for some time and try again.

  • TS1424 How do I stop an automatic download that I did not know I was paying for and have not opened for months yet I am still paying for months.

    I am paying for a magazine subscription that i did not know I had ordered (thought it was a free view). Now I get charged monthly and don't even read it. Let me know how I stop this auto-crap please.

    If you are not able to find an 'unsubscribe' option, you can always sumbit a request to iTunes Support, as they are the ones who handle your account. They will respond to you via email to follow up until the issue is resolved. I have included a link to this form below.

    I tried phoning them today but it said something about being iPhone only hotline. I am busy all week so I will just go into the store with my receipt next week-end to see them I guess.
    I did get the education discount and they took my student card so they must have just forgotten the app store card. Hopefully they will be ok with it...

    If your device does not charge anymore, this might be hardware related and the phone has to be checked. Visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store, or contact Apple Support to get it serviced.

    Your serial number can also be found in iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices. Move the mouse pointer over the listed backup and the info will show up.

  • Can't make or receive calls after paying for subsc...

    I've just paid for my Skype subscription and it says that it's now active and ready to use, however everytime I try to make a call it doesn't allow me to and states that i have to get a subscription. I am calling to numbers under the subscription policy (unlimited calls in the UK and Ireland). 
    What can I do to resolve this??

    My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now.  About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

    2 Days ago I purchased the Photoshop Photography Program Adobe CC package for $9,99/month with my credit card.  At that stage I already had Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5.4 installed as trial versions.  After the transaction was completed I clicked on a 'download' button next to transaction on the 'transaction history' screen.  When the download was completed and I accessed PS a message appeared on my screen telling me it is a trial version with 30 days left.  I did not receive a key or a confirmation e-mail.  My order number is: AD001323687AP.  Thank you.       

    you don't use keys/serial numbers with cc.  you use your adobe id to activate your trials to full versions.
