Didn't sign up for premium but am being charged

I dont know if this is the place to post this but I am being charged for a spotify student subscription even though all my accounts still say free and i have no subscriptions. how do i fix this? i only want free i never gave anyone my card details to charge for spotify.

If you get in touch with the payments team through the online contact form, they can make sure none of your cards are charged again. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will be connected with an agent! :)

    Yesterday while listening to some album, the ads finally got me crazy so I signed up for premium - and there is the 30 days trial at first so I signed it up with my credit card. And it recognize my location at Malaysia.I download the whole album for offline listening and everything went pretty smooth until somewhere half an hour later... the whole album become not available. Sometime the error just say not availble (for no reason) and now it say not available in my country... Whatttt....? But I had been playing that for so long time and now you telling me it's not available at my country AFTER I signed up for premium?! Is this a joke / trolling / bug or what?I don't dare to download anymore tracks just in case they all become like this!

    All of the music is still on my computer, but when I play it through iTunes, it either buffers first (when I'm connected to the internet) or it is greyed out (offline) and I can't listen to it.
    This is beyond annoying. Is there anything I can do to sort this out?

    I found the solution .,,,
    1) click on your current plan and press done your payment details will appear .
    2) the first section is your plan and there is a botton "change" click on it
    3) it will take you back to the upgrade options
    4) press on the downgrade options
    5) choose the 5 GB and the done botton will be enabled
    6) click on it  you'll back to the step number 2 , here read carefully you'll see that your changes will take effect after the current plan expired with the date.

    Ive had to reboot my Apple TV before I had the option to enable iTunes Match but it did not see my music library. I tried a second reboot and it still says my music library is empty. Its been several days and I can access my library on a Windows PC, my Mac and my iPad so Im all synced up, my Apple TV apparently just wants to be stubborn.

    iCloud tells me I need to sign up for iCloud, but where can I do that? It is installed on my PC, and I have an Apple ID. The iCloud setup page does not explain simply how to sign up for iCloud. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • Signed up for Premium 7 day trial but cannot find a way of cancelling Subs

    Hi, I signed up for the 7 day premium trial, it never asked for any payment details.  When I go into my account it says its activated and that the pre-paid premium will end of the 08/08. Will this automatically stop or will I start to be charged ?? If so where are my bank details held as I havent provided any and I dont have the option to Manage my Subs to cancel it ? Shelley

    If you stored any of your bank details with soptify, they will be shown at spotify.com when you log in.
    By the sounds of it I doubt you were charged.
    What I can confirm is that if you're on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and when you signed up for the trial you had to enter your apple ID password, you will be charged through Apple. The reson why I'm saying this is that I see a lot of people on the community who don't know this.

    I had an old skype account but forgot the details and created a new account and funded it for premium services but I can no longer sign in to that new funded account due to a password problem of some kind that I can not seem to fix!  I would like to have just one account and combine the funding into one account and use the premium service--how can I transfer my funding to my original account and delete the new account once the credits are transferred?

       So I chose Illustrator but it failed to meet my requirements. I then downloaded the 30 day trail of Photoshop
    and found it was able to meet my requirements. I now need to change my plan from Illustrator to Photoshop.
    I'm signed up for the single application plan and I'm still in the 30 day grace period on my Illustrator account.
