Did not receive items ordered

I ordered by credit card on 12/10/14 two color cartridges.  The transaction was processed on my credit card but I did not receive my order.  How long does it take for delivery?  How can I check the status of an order?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post ( serial numbers and case details).

  • I have made an in-app purchase, but did not receive the item.

    I purchased some pro-cash for Tiger Woods golf on the iPad, through an in-app purchase. However, I did not receive the relevant credits, but was charged in full and received my iTunes Store invoice to confirm this.
    I have followed the instructions provided in the support guide on how to 'Report a problem' but the links don't function the way the guide says they shoudl and there are no contact details for the vendro (EA Games). How do I go about escalating this properly?

    To petition for refunds, you need to go to expresslane.apple.com > itunes > itunes store > billing and accounts
    I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells

  • How can i request for a credit refund for items i did not received?

    i find this very inconvenient on my part since this case happened to me. i have already made several case report problem and yet i did not received any feedback from apple itunes.
    is there anyway i can message itunes to follow up on this case since i find the "report a problem" button very worthless since it did not prompt to itunes support for the problem that i have reported.
    for me, they are only good on collecting money from itunes users. they dont care on the welfare of their users. :(

    With the subscription you sign in with your Adobe ID that you used to order the subscription. By installation code, I assume you mean serial number. You do not get one with the subscription, but use your Adobe ID.

  • I did not receive a key after my transaction.

    2 Days ago I purchased the Photoshop Photography Program Adobe CC package for $9,99/month with my credit card.  At that stage I already had Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5.4 installed as trial versions.  After the transaction was completed I clicked on a 'download' button next to transaction on the 'transaction history' screen.  When the download was completed and I accessed PS a message appeared on my screen telling me it is a trial version with 30 days left.  I did not receive a key or a confirmation e-mail.  My order number is: AD001323687AP.  Thank you.       

    you don't use keys/serial numbers with cc.  you use your adobe id to activate your trials to full versions.
    in ps and lr, click help>sign in..
