Did not receive Dying Light Pre-order DLC for PS4

I have read the terms of the DLC and the delays to receiving it, but I am worried as some people seemed to have gotten their codes already whether it was via email or receipt without a problem if they did an in store pre-order with the Dying Light pre-order card or from the gaming kiosk. At my Best Buy stores, whenever I pre-order or do something for store pickup, I get the standard white sheet of paper that prints off a copier unlike a regular store purchase which has a receipt generated from the register. I normally never have to worry about DLC as the games I get don't tend to offer codes. However, this game offered DLC and I did not get an email yet and was worried that I won't receive my DLC. I can provide any account information to include order number to verify my explanation. To petition for refunds, you need to go to expresslane.apple.com > itunes > itunes store > billing and accounts
I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells

HELP - not receiving sms on android after using ichat

For the past 3 months, I have lost the ability to receive SMS texts about once a month.
The first time it happened right after I sent somone an ichat on my ipad. Up until then, I had not used ichat for about one year, which is when I went from an iPhone to an android (and I have not used it since then either). I did some research online and found some suggestions on how to fix the issue. A few forums suggested removing my cell phone # from my Apple Support profile. A few others said to change my apple password. I did both and my messages started coming in about 3 days after they stopped.
About 3 weeks later, I stopped receiving them again. I looked at my Apple Support profile and found that my cell phone # had been added back in. Thinking that maybe Apple has some job that runs every so often and repopulates information on blank fields, I removed my cell phone # again and entered a bogus #.
Couple days ago I stopped receiving texts again. I looked at my Apple Support profile and found that the bogus # is still listed so that was not what fixed it the first time.
I have called ATT (my carrier) repeatedly and they have tried to trouble shoot my problem with no success. They suggest that it's only something that Apple can fix. I have also called Apple and they suggest that it's an ATT issue. No one has been able to help me. It really surprises me that this is not a known issue with a fix.
So here is the problem in a nutshell:
I am not receiving sms texts on my android, from anyone at all.. doesn't matter what kind of phone they have or who their carrier is.
I DO receive mms texts.
All of my texts are going through no probelm.
Does anyone have any clue how I can stop this from happening every few weeks? I want to stick with my current phone until the next iPhone comes out. Any leads on this issue are greatly appreciated!

I just don't understand what you mean by "invites". What kind of "invite" did you send "from another gmail to gmail"?
What about a simple email? Do you receive simple email messages to that address?

Not receiving sms texts and cant open BBM messages!!! PLEASE HELP

I am not receiving SMS texts although I know people have been sending them to me. I've had friends text me to see and they dont come through. I am also receiving BBM messages but cannot open them in my messenger! I really only communicate via these two means and really need help! I hate the people at the Sprint store and DO NOT want to have to go there...again.

Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account and request another email.

When i send an e-mail with attachments to one of my contacts, they says they did not receive.

When I send an e-mail with a pdf attachment, my boss says she did not receive it. My SENT folder indicates that the e-mail and attachments were sent. I have not received an error message and I have checked the e-mail address 6 times. My bosses' e-mail address is in my contacts.
No one else is complaining about this.

Post CUPS 8.5(3) upgrade getting CUPC "did not receive your message because it could not be delivered".

I upgraded CUPS from 7.0(2) to 8.5(3) and now CUPC 7.1(1a) clients can’t chat each other, they now get the following message.
Rose, Bob did not receive your message because it could not be delivered. (3:14 PM)
Wireshark shows response back from CUPS server ip as 408 Request Timeout.
Only the server was upgraded, not the clients.

After several hours with Cisco TAC we found CSCsl63971 (case-sensitivity on proxy domain causes CUPC problems) and were able to resolve the issue so users can continue to use CUPC 7.1(1)

I have been successfully sending out e-mails to all people listed in a Group Address but yesterday only some of the people received their mail. Today I split the list, 25 in each Group Address, again, the same people did not receive their e-mail. Why?

I have been successfully sending out e-mails each month to about 50 people whose addresses are listed under a Group Name. Yesterday about half of the e-mails were received, the other half weren't. So I tried splitting the group into 2 separate Groups, again the list who didn't receive the first mailing again did not receive the second mailing. There does not seem to be anything that connects the recipients or non-recipients. They have a mix of providers, it was not just the first half of list that was affected, it appears to be totally random. Any suggestions?

Are those from NDRs someone in your organization received, or are they from NDRs received by a sender outside your organization?
Is 68.232.130.28 your IP address? The IP address resolves to the name esa2.firstam.iphmx.com. Is that a MX for the recipient's domain?
