Differences for show dev_io in 7.6 and 7.8

Hi all,
I am using show dev_io to get the "speed" for underlying hard drives for my system.
Some days ago we changed from 7.6 to 7.8.
In 7.6 show dev_io gave me a

I believe the disks below the database stayed the same, so the speed should be the same, too. But I can't connect the data. Did the database got faster? Did the underlying disks change? Does "show dev_io" use a different algorithm in 7.8 to get the disc speed?

Difference for method stack size in release and debug builds

Hi,
I have a question regarding the method stack size. Running my project in the debug version works fine. Running the same project as release causes a StackOverflowError (60 entries). Is there any difference in the allowed stack size?
If I split the method (in which the error occurs) into two separate methods and call them sequentially, this works in the release build as well.
I am using Flex SDK 3.4. This is reproducable on Win and Mac.

Difference between showed decimals in a query and in a workbook

I have my query set so that all the KF have to be shown with two decimals. When i execute the query it displays it perfectly. But when i execute the workbook to which my query is attached, it displays the numbers as it wishes: one column with 1 decimal, other with 6 and the other with 3.
Why would it do so?
I tried to delete the query and insert it again, but no luck..

Trying changing the key figures decimal places and them setting them back to what you want. Then save. The query editor assignes the decimal places based on the order in which they are changed. Make sure that if you want a certain KF to have a certain number of decimal places that you change it after you change the decimal places for the characteristic or structure you are comparing it against.

Value difference for GR/IR Clearing Account in case of MIGO and MIRO.

One of our client has asked me about clarification regarding GR/IR Clearing Account shows different values when MIGO and MIRO posting. Scenario is that,

Hence Material cost in GR/IR should be Rs. 22,14,813
Diff (2219092-2214813= 4279)
Whereas it is taking Rs. 22,19,092
My concern is that GR/IR Clearing Account consider only Material cost and non deductible tax amount i.e. CST which is loaded on material cost but system consider some different values, please check the above calculation. When user post MIRO in that case system automatically konck off GR/IR Clearing Account and post difference amount i.e. RS. 4279 to Inventory Account which is wrong. I dont know how system behaves in such manner.
Please giude me on this issue as soon as possible.

Opening and closing balance difference is showing for Main Cash(Cash in h)
End of fiscal year 2010 closing Balance 85,451,909.70
Opening Balance 2011 is showing as 85,450,909.70
Rs 1000 difference is coming.
Please suggest if any Note is there?

Somes after year end for audit / management adjustment entries postings done with previous year.
Execute N no of times Balance carry forward T.Code: FAGLGVTR until you get your closing balances & opening balances are the same. it is not harm to execute again & again.
up to 4.7EE for balance transfer you can use T.Code:F.16 from ECC 5 / 6 use tcode for balance transfer FAGLGVTR

How do i turn off cc? settings page shows it is off, but it shows up on abc, usa, and other playbacks. buttons for cc in each app do nothing

How do I turn off cc? I'm not hearing-impaired and did not turn it on. Settings page shows it is not turned on, but when watching ABC, USA etc., its there and the buttons within each app to remove it do nothing.

Yes, the captions themselves. Last evening I pulled up an ABC program from the ABC app (not ABC.com), and captions were on. I went to settings page and again turned on then off the captioning option. When I went back to my program, captions were still on but the cc button actually brought up dialog to turn them off. Some possible difference between iPad interpretation of cc data and that of the app for the broadcaster? Was never able to get rid of it Sunday on a USA replay.

Differences between showing smartform in Portal and Backend

Hi SAP Experts,
we have developed a smartform which should be opened by clicking on a button integrated in a BSP-Application. All seems to be ok except for one little piece of text that is not shown (Exactly, the text is a calculated value).
We tested the same smart form in backend-system and there the text is shown. There are no problems.
So is there a difference between showing the same smartform in enterprise portal at the one hand and in sap backend at the other hand?

Difference for OAG Standards between OAGIS 9.5.1 and 7.2.1

I was looking for any document which can show the difference between the OAGIS 9.5.1 standard for BOD - 'Process Invoices' as compared to OAGIS 7.2.1 ?
Please let us know or give pointers as to where can I get this information.

Hi Megha,
The differences are significant between OAGIS 7.2 and anything greater than OAGIS 8.0. In 8.0, they switched from DTD based schemas to XML Schema (XSD's). All of the elements were renamed to take advantage of the XSD capability to support more than 8 character names, and component based structures were introduced, so that things like Address could be re-used across multiple documents and multiple address types (Bill-To, Ship-To, etc..). They did keep USERAREA extensions, but also introduced overlay extensions and use some of the most complex features of XML Schema. In OAGIS 9.0, they started merging in the ISO standard definitions for components, which provides more standardization across different applications. The differences between 7.2 and 9.5 are significant.

I've reread your question several times and am not sure I understand it.
Are you trying to basically start over, as if you just took your iPhone out of the box? If so, do:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings

Other times the Wi-Fi connection works fine and it check e-mail or other within few seconds. The connection problems seems to be intermitted
This issue never happened before with IOS 5 since I bought the new phone in Oct 2011.

We suffered the imap.gmail.com server problem After an IoS 6 upgrade. The simple solution is to delete the problem account, shut down the iPad, start up again and reenter the account. Everything comes back normally. Good Luck everyone!

Date difference issue for Purchase order in R/3 and APO

Hi,
I am sending the purchase order from APO to R/3. When I transfer the data through CIF and see the curresponding entries in stock requirement list in R/3, purchase order is 1 day earlier than in SCM.
However, when this purchase order is CIFed back to SCM, date appears correct in SCM ( as what it was before). Is this something because of timezone that difference in date appears in SCM and R/3.
Can someone who came across date issues for transaction data transfer between SCM and R/3 elaborate in more detail please.

I am also facing the same issue which sanju was facing earlier in PRs .
In APO I am not able to understand how system calculates the opening , start and end date .In my case the transportation time is 48 hrs , planned delivery time is 1 day and all calenders are 5*24 , GR proceeeing time .01 day . When I am creating PR at destination location on 06/06/2008 , 24:00:00 Hrs . System calculates the dates as follows :-
Start date -06/05/2008 , 00:45:00 , end date -06/06/2008, 24:00:00 , opening date -05/20/2008 ,23:25:00 Hrs . I tried to understand the formula given by you in your reply as Opening Date = Requirement Due Date - GR Time - Planned Delivery Time
Start Date = Requirement Due Date - GR time - Transportation Duration
End date = Requirement Date.
But I am not getting the desired results.
Could you let me know why the system is behaving in such way.I also want to know does system can create orders in such a way the opening date lies in past. If yes then can we restrict that ?
