Diff values are displaying in VAT report_S_ALR_87012357

Hi experts,
Our user is trying for VAT report in t. code S_ALR_87012357, different values are displaying in Tax base amount column and Deduct Input Tax as
Wrong Report:
Tax base amount    : 303.40
Deduct. Input Tax    : 19280
Gross amount            : 19583.40
Correct report should be:
Tax base amount    : 303.40
Deduct. Input Tax    : 75.85
Gross amount            : 379.25
Here deduct. Input Tax is showing very high values as 19280/- but should be 75.85
Please suggest is there any solution?

unset the set the comma separator for thousand using column properties->Data format and then save it for system wide.

Y/t - graphic: discrete values are displayed continuously

Whenever I want to display discrete values in a y/t - graphic, they are displayed continuously (adjacent function values are connected)
See for example:
The lower graphic should show the following discrete function:
x | (fx)
---|--------
2 | 0
3 | 1.27
4 | 0
5 | 0
6 | 0.64
7 | 0
8 | 0
9 | 0.42
But as you can see, adjacent function values are connected. I couldn't find out, how I can change that. Hope someone can helb me!

Old values are displayed when i click the back button of the browser

Hi all,
I am having a INPUT screen having 2 textfields and a "Confirm" button. When user enters values in these textfields and clicks on "Confirm" button, another CONFIRMATION page is displayed where these values are just displayed as h:outputText. But when user clicks the back button of the browser previosly entered values are getting displayed in the INPUT screen. My question is how to remove these values or set to null on click of the Back button of the browser?

i believe this should handle the browser. For instance, you have to tell him with meta tags, not to cache the website. Until yet I didn't succeed in doing so!

Excel sheet values are displayed in Chinese while reading from server in WD

Hi,
I am reading an excel file values, from the excel sheet which is in the server. I am able to the read the values from webdynpro, but the values which i'm getting are in Chinese language. But the excel sheet there in server has the values in English.
Please help on this.

On the Microsoft Side: Ensure that the Excel Sheet - indeed has values in English. It may be that you may be reading the wrong excel sheet in the wrong folder. If not and the characters are in English and you are still reading in other languages - go to [Microsoft Help on Multiple Languages|http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel/HP052558391033.aspx]. Follow the procedure and change the languages for only English.
On the SAP Side: If the above still does not work - check if you are using any .xlf files for Chinese. Issue in query created on infoset - characterstic values are not displayed

Hi,
We have created a query based on an infoset(customized). In this query, values of only one object(sold-to-party) is not displayed. Where as for the same object, values are displayed in the other query created based on the respective ODS.
note : Query based on infoset is alone not coming.
This is the description of the error -
System error in program CL_RSMD_RS and IF_RSMD_RS-READ_META_DATA-02. and it is showing (No entries found).
And apart from that, the values of their respective attributes are also not displayed in the report.
I even verified the object in RSA1 where data is available for that.
Need Help to solve ....

Lead time values are not appearing in the report for current year.

Iam checking a report in production. where lead time values are displayed as 0 for 1 key figure lead time3 (w/0 dim) . i found there is a formula for this it shows like NODIM ( 'Lead Time 3' ).and there is a value for cal.lead time
how can i get values in the report.

Hi,
Although your question is not clear, I understood that the formula built on that KF is NODIM. Basically it means, units of measurement is not considered when calculating.
Eg: 5 Minutes + 5 Kilograms = 10
You please try to analyze your KF by the above logic. Then you would be able to figure out why the data is not appearing in the report..

Report Painter values are not populating for a particular cost center

Report Painter(GR55) values are not populating for a particular cost center for the months of April 1 2011 where as for May onwards values are displaying correctly..We have check the transaction code KSB1 for this cost center there are some values posted for the period of April..
Can any one help me to find out where exactly the issue is and how to resolve the same..

Table values not displayed properly

I am trying to display the data from a bapi in a table. But my problem is that it is truncating the 0s from the values. Like if the values in the column Amount are 145.50, 85.00, 74.20,61.88 in the Bapi, the values are displayed as 145.5, 85,74.2,61.88 in the table.I want to display the values along with the 0s.
Can anyone please tell me why it is displaying like this and how to resolve this?

While drilling up/down the report, the results are displayed after delay

We have a WebI Report whose hierarchy is based on the time Year -> Quarter -> Month -> Day -> Hour -> 30 mins.
While drilling up/down the report, the results are displayed after much delay and most of the time, all / some of the values are displayed as "#REFRESH" or '##########'. However, if i refresh it, all the values are displayed.
What could be the cause for this issue? and how to troubleshoot it?

This error appears in cells due to smart measures when the value returned by the smart measure is not available. This occurs when the grouping set containing the value is not available with the data provider.
Remove the error by refreshing the data.

Restricted values are seen in the query

I have restricted few values in the query. when i execute the query those restricted values are displayed on the top. can any one tell me how to remove it.

As Paveen suggested, Open the Analyzer...instead of opening a query, open a workbook(the one you have saved already). Here, you van change the variable also and execute. It wont have restrivted value.

When I use the notification no in the transaction iqs2, All the cahracteristics in the form are blank.I want the values of the form to be stored.

Bdc values are not cleared

hi BDC Masters,
i have a scree vith 2 fields VAR1 AND VAR2.
in VAR1 = 05 and VAR2 = AM and i get the values...into my internal table I-CREATE
i am using BDC and passing all my INTERNAL TABLE VALUES to the BDC where it displays all the values that are their in the INTERNAL TABLE which is fine.
when the user comes and changes the screen values for ex VAR1 = 00 and VAR2 = HL.
NOW the am able to get values of 00 and HL into INTERNAL TABLE WHERE VAR1 = 00, VAR2 = HL.
BUT when i pass this values to BDC am not able to get these values of the internal table that am passing but PREVIOUS VALUES are been displayed instead of the values that am passing now to BDC.
I am clearing my internal table befor it fills the internal table second time and and reading it.
when i debug i can see the values fo the second time given values and those values am passing still the OLD VALUES are displayed.
how can i clear the BDC VALUES?
can anyone help me pls?

Excel Export - Numbers are displayed as text

Hello,
When the report is exported to excel from SAP LIst Viewer screen -
List -> Export -> Spreadsheet ->All Available format --> In Office 2003 XML format.
The report opens up in excel, the numbers (numerical values) are displayed as text. How can we change the system setting, so when the report is exported to excel, the numbers are not converted to text.
I found SAP Note 1393974 - WD ABAP ALV: Excel export: Numbers are interpreted as text - which is related to WD setting.
But it does not mention about the GUI ALV.

Try this
List->Export->Local file and then select spreadsheet from the list.
You will get the actual data in excel sheet.

Condition Type Values are in display mode during PO amendment

Dear Friends,
I have this issue in import PO.
1. Process is we created an import PO with all necessary values filled under respective condition types to arrive at assessable value but Local freight cost is not known at this point since values are made clearer only after complete clearance of the goods from customs..
2.MIRO for customs done
3. PO amendment needs to be done to fill the values for the local freight & clearing but these condition types are in display mode.
Pls kindly guide me as to what should be done in this case?

Hi,
Once you done the MIRO for customs duty, then all the Planned delivery costs will be captured during this MIRO, the condition type will be in display mode in PO.
if you want to amend the PO with local frieght is either you need to reverse the MIRO captured otherwise you need to add the unplanned delivery costs during the MIRO for second time & can pay the same to the Local frieght vendors.
