Did not receive full balance of iTunes card

Redeemed $10 iTunes card, but only received $2 credit. Checked purchase history and there were no recent purchases or outstanding balances. Where did the $8 go?

When it hit my report it only has given me her history of payments since the beginning of 2014. So I'm missing around 5 years of history with that account. Has anyone had this issue before? If so what did you do?Haven't heard of that before with BOFA.  That's awkward, I'd wait for another month or two to see if a further update fixes it but otherwise I'd probably airstrike it and then readd it as a test, but not sure a 7 month old tradeline really does you any good.

    The receipt usually takes more time to receive. I got my receipt from about 7:00pm yesterday at about 10:00pm today.

    The gift card was from Apple and on campus venders. If you bought the Mac from someone else, then you didn't qualify. If you did buy from Apple or an official on campus Apple partner, speak directly to them.

    To petition for refunds, you need to go to expresslane.apple.com > itunes > itunes store > billing and accounts
    I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells

  • I did not receive a key after my transaction.

    2 Days ago I purchased the Photoshop Photography Program Adobe CC package for $9,99/month with my credit card.  At that stage I already had Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5.4 installed as trial versions.  After the transaction was completed I clicked on a 'download' button next to transaction on the 'transaction history' screen.  When the download was completed and I accessed PS a message appeared on my screen telling me it is a trial version with 30 days left.  I did not receive a key or a confirmation e-mail.  My order number is: AD001323687AP.  Thank you.       

    you don't use keys/serial numbers with cc.  you use your adobe id to activate your trials to full versions.
