Didn't receive my Wii U guarantee online.
Two weeks ago on August 23-25 I bought a Wii U on Best Buy, I'm from Mexico and I decided it was better and cheaper to buy one in the USA.
I bought a guarantee and I was told I would receive a copy online if I gave them my email, but I didn't received anything like that, just offers and advertisement.

Are you referring to a Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan? If so, then it's my understanding you should only receive your plan number and a notice confirming its purchase -- physical plan brochures are not provided when GSP plans are purchased online. You can, however, download a .PDF version of that documentation here:

I didn't receive my back to school 2012 gift card
I ordered a MBP Retina through the online education store on July 1 which comes a free $100 back to school gift card. The next day I received a shippment notification that says the gift card has shipped on July 2 and I will receive it on July 6. The problem is that it's been more than one week and I still didn't receive my gift card, and Apple has charged me $100 on my credit card. I have no idea what is going on and where my gift card is.
p.s. the carrier is DHL express, and there is no tracking number for the gift cardJust called the Apple customer service this morning, they said there is a delay in the shipping and the estimated delivery time is inaccurate. The gift card should arrive by the end of this week or next Monday, if not, they will just send me the redeem code via email. They also said the $100 that has been charged on my credit card will be deducted from the price of the MBP Retina eventually.
Just gonna wait and see what will happen next and Thanks for the help. -
I had purchase Skype gift cards several weeks ago. I just found out that I didn't receive the email when I tried to use them today. I had checked the spam box and there are not in it. Could it be possible to resend the gift card to me again?

Have you contacted the vendor from which you purchased the gift cards? Skype partners with a few different gift card and equipment providers.

I've purchased a new iPhone 5s and put my Apple ID on it for apps purchasing. But it required me to enter the answers for the security questions, however, I totally forgot the answers and tried many times with wrong answers. I tried to reset the security answers by sending to my alternative email but didn't receive any, even not showing in my Junk mails. Please send me the reset security answers email as i have $ 78 that can't be used. Nevertheless, I'm ready to answer and queries to guarantee that I'm the owner of the Apple account.

If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email address (an alternate email address is a different address/setting on your account) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I purchased an album and didn't receive all of the songs. I have iTunes 9.2.1 so I can't use the new 'Downloading past purchases" feature. How do I get the other songs? Using an Iphone 3Gs
Look under the Store menu in iTunes on your computer for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the tracks there to be downloaded.
If not, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department from their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form, or an "Email Us" button) and explain the problem to them.

I didn't receive the e-mail of the confirmation to be a developer
Yesterday, i bought the "Developer Program" for iOS, because i wanna get the Betas of the iOS 7, and i already payed for that, and they said that within 24 hours i would receiva an e-mail of the confirmation of my order to activate the "Developer Program". Today, i received an e-mail with my Apple invoice but i still didn't receive the confirmation of my order, and i'm waiting for that more than 30 hours. Why? And what can i do with my Apple invoice?
