Difference between Auto TO creation & Immediate TO creation

Dear all,
What is difference betwenn Auto TO creation & Immediate TO creation ?
Please provide your answers..
Regards,
Rocky

For any automatic triggering of any evenet/transaction in SAP...one has to schedule a report/program to run in regular intervals....although some these regular intervals will be suggested by SAP...but you/your business can take deceision of scheduling the run.
If you want ur TO to be triggered immediately without aggregating the other TOs and without holding the time frame then go for immediate and on the other  side..if you want to trigger  after aggregating bunch of TOs within a time frame set by business then go for scheduling the report/program.
Hope this clears...

Automatic TO Creation for Transfer Requirements
You can set up the Warehouse Management system to create transfer orders automatically as a background process. You set up the system to carry out this process by setting an indicator in each movement type separately. When you create a transfer requirement, the system copies this indicator into the transfer requirement header.
To activate the automatic creation of transfer orders for these transfer requirements you must start the report RLAUTA10 as a batch job. For this process you define a variant for each different indicator. This makes it possible for you to define different starting times and time spans to repeat each task periodically.
To create transfer orders automatically, three processes are available:
The system creates a transfer order for each transfer requirement
The system creates transfer orders only for transfer requirements that meet certain criteria (for example, date or time). You enter these criteria individually into a user exit.
Using criteria as described in point 2, you can also set up the system to assign a reference number to combine the transfer requirements for multiple processing. The assignment of the reference number can take place separately in a user exit.
For the interface between SD shipping and WM, you can also set up immediate or automatic transfer order creation for deliveries.
This process is controlled by the message control function in the SD Shipping component. The condition technique can be used to initiate message type "WMTA" when the delivery is created. The prerequisite for this is that at least one item of the delivery is relevant to WM. The combination "Shipping point / Delivery type" is used to determine the message type.
I hope this is sufficient ..

  • Differences between Automatic Receipts Creation Program and Master Program

This is something I observed today - I'm hoping someone can explain it to me.
If I go through the Receipt Batches form and create a new batch for Automatic Receipts, this calls the Automatic Receipts Creation Program and my batch gets created successfully.
If I launch the concurrent request Automatic Receipts Master Program, no receipts are created. But there are invoices in the system eligible for receipting.
I'm trying to understand what the Automatic Receipts Master Program does differently? What does it do in general?

  • What is the difference between Auto Subtitles and English CC?

I was watching a TV show while I was studying for school and had the volume really low. I decided to put on some captions and put on English CC, but then I noticed "Auto (Recommended)" and put that on. The first thing I noticed is that there were no captions for what people were saying. So what are these "Auto" subtitles exactly?

In a nutshell, Ps CS6 (not "PS 6") is Photoshop 13.x, Photoshop CC is Photoshop 14.x.   Photoshop 6 is well over a decade old.
In other words, Ps CC is an upgrade that would have been called Ps CS7, if Adobe hadn't decided to drop the "CS" denomination.
Needless to say, Ps CS6 has been superseded by Photoshop 14.x.
Make no mistake about it, Photoshop 14.x is a MAJOR upgrade, just as CS6 was a major upgrade to CS5.
If Adobe were still selling perpetual licenses (boxed sets or downloads), they would have charged you over $200 to upgrade to Photoshop 14.x.

  • What is the difference between Projects Auto-Accounting and Receivables Aut

    Hi Experts,
Can somebody explain me the difference between Auto-Accounting in Oracle Projects and Auto-Accounting in Oracle Receivables?
    Thanks

    Hi
Those are two separate accounting engines, one for Projects accounting transactions and the second for AR accounting entries. They share ONLY the term - Auto Accounting.
Projects AA has a very rich functionality and flexibility. AR AA is comparably more rigid.
The AA in Projects allow you to distribute costs, revenue and invoices. Project draft invoices are interfaced to AR with the accounting determined by Projects AA.
AA in AR generates the accounting for invoices generated in receivables, and for other entities like receipts and adjustments.

