Different between dates (urgent)

Hi,
I have created a different between 2 dates. I have create a formula with replacement path, but when I try to show the result, I receive 'X'. I only can a good result when I show 2 dates as characteristics.
How can I show a differents betwween dates without show these dates?

Thank you for the looking at the post. The actual table names are rather ambiguous. I renamed them so it would make more sense. I will explain more and give the actual names. What I do not have is the actual data in the table. That is something I don't have
on this computer. There are no "Null" fields in either of the tables.
This table has many orders (MSORDER) that need to match one order (GLORDER) in GLORDR. This is based on MSPART joined to GLPART, MSSERIAL joined to GLSERIAL, and MSOPNDATE joined if it falls between GLSTARTDATE and GLENDDATE.

Exchange rate is different between records in OB08 and records in document.

Hi Gurus,
The exchange rate is different between records in OB08 and records in calculated amount in line item. How does it happen? Not all of the documents in the same period has this problem.
For example, a document A created by FB05 on Jun 30 2010.
In OB08, the exchange rate is 6.80000. This rate was the same in the header of document A.
In the line item of doc A, I calculated the amount for line itme 1 and 2. Line itme 1 shows the exchange rate is 7.90000. Line item 2 shows the exchange rate is 16.0000. ( The exchange rate is not that exactly an interger. I put a similar exchange rate as an example.)
Could you please throw some light on these? Why some documents are okay but for some, the exchange rate is so different?
I just found that the exchange rate of some of the document line item calculated is from another currency. It shows in the line item (in question) button "More Data". Shall I know how the exchange rate was got from another currency exchange rate?

Issue solved by below solution:
Existing:
      append lines of vit_final to s_s_if-maxsize to e_t_data.
      delete vit_final to s_s_if-maxsize.
    else.
      append lines of vit_final to s_s_if-maxsize to e_t_data.
      delete vit_final to s_s_if-maxsize.
New:
      append lines of vit_final to e_t_data.
      delete vit_final to s_s_if-maxsize.
    else.
      append lines of vit_final to e_t_data.
      delete vit_final to s_s_if-maxsize.

Go to VA02, input the sale order and execute. There click on Environment from top menu bar followed by changes. You would find four options to choose. Select
- Additional info and
- Time of Change
This would give you who have changed the datas related to that sale order.

Why do my RAW files appear different between programs?

I have rendered a series of three RAW images as an HDR file in Photoshop CC, saved as a 16-bit TIFF file, and imported it into Lightroom. The image appears different between the two programs. The Lightroom image appears to have some editing done already and is not nearly as flat as the image in Photoshop. I have made sure my Adobe software is up to date concerning both programs and the camera raw information that can be updated via Adobe.

The iPad stores the raw photo data, but displays an iPad optimized version of the original image in its place.
This image is usually an optimized JPEG image, so the quality will not be the same as the raw image file.

below i listed few differences known to me.
Oracle is a multiplatform rdbms whereas sqlserver is restricted to NT server workstations.
Oracle does not include the concept of master db. All db runs independently, with their own data files,mem management, and control.
Sql server has much larger set of fundamental data types than oracle.
Oracle uses row-level locking whereas sqlserver uses page level locking.
Oracle is more mature product. It should be used for high throughput and availability and reliable backup and recovery.

I am trying to create a u201CSales Dealu201D VB31, for the same material/condition, but with two different validation dates. After the creation of the first record, I select u201CNew conditionu201D button, but the system give me the message VK104, u201Cthe condition is being processed in the current session.u201D.
How can I solve this issue?

We can't have multiple records for the same condition and key values valid on the same date. The condition end date is part of the primary key in the database table. The date ranges between the records cannot overlap. When you create a new record, usually the end date is set to 12/31/9999 by default. If you need to have this deal to end on a different date and a new deal to start afterwards, then first you need to change 12/31/9999 to a different date.
Also usually I try to exit the screen between the transactions.

Mapping Design - SOAP body content needs to be different between test and production

We are integrating with a 3rd party SOAP receiver who uses the same web service URLS for test and production.
So to differentiate they exposed 2 web services which do the same thing but have different root and payload node names...along with account details.
For example, for production our SOAP XML must follow pattern like:

blah blah this XML is the same between test and production
</xml>
</appPayload>
etc
But for their testing we must use:
<Envelope>

blah blah this XML is the same between test and production
</xml>
</appPayload>
etc
So I'm trying to think of a good way to handle this difference in one set of mappings that we can use in our 3 PI platforms Dev / Test / Prod
Since these differences are in the SOAP Body does it need handled in mapping or is there a way to handle it in the Adapter Config which is naturally different between our environments (mapping we like to keep the same).
What is a smart way to handle this scenario?

I second Artem when he states that this is a bad design decission from the caller's side.
However this is not gonna help you in the current situation, right?
The problem you are facing is that by poor design the message does not have a root node which you may use to handle occurences. Let me explain further
You would be good if prod message looked like so

2. Use HTTP instead of SOAP adapter and designing data types like above

The difference between Component and Component Type are:
Component This is essentially the field name in the extraction structure. These can either be SAP delivered field names or custom field names (e.g. Y* or Z*).
Component Type This defines the data definition for the field, along with associated attrributes and descriptions for anything using that Component Type, to define the corresponding Component. If you double-click on any Component Type in an extraction structure, it will show you the definitions that have been setup for that Component Type (will display as Data Element but it's essentially synonymous - Component Type refers to structures and Data Elements refer to tables).

Technical Systems are of following types:
Technical systems are application systems that are installed in your system landscape. An example of an application system is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) server. In the SLD, there are five types of technical systems:
1.)WEBas java,
2.)Standalone JAVA
3.)Third party
4.)Web as ABAP
1) Web AS Java
Web AS Java systems consist of one or more instances and each instance is installed on a separate host. An instance itself consists of cluster nodes that can communicate with each other.
2.)Standalone Java
Standalone Java technical systems are standalone Java applications that are installed in a computer system from an administration perspective. They can also be installed as an operating system service or as a daemon
Web AS java belongs to the NetWeaver Comes with both ABAP and Java, Standalone instread comes separate from the netWeaver.

Drop is a ddl statement which removes the existence of the table along with the data.
Delete is a dml statement which removes only the data from the table.
Truncate is a ddl statement which removes only the data from the table.
1) You can specify condition in delete statement which would remove only the specific data from the table. You cannot specify condition in truncate statement so all the data would be remove.
2) Delete keeps the records in buffers/undo segment so that you can rollback. Whereas truncate does not so you cannot rollback, moreover implicit commit is done on issuing of truncate
3) Truncate also resets high water mark of the table whereas delete does not.

At is simplest ODI is an enterprise scale ELT tool that can cope with moving very large amounts of data bwteen heteregeneous systems. It requires a fair degree of technical knowledge to use well and that the user is pretty competent with SQL. It is not really an end user tool and the jobs tend to be lights out scheduled processes with a limited user interface for executing these jobs. FDQM is more of a data quaility tool which gives the average end user the out of the box functionality to be able to transform and load data into various target systems. It is not designed to move very large amounts of data efficiently i.e. multi millions of lines of data like ODI. However it does have a rich user interface that provides an easy to use mapping engine, a repeatbale controlled data load process and has a host of in built reporting and audit features which would have to be built from scratch in a tool like ODI
