Difference matte and how to fix the result?

I did find this "tutorial" video of how to use Difference Matte:

But I would like to know, how I can edit the result?
I did the Difference Matte and stuff, but I have a hole/transparent section in my object (in my ahnd in this case) after the difference matte. How can I fix it so I can select the one part/section of my hand that is transparent?

Apologies ... totally misunderstood what the problem was! So you have areas that are keying out that you actually don't want to key out, right? Tom is steering you right as usual. You need to apply a garbage matte on an additional duplicated layer of your hand element. The Garbage Matte layer should be a rough selection of the central part of the hand element, the Difference Matte layer provides the fine edges to your hand element ... together they combine to produce a single apparent hand element ( with no holes in it! )

If they are iTunes purchased music then go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and turn off Show All.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I've got the same problem.
It wasn't the case before the upgrade to v 9.2 (Iphoto 11) yesterday.
The previous solution preferences - advanced - "select a store" (last option) doesn't solve it anymore.

Why do the 20 values have to be different? The same code should work even if some are equal.
What do you mean by "get the result"? The result is available at the output terminal and all you need is a wire to get it where you need it. That could be an indicator, another operation, or even a hardware device.
What is the data type of the 20 values? An array? A cluster? A bunch of scalars? A waveform? Dynamic data?

The ethernet ports suddenly stopped working on airport extreme wondering why and how to fix the problem

I use the ethernet cable to connect my airport extreme to a linksys router to extend the network but suddenly all the ethernet cables on airport extreme stopped working and now the linksys won't get a connection. I was wondering why this might of happened and if there is a solution to fix the problem. Also i wondering if i should get rid of the linksys and get and airport express to just extend the network.

The Extreme to Express without the Linksys router is the most compatible way to go but I would first check out the Extreme by itself and make sure everything is working properly

Question about cursors in a function and how to return the results

Some tech info:
I'm using Oracle 11G database and APEX 4.0.2.00.06
I use three cursors in a function. My function is called in an APEX standard report, like this by example:
SELECT fnc_exp(tab.arg1, tab,arg2) FROM table_exp tab;
My question is: how can I return the values calculated from my function to a standard APEX report? Before, this function was used like this by Oracle Forms to fetch the cursors in the right table columns:
open c_a;
fetch c_a into :loc.arg1;
close c_a;
open c_b;
fetch c_b into :loc.arg2, :loc.arg3, :loc.arg4, :loc.arg5;
close c_b;

Go for a pipelined function if you want the value be returned from the function.

As mentioned in the subject line: my Mid 2009 MBA freezes frequently. The hardware test provides the error code.
It sounds like a failed RAM but it still works when booted.
Can anybody tell me what was wrong with this MBA and what else can I do to save it?

That's a RAM issue. If you want, you can still use your Mac until it gets damaged, but that message tells something bad with your RAM, and what it's worse, the RAM in the MacBook Air is soldered onto the logic board, so if you take the Mac to an Apple Store or reseller to get it repaired, the whole logic board will have to be replaced, making this repair so expensive

Final cut is crushing all the time, anyone knows why and how to fix the problem?

Apple needs to do something about it and soon. What a waste of money...i am very disappointed with FCPX.

FireFox 3.6 and Adobe Reader X. Reader X PDFs opened within the browser contain links, which do not work. Anyone got clues on why the links fail and how to fix?

When we rolled out ReaderX and AcrobatX we uncheck the Diaply PDF in Browser window. OK with IE, but ignored in FireFox (3.6.16). We can live with that except the PDFs have links to other URLs and clicking on them is ignored. Same PDF opened outside the browser the links work fine. FireFox with Reader 9.4.0 no problem. Reader X with IE no problem. I can fix the Display in Browser with a change to firefox.js, but have not figured out how to fix the links when the PDF is displayed within the browser.

1. Are you seeing this problem with all kinds of PDF's or some specific kinds like secure PDF's (with doc open password or printing restrcitions), reader extended PDF's or PDF forms.
This problem is with all kind's of PDF's.
2. Are you opening a locally saved PDF by doing a drag drop in the browser or right click and open with IE/FF or directly opening a PDF hosted on the internet?
It doesn't matter. However I do it, I see this problem in Firefox, IE & Google Chrome.
3. Can you also check the version of the Reader X browser plugin? you could find it at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Acrobat\ActiveX\AcroPDF.dll. Right click -> Properties -> Details
If version is 9.0.x then you could try a clean install of Reader X.
I have checked it. It's the latest plug-in (though at the moment, I have gone back to Adobe Reader 9.4.1, as I've mentioned before, because I need the reader to be working fine for my work and daily life. I am just waiting for a fix before I try Adobe Reader X again.
As I've mentioned before, I am seeing this issue ONLY on my Windows 7 Ultimate (Laptop). In the desktop's at work, with Windows XP / Vista, I don't see it. Adobe Reader is working fine, browser integration is fine, the floating tool bar works fine, the right click menu pop' up where the right click is done...I can also save PDF' from the main toolbar at the top and so on...
I really have run out of ideas.... and I am very surprised that no expert support personnel (if at all there is one) have dropped by or said anything or mentioned anything about this.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

I have a MacBook Pro with Lion Preinstalled, so AHT was present on the hard disc and worked when the product was new. One of the first things I did from new was run AHT and it worked fine. But now it doesn't start - instead the machine (eventually) boots into normal OS X.

Thanks. However, even with an internet connection that doesn't work for me - the machine just (after an extended delay) boots normally. It doesn't download.
Option-D works for an Internet-based AHT. However that only works with an internet connection. It doesn't seem to download it and install it - it needs internet every time.
Any idea how my local copy of AHT disappeared? I haven't repartitioned the drive or knowingly deleted anything. And how do I reinstate it (because if you need AHT your hardware problems may preclude internet access!)?

I have the same problem!! It lead to many other problems with my phone
I just arranged a repair with apple. Yes its inconvenient to be without a phone for a while but if your phone is in warranty its good to get it looked at professionally!
