Didn't get pre order dlc for 3-4 of my games

I preordered grand theft auto five for Xbox one along with WWE and far cry 4 on the same day and never got my bonuses. And I also believe I didn't get assassins creed unity as well. I have made no contact with Best Buy themselves and was wondering if this has also happened to others or what I can do to get this resolved. I checked my emails where I usually get the pre ordered items. Thank you!

Did not receive Dying Light Pre-order DLC for PS4

I have read the terms of the DLC and the delays to receiving it, but I am worried as some people seemed to have gotten their codes already whether it was via email or receipt without a problem if they did an in store pre-order with the Dying Light pre-order card or from the gaming kiosk. At my Best Buy stores, whenever I pre-order or do something for store pickup, I get the standard white sheet of paper that prints off a copier unlike a regular store purchase which has a receipt generated from the register. I normally never have to worry about DLC as the games I get don't tend to offer codes. However, this game offered DLC and I did not get an email yet and was worried that I won't receive my DLC. I can provide any account information to include order number to verify my explanation. Please expedite this so I can get a better understanding on what I need to do next as this has never happened to me before? Thank you.

Sorry...yes it was an online BBY order for store pickup and I thought I mentioned that but I guess I didn't elaborate. I went to the store to pick up my item and now I am past the 8 hour warning. I am referring to the PS4 DLC for Ninja and Secret Agent.

I was told if I preordered the titanfall bundle I got the $10 bonus. I preordered and had it shipped to me. It's been more than 20 days so I'm reaching out for a BB rep to fix it. Take it back for a refund it is "activation locked" to the original owners Apple ID and password.

If you already created an Apple ID, you have to enter a credit card in order to use that ID now. If you don't have a credit card at all, you will have to create a new Apple ID to use without a credit card and you will need to have another email address in order to do this.
First you will have to sign out of your current ID in Settings> iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. You can tap the ID and tap Sign Out. Now you can proceed with creating a new Apple ID according to the instructions in here.

You are saying that you don't have a credit card, but if you had one, you could enter the credit card in order to use the ID that you already created, but you never have to use it. You can use gift cards or just download free content. But unless you create the ID as outlined above, you must enter payment details.

Missing "pre order points" for Shadow of Mordor.

I've recently received Shadow of Mordor, I had the game pre ordered, but I'm positive that I didn't receive the 500 bonus points for pre ordering. I can't tell if they're pending or what with the new system, and I can't report those points missing through the "report missing points" menu.
Can I get some help with that?

It can generally take up to 20 days for points to post to a member's My Best Buy™ and Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor was only released a few days ago (9/30/2014), so it might be a few more days before any points officially post to your account. As far as I can tell though, your pre-order should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus points. If you do not see 500 bonus points post to your account within 20 days, then please send me a private message and I will see what I can do. I picked up my pre order of thief today after I installed it I entered the code for the DLC and it tells me the code has already been used, I also tried it on xbox.com and I got the same message

Thanks for the thought... ordered direct from Apple. I'm on AT&T, so I called them to work through their network. They said they couldn't help me until I cancelled my orders through Apple. Talked to an Apple store rep, and they said they had a customer that tried that - cancelled orders, then drove to store only to find they were not eligible for an upgrade. She called AT&T, and they had no solution, and said that sometimes it takes 48 to 72 hours for the system to reinstate upgrade eligibility.....I would have originally ordered from AT&T, but couldn't get into their website, so ordered through Apple - mistake.

The owner of wi-fi R7443 has the password. Ask them for it if you know them. If you don't know them or know who owns wi-fi R7443 then you have no reason to use it.
Most people have their own wi-fi network at their home and use it for their laptops and phones.

Should apple introduce a pre order service for existing customers?

After buying a large number of apple products I as wondering if Apple should start letting us loyal customers get first option on new devices, with iPad 3 not a million miles away I don't think it's right that people can buy them and them sell them on eBay for a profit when we miss out.
New customers are always good but it's people who buy 3 or 4 producs that keep it all going

This is a pre-order to be received on or around the 10th. These orders, though, will be filled before Feb 10 orders are filled, and are therefore more likely to have enough stock to satisfy demand.

Pre ordered twice for the same number?

I pre ordered from att first. I didnt think it went through so i ordered from apple and got a email right away. Now it says i pre ordered from att on 6/16 when i ordered on 6/15. i spoke to a att and they said i would be getting both iphones and it shouldnt delay or interfear with the delivery time? Is all this true?

The same thing happened to me, except my Apple order was for one phone and my AT&T order was for three phones. So, one of my phone numbers had two phones pre-ordered... one from each company. I called AT&T to switch one of the phones to another number on my plan, but they wouldn't allow any changes to the original order except cancellation of the entire order. I told them I was concerned my Apple order would be cancelled which I definitely don't want to happen since it is the only one that has a confirmed June 24 delivery. She told me I would probably receive two phones for the one number and would eventually be charged the full price for the second phone. She said I would have to return the phone to avoid being charged full price.

There may not be pre-orders at all, they are not offering them in the USA.
It goes on sale in the UK on the 25th March and that is probably when the UK Apple Store will start to take orders.
There are no pre-orders in the USA for the iPad, it goes on sale on the 11th March and that is when you can order one on the Apple Store, no reason to think Apple UK will do any different.
My guess is that you can walk into an Apple Store on the 11th and buy one, or order one online on the 11th and it will be delivered within a few days if stock permits.
