Different between H-REAP mode & Office Extention in Cisco AP

What is the different between H-REAP mode & Office Extention .
Hope both created for remote branch support , but it seems only H-REAP can route the data traffic locally & forwards control traffic to remote WLC.
This Office extend feature forwards both Data & Control traffic to office WLC.
Is my understanding correct ..please help me.

Hello,
As per your query i can suggest you the following solution  -
Hybrid Remote Edge Access Point (H REAP) is a wireless solution for branch office and remote office deployments. It enables customers to configure and control access points in a branch or remote office from the corporate office through a wide area network (WAN) link without deploying a controller in each office. The H REAP access points can switch client data traffic locally and perform client authentication locally when the connection to the controller is lost. When connected to the controller, H REAPs can also tunnel traffic back to the controller.
The Office Extend AP (OEAP) is a specific submode of H-REAP, and is supported on the Cisco Aironet 1130AG, 1140, and 3500i (not 3500e) APs. You can also use the Cisco Aironet 600 AP, which is a model dedicated to the OEAP mode. This dual-band (2.4-GHz and 5-GHz) AP supports 2 corporate SSIDs and 1 home SSID, up to 15 clients, and offers 5 Ethernet ports at the back (1 uplink port, 1 corporate VPN port, and 3 local switch ports). Other OEAP-capable APs support 16 SSIDs (15 corporate SSIDs and 1 personal SSID).
Hope this will help you.

blocks are arrange in extents. The rest is ???? //??? ... . .... .. Datafile autoextend (its not datafile auto extent) - It will increase datafile size when all space in datafile is occupied and all its extents are used. So when objects needs to grow, oracle will increase the size of datafile (if autoextend is ON) and allocate extents to objects.

Tablespace extent management auto - Local managed tablespace will keep the track of extents in Bitmaps. Now creating this type of tablespace you can specify AUTOALLOCATE clause or the UNIFORM clause, AUTOALLOCATE will assign new extents to obejcts of size determine by oracle internally. UNIFORM if specified, oracle will assign uniform size extents to objects. Lets say you have specified 1M of Uniform size, then oracle will assign 1M of new extents to objects, all assigned extents will have same size i.e 1M. But its not the case with Autoallocate.
Autoallocate will determine whats the best extent size which he needs to allocate to segement. Its internal mechanism

    WIRE:
Wire is transfer of amount due directly to the supplier's bank it is an electronic transfer of funds
This mode of payment is used for international suppliers.
It can be paid in foreign currency or USD.
Wire payments are same day payments.
    EFT:
EFT ensures funds transfer from one bank account to another using electronic links.
Can be used to make payments into domestic banks (within US) in USD only.

  • Does WiSM 6.0.196.0 suport AIR-LAP1131AG-N-K9 in H-REAP mode

    Hello,
I have WiSMs running code version 6.0.196.0. I have to deploy AIR-LAP1131AG-N-K9 in H-REAP mode.
Q1. Does AIR-LAP1131AG-N-K9 require CAPWAP or can run off of LWAPP?
Q2. Does anyone know how to find out if a WLC is running LWAPP or CAPWAP?
Q3. If one has to convert LWAPP to CAPWAP, how is it done?
    Thanks
    Bo

    Hi,
Q1. Does AIR-LAP1131AG-N-K9 require CAPWAP or can run off of LWAPP?
A1. The AP will run CAPWAP as soon the WLC is running a CAPWAP image. There is nothing special to do on the AP, once it joins the WLC, the WLC will check the image on the AP and if using a diferent one, the WLC will push the correct image to the AP that matchs the WLC version.
Q2. Does anyone know how to find out if a WLC is running LWAPP or CAPWAP?
A2. CAPWAP was introuduced in WLC version 5.2 and all versions above are running CAPWAP software.
•If  your firewall is currently configured to allow traffic only from access  points using LWAPP, you must change the rules of the firewall to allow  traffic from access points using CAPWAP.
•Make  sure that the CAPWAP UDP ports 5246 and 5247 (similar to the LWAPP UDP  ports 12222 and 12223) are enabled and are not blocked by an  intermediate device that could prevent an access point from joining the  controller.
•If  access control lists (ACLs) are in the control path between the  controller and its access points, you need to open new protocol ports to  prevent access points from being stranded.
Q3. If one has to convert LWAPP to CAPWAP, how is it done?
A1. On the APs nothing has to be done. Once the WLC is running CAPWAP software, it will automatically push the corresponding AP software to the AP.
WLC runs CAPWAP if the software version is earlier then 5.2. WLC version 5.2 and all versions above are running CAPWAP software.

