Account was automatically billed for additional minutes,, I do not want more minutes-trying to use the ones i currently have., Cannot find Skypes number to call to get corrected. Need help

i'm seeing two possibilities here ; (1) the emails you received could be fake or phishing emails (2) or your account may have been hacked.
for now, I suggest that you immediately change your password, then contact customer service for further assistance;

Did you just apply for an account or did you try to upload a book? If you are simply setting up an account, they won't ask you for an ISBN number. They will, however, ask for your tax ID number. After your account is activated, then any time you upload a new book, you will need to supply an ISBN number. Since each book has a unique ISBN, they don't need those numbers to initially set up your account. I hope that helps.

I don't find this service very useful as documents converted to Word is not really usable when trying to do changes and amendments to the document.

A month ago I started getting messages when I opened CS6 asking me to continue a trial of Photoshop CC I had not requested this. It seems that it may have come down via an update.
Today I cannot open CS6 and get the message from CC to buy the product which I do not want.

Paul cb. I get the same error message (9), which relates to an apparent dropping of the USB connection. I have now tried 3 different usb cables on 2 different mac's, same result.
Reading as much as I can understand, there appears to be a dependance on an SHSH signature file. I have never Jailbroken any of my apple hardware, but there is much information that can be gleaned from the associated writings.
I am not a genius my any means, but it appears as though (iMhO) that somehow the files (or some of them) on the iPad have become corrupted and the all important SHSH file is not there. This causes iTunes to have no reference point for restoring the iPad. Also, it is not possible to force a new firmware (Option click restore in itunes) without an SHSH file, this results in an error that says that the iPad is not eligible for this version ... or something like that.
MY problem is that in Dubai we do not have an Apple Genius bar and that you guys and gals are the closest I will get to an Apple Genius. The iPad was purchased for me in the States when my daughter was visting there so, I am pretty much sitting on a brick right now ... (my wife has annexed my iPad 2 until I can fix her iPad 1 .... sighs).
Unless there are any other tactics that you guys can suggest (without Jailbreaking) then I think I may be at the end of the road ..

It doesn't look like you currently have an active Skype calling subscription. Instead you have been using Skype credit to pay as you go recently. You can verify this via the "Usage" also on your Skype web account page.

Inbox comes up when as the first option on internet home page. I do not want it and did not request it. It is not in my programmes list and I desperately want to get rid of it and get back to Google. How??

Samsung tv not seeing all contacts in Skype accoun...

Hi, just purchased a Samsung 60" plasma with the camera built in PS60E8000GM. it supports Skype and I have managed to log in using my existing Skype account. The problem is only around 15 of the contacts I have on the skype are shown showing on the TV.

I am having the same problem. The only thing that is odd is this
- started with X number of photos stored locally on MacBook.
- got a Buffalo NAS and moved the X photos and about 1K more onto the NAS
- imported all photos into iPhoto and can see them all there
- file names are all normal... ie. PICT000001.jpg
- there are jpg files that have synched to the ATV successfully
- I created a new album (appletv) and iTunes doesn't list it as an album that I can synch from
- moved all of those photos to an album that iTunes is listing, but it isn't registering the new photos
- I traced the good files back to source (just in case they are still sitting local to the MacBook) and it appears that all photos, good and bad are on the NAS
I am at a complete loss here...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Having a problem with Add-ons I did not install and now can't uninstall.

Lately I have experienced problems with re-directing and other issues with Mozilla. I looked in my add-ons list and there are several things there that i did not add manually. (I have been having much trouble with ITunes and noticed a plug in in mozilla and want to know if it is necessary.) Is there a way to keep this from happening? I have been using mozilla for years and liked it when I could do a basic install without any add-ons that I did not request. Here is a list of the things that are troubling me - I am sure a few may be necessary. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me with this?

There are apparently purchases made within December and January that I have not requested nor authorized. I purchased an Itunes card and placed the money in my account.
