Difference between 6500 series WLSM & 6500 series WiSM.

Hi  , I would like to know the difference between 6500 series WLSM & 6500 series WiSM.
& also let me know, how many controllers will be physically inside the 6500 series WiSM.

Hello Selvaraj,
As per your query i can suggest you the following solution-
WLSM and WiSM are two completely different architectures, and seamless
mobility between them, if at all possible would probably not be worth the
effort.
For more information please refer to the link-

  • Differences between CUVC 3500 and 5200 Series

What are the differences between the CUVC 3500 and 5200 series MCUs?  Do the 5200s replace the 3500s?  Is there anything the 3500s offer that the 5200s do not?
    Thanks!

The CUVC 3500 and 5200 were/are OEM products from RadVision. The most notable difference was HD support in the 5200 series. Personally, I would require a very compelling reason to be investing in these right now. Cisco just bought RadVisions major competitor: Tandberg Codian. I have no specific product roadmap information here. All I can do is speculate that in the long term, it must be cheaper for Cisco to sell Codian hardware than resell RadVision hardware.

  • The difference between WLSE and WLSM

    Dear All,
    In my understandings
WLSM can support layer 3 roaming
    1. For rogue AP detection, is WLSE or WLSM be the choice?
    2. Between AP and WLSM, it is FSRT, is it encryped? by Cisco proprietary?
    Thanks a lot in advance.
    Regards,
    mak

WLSE is a Management/Monitoring application that uses the radio information from WLSM to show Radio data including Rogue AP Detection. WLSE itself/alone cannot do Rogue AP Detection

  • Difference between photosmart C and D series?

Subject says it all. Clearly there is a difference considering the naming, but what exactly makes the printers in each series different?
    Thanks
    This question was solved.

    Hi,
It's been a few years since these products were released.  As I recall, there were several groups under the HP Photosmart brand at the time - 'A' was for small, portable appliance printers (4x6/5x7 photo only), 'B' was for larger format photo printers (commonly called B-size), 'C' was for All-in-One Print/Scan/Copy, and 'D' was for units that only supported print features (no scanner).
I believe that was about the last model year that included CD/DVD printing, but you might check on HP.com if any current models still support it.  Sorry - I don't remember anything specific about the inks they supported, but it's hard to make a comparison between inks as "better".  The inks are formulated to work with the specific print mechanisms and do the best job possible on the various medias the printers support.
    I hope that's helpful.

    Ron

  • Differences Between WLC 2000 and 4400 series

Besides the supported number of access points, what are the differences in features between the WLC 2000 and 4400 series?

On the 2006, you have 4 ports on the back, that can support up to 3 AP's being directly connected, and the other port as your connection to the network, and it does not support LAG (Link AGgregation). The ports are 10/100M, and it can not be an anchor for a mobility group.
On the 4400, you either have a 4402 or a 4404,the 2 has 2 Gig interfaces, and the 4404 has 4 Gig interfaces, you can not connect AP's directly to a 4400. Both 4400's will support LAG, and they can be used as anchors in a mobility group. Those are the big differences in them. They configure up the same, and interact with the wired and wireless networks the same.

  • Difference between a podcast episode and series

Hello, Please could someone explain exactly what a podcast SERIES is and an EPISODE and the diffference between the two please.
    Many thanks

    Thanks that's what i thought.
This is what i'd like to do on my webpage www.tec-online.com
We have about 3 series' of audio sermons for example (1)John, (2)Revelation, (3)Galatians. I'd like each series to link to it's own podcast feed. For example currently we have a podcast feed linked to this page http://tec-online.com/resources/sermons/galatians/ and this is the podcast link https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/trinity-evangelical-church/id621713982?mt=2
However i would also like a separate feed to this page http://tec-online.com/resources/sermons/revelation/ (the audio on this page is not yet set up) and would like to add another podcast feed to link to this series.
So my question is this: is it possbile to set up multiple feeds from a single website and if so which plugin would you recommend to do this? The website is with wordpress.
I hope this is all clear.
    Thanks in advance

  • Is there a difference between a office jet 6500 and one with an "a" or "plus"

    Hello, first post here.
I was given a office jet 6500 without the cd rom set up disc. The unit came with 4 new cartridges. Started trying to get it up and running and first it would not draw paper in. Checked this site and resolved that. (temporaily?) Then saw it was low/out of ink. Installed the new carts. Colors work fine, but no black.
I have no cd rom for this and no manual.
I see you can download the set-up but was perplexed by the mention of 6500a and 6500 plus, Not sure I have those. On the front it says "HP office jet 6500 wireless".
So I assumed that I need to run the jet cleaning function. I started scrolling in it;s menu but was baffled that it said there is no computer hooked up. Do I need that to clean the jets?
I could get by for now with a properly working stand alone copy/printer. But I would not mind at all following up with the wireless set-up to my sony pcv-rx752 pc. We're useing at+t here with a wireless router.
    This question was solved.

    Hi,
First click the Setup button, select Network and follow the Wireless Setup Wizard to connect the printer to your home network.
Next download and install the following drivers for the HP Officejet 6500 Wireless (E709n) model:
The 6500A is a different model then the one you have..

  • What are the major differences between Nexus 55xx and MDS series w.r.t FC/FCoE/FCIP, scalability etc. ?

Please share any link which tells this and which switch to go with?

In the inital post where I put "
The N7K sees the server MAC in the FIP snooping, it also sees the 5548  as it's FCF.  But the 5548 vfc is stuck in "initializing".
I meant to put N4K...not N7K...sorry about that.