  • Difference between non deferrable constraint and initially immediate defferable constraint

    Hi,
what is the difference between nondeferrable and initially immediate deferrable constraint. In concepts11g guide it's mentioned that database apply constraint at the end of statement.
    thanks,
    alok

    There are two concepts here.
First whether or not the constraint can be deferred, That is what the deferrable clause controls.  By default all constraints are enforced at the time the statement is issued, that is, when you issue an insert statement, all constraints are checked before the data is actually inserted, and if any constraint checks fail you will receive an error.  When a constraint is declared as deferrable, that means that you can put off the constraint checking until the end of the trasnaction (i.e. commit time).
The initially clause determines what the "default" behaviour for a deferrable constraint will be.  If you say initially immediate, then it will behave exactly the same as a non-deferrable constraint.  If you say initially deferred, then constraint checking will be postponed until the end of the transaction (which could be several different SQL statements).  If you have a deferrable constraint, either initially deferred or immediate, you can alter the behaviour for a particular transaction by issueing an alter constraint statement to set either one constraint (by specifiying the constraint name) or all deferrable constraints (by specifying all) to either immediate or deferred.  The behaviour will revert back to whatever was defined at the time the constraint was created when you issue a commit ot rollback.

  • Difference between "new classname()" and  class.forName("...")?

    Hi,
    Please clarify me : What is the difference between the instnce creation by using new operator *( new ClassName())* and instance creation using class.forName("fully Qualified Name");
    thanks
    Gaurav

The compiler can tell you whether new ClassName() will be valid. For the other, you have to wait until runtime to know for sure.
new ClassName(...) can be invoked with arguments, and you provide them directly and simply. If you want to reflectively create an instance using a constructor that takes arguments, it's a more convoluted process.
Using new, you know which checked exceptions can be thrown and you catch them directly. Using reflection, you have to catch some other exception and unravel its cause.
You can use reflection (Class.forName and its more complicated cousins) when you don't know the classname at compile time. You can't do this with new.
Don't use reflection unless you have to. It's more complex, somewhat less performant, and it denies you certain compile time checks.

  • CTM: Difference between Order creation Frame & Maximum earliness

    Hi Experts,
Could any one please explain me the difference between Order Creation Frame & Maximum Earliness in CTM Gloabl Customizing and their implact on the planning run
    Thanks,
    Naveen

    Hi,
Order creation frame is a variable planning parameter and has to be set in CTM profile.Using this planning parameter one can define a range within a certain demand has to be fulfilled. In other words a time frame can be set within a supply has to be planned to fulfill a certain demand.
Maximum Earliness is maintained for Planned Orders which is the time period (in days) before the demand date, within which SAP APO can create planned orders early.
    Thanks,

I want to calculate the difference between creation date of the document with key date(todays date). How can i do that in the query designer. Also then I want to restrict my key figure on this difference if it is =10..please can someone suggest what can be done
    thanks

    Hi Grame...
    For the days calculation ..
I suggest you to use replacement path ..
I have the reference that you can see the sample. The case of samples is also about day calculation.

  • Difference between reference creations

    What is the difference between
    Object anObject;
    Object anObject = null;

They are logically the same. But they are not the same.
The folliwng program does the same number of declarations twice and prints
Run time with no initalisation 579 ms
Run time with initalisation to null 2265 msYou can argue this is next to no difference, but there is a difference.

  • Difference between contract creation and project creation

I am new to Oracle Projects. In Oracle Project Contracts I can see that we create a new contract. Also in Oracle Projects we can create a new Project.
Can anyone please let me know what is the difference between creating a contract and creating a project in Oracle Projects.
Can we create a project based on an already created contract?
    Regards

    Hi Dina,
thanks for your reply. We are currently implementing Oracle Projects in our company where our main business is construction works.
As you have said that a contract is a commercial agreement between the customer and the contractor. We get a Bill of Quantities(BOQ) along with the contract documents. In the BOQ all the different types of works for the project is defined along with the quantities which are known as BOQ Items. We have to quote our rates for the BOQ items. We generally perform an operation called Rate Analysis of these BOQ Items by assigning various quantities of resources that shall be required to execute each of the BOQ items. Thus we arrive at the cost of each BOQ items. Once the work gets executed, this BOQ happens to be the basis for invoicing or application to the client. So we create our budget based on the BOQ itself. We make our Business plan based on the items of this BOQ itself and also book the expenditure on these BOQ items.
Although we create Project plan using Primavera, there is no one-to-one correspondence between activities of the project plan and the BOQ items. So we cannot really create our budget based on the project plan.
So if we manage everything only on the basis of the BOQ items, we loose important project management related information like earned value management etc. And if we depent only on the Project plan we loose important cost related information.
So we need to plan in such a way so that both these are fused together.
Can you kindly advice me about how to proceed ahead with our implementationso that we can use Oracle Projects optimally for our business.
    Thanks & Regards
