DId the i0s7 update and was forced to restore and now it says 9 hours

All was going well with the update and then I got the screen to plug into itune and then it said I need to restore. So I clicked restore and now it is saying 9 hours. is this correct?  I dont know what to do.

Unfortunately I have the same problem, since yesterday.