  • Few questions about difference between Satellite P70 , L70, S70

Hello, i have many questions about the series P70 , L70, S70 that come with a 1920x1080 panel.
    1) What are the differences between the L70 and S70 series? Except of the HDD capacity and RAM, the notebooks look pretty identical.
    2) Do P70 , L70, S70 support a 2nd HDD or is it just the P70 series that support it ?
    3) Do all three (P70, L70, S70 series) come with the same TFT Panels ?
    4) Which of the above series supports mSata ?
    5) Do all of the model of each series come with a mSata support? E.g. Could it be that L70-a-13m supports mSata while the L70-a-146 does not ?
    6) All of the above, come with a S-ATA II or S-ATA III interface ?
    7) Which is the best of those series listed ? I am trying to understand what makes the big difference from S70 to P70 except of the casing for example.
    Thank you in advance.

    >1) What are the differences between the L70 and S70 series? Except of the HDD capacity and RAM, the notebooks look pretty identical.
What Sat L70 and S70 models do you mean exactly? There are different L70-xxx and S70-xxx models on the market which supports different hardware specifications.
    >2) Do P70 , L70, S70 support a 2nd HDD or is it just the P70 series that support it?
As you can see in this [Sat P70 HDD replacement document,|http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/CRU3903II0000R01.htm] the P70 series supports 2nd HDD bay BUT even if there is an 2nd HDD bay this does not mean that you could use 2nd HDD. In case the 2nd HDD bay would be equipped with HDD connector, you could use the 2nd HDD
I found also the [Sat L70/S70 HDD replacement |http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/CRU3703HG0000R01.htm] document on Toshiba page and there I can see that 2nd HDD bay is not available
    > 3) Do all three (P70, L70, S70 series) come with the same TFT Panels?
See point 1). Different P70, L70, S70 models were equipped with different hardware parts.
    > 4) Which of the above series supports mSata?
As far as I know only some P70 models are equipped with an 256GB mSATA-SSD.
    > 5) Do all of the model of each series come with a mSata support? E.g. Could it be that L70-a-13m supports mSata while the L70-a-146 does not ?
See point 4) not all models supports the same hardware specifications
    > 6) All of the above, come with a S-ATA II or S-ATA III interface ?
I dont think that SATA III is supported. I guess it would be SATA II
    > 7) Which is the best of those series listed ? I am trying to understand what makes the big difference from S70 to P70 except of the casing for example.
Not easy to answer because there are too many models released in Europea.
And not all models are available in each country. So I guess you will need to look for models which were released in your country.

  • Difference between 1142 and 1042 AP's

Is there any important difference between these 2 Aironet AP series? Can both of them perform band selection? I'm designing a company's wireless network and I'm not sure about choosing 1142's or 1042's

There is no much difference.. the 1040 is just a mini version of 1140 Series... apart from the softwate that its supported on. that is 1040 needs latest software byt 1140 runs on older as well
here is the datasheets as well..
    In MIMO.. 1141 is 2X3 but 1040 is 2X2

  • Difference between C65XX and C665 LVDS cable

Hey guys, I have a Toshiba C665/01J laptop and it needs the LVDS cable replaced.
On eBay there is one for a C65XX series and C66XX series, but they look almost exactly the same and the C650 cable is cheaper.
I was just wandering if there was a difference between the C65XX and C66XX series in terms of LVDS cable, because I'm probably going to get the cheaper one (C65XX).

720x480 (NTSC DV 3:2) is a measurement of the rectangular pixels of the DV25 codec. Most applications display as square pixels. So 720x480 rectangular pixels is actually equal to 640x480 square pixels.

  • Differences between 6500-E and 6500 chassis?

Can someone please provide a link to a Cisco url/document describing the differences between the 6500-E and 6500 series chassis? I've heard references to an increase in backplane/switch fabric throughput and also an increase in number of POE devices supported but nothing that can be verified on the Cisco site. Thank you in advance.

    Long,
I have not seen a specific document that compares the 6500 and 6500-E Chassis.
The only major difference between the 6500 and 6500-E Chassis is the 6500-E series switches offer enhancements to scale beyond the 4000W power supply. The 6500-E provides higher density PoE deployments that require more power than the original 6500 chassis can deliver. My undertanding is, there is no difference in backplane throughput between the 6500 and 6500-E Chassis.

  • What is the difference between E-Series and Commun...

Both E-series and Communicators are business phones, then what is the difference between them?
What is so special that there are two types of smartphones.

Communcatiors is just a name that nokia used to describe it's larger fold open business phones.
The last (and still the current) communicator was the E90 which uses the S60 operating system, so it is both an E series and a communicator.  It was also the first (and only) communicator to use S60.
The long discontinued communicators of the past used a different operating system, S80. S80 and S60 are not cross compatible with each other.
S80 was dropped in favour of S60 when the E90 launched.  This was a cost saving exercise so that nokia only had one smartphone OS to concentrate resources on.

  • Differences between SimpleSeries and Series

    Greets,
does anybody can tell me the main differences between the two Series types?
    Sebastian

    Hi,
The following is the help provided in the IDE.
    1. A data series represented by the Series object can contain exactly one Point object.
The Series object is used to specify a more complex data series. You can use this object for displaying data series if you do not want to display a category-based chart or if the number of data series is not definite at design time.
2.The SimpleSeries object is used to specify a simple data series. This object should be used when:
1.1     The number of data series is already determined and known at design time
1.2      The chart is category-based and each point has only one y value

  • Difference between L Series and M series T Codes-Warehouse management

    Hi all,
Will some body tell me the difference between the T Codes related to stock verification starts with "M" series and "L" series in the warehouse management. Which series codes are better for making physical verification in warehouse management.
In our company we are having warehouse management system and we are following "L" series codes for physical verification.
    Thanks & Regards
    Prasun jain

If you want to perform physical inventory on a storage location that has a warehouse assigned to it, you will have to use LI* transactions. The system will not allow you to use MI* transactions on those storage locations.