  • Same colors display differently between Illustrator and Photoshop

    Hi there,
I would love to know why the same colors display differently between my Photoshop and Illustrator apps (CS3). For example, a logo will display much darker or more vividly in Illustrator than in Photoshop, same file, same colour values. My color settings are synchronized from Adobe Bridge to North American Pre Press 2. I've opened the logo file in RGB color mode, in both apps. It would be so helpful if both apps displayed the colours consistently.
Any suggestions on how to do this would be wonderful!
    Thanks!
    Bobbie

    Hello Bobbie,
I am using CS3 too and let me tell you that this Illustrator version is the worst ever. You best bet is to take the "Eye Drop" tool and select the Photoshop element to match the color.
CS4 also have problems when handle placed items. Sadly I can tell you that CS2 is more reliable than CS3 and CS4.
Not even if you use Pantone colors will match, Illustrator will change the colors making it impossible to match. "Adobe Quality"

  • AP in H-REAP mode

    Hello,
few questions regarding the H-REAP mode:
    1. How many H-REAP mode AP's can be configured for 1 location?
    2. Does H-REAP AP need some special settings from the network side? no NAT, static IP etc.?
    3. which interface does the H-REAP AP should "see"? the management or the AP-Manager? or both?
    Thanks in advance!

    Jeff -
YES, you CAN perform H-REAP with NAT. However, as fella5 already mentioned, you can't do it with just plain old NAT, you must use static NAT and you cannot alter the destination ports. You should still be able to use multiple VLANs and trunks, but that will have to be routed by the time it hits the internet, and obviously won't work with standard SOHO equipment. I have tried this with a Netscreen firewall, and although I haven't had time to make it work, the join request made it to the controller. I used an additional public IP and only opened the necessary ports in the firewall for that IP. If I remember, the ports are 16666,16667,12222,12223 and 97. Here is an excerpt from the H-REAP Design and Deployment Guide (URL below):
    -Regards,
    Scott
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6087/products_tech_note09186a0080736123.shtml#new
Does H-REAP work behind a NAT? In a deployment where Static NAT is used, can the WLC and H-REAP AP be placed behind Static NAT?
Yes, for the AP. Make sure that the AP source ports are not changed during the operation time by the NAT device. Normally with static NAT, it is not an issue. However, take these points into consideration:
There are two main NAT'ed UDP dialogs between the AP and controller: LWAPP data and LWAPP control.
Source port in the AP is a temporary dynamic port (>1024). In the controller, it is a fixed destination port (12222, 12223).
UDP translations are based on timeouts. This means that a current entry is left created for an X amount of time then deleted if not used, which is based on the timeout (could be shorter or longer depending on which is your NAT device).
LWAPP control is active. In general, you would expect that it will send one packet each 30 seconds (echo keepalive). Thus, for NAT translations for LWAPP control, you can assume that it will keep the NAT timeout refreshed.
LWAPP data only sends traffic if there is activity. For APs without any clients around, the LWAPP data NAT translation entry can expire (for example, more than 90 seconds without activity), and the NAT device creates a new entry if the AP sends new traffic. If the new entry is the same source port number, then you will not have any problems. However, if the UDP source port changes, then the WLC will drop it, as now the LWAPP data tunnel information no longer matches what was created before when the AP joined controller.
Therefore, it works as long as your NAT device preserves the UDP source port for traffic between the AP and the WLC at all times, even after UDP translation has expired due to no activity. If not, the data traffic is dropped, and you will end with the AP joined to the controller, but no data traffic for wireless clients.

  • Differance Between Invoice..

I want to know the basic  differance between Performa Invoice,Commercial Invoice & Exice Invoice ?
And also one exmple of them for clear Idea  ?
I also want to know use of the Exice and Series Group ?

    Dear Parmar
Proforma Invoice - Mostly, in export scenario, this document will be used to file with Customs before removing the excisable goods from factory
Commercial Invoice - For any product you sell, you need to recover money to that extent from your customer.  In order to recover that money, commercial invoice will be raised
Excise Invoice - While selling any product from excisable plant, you need to record those items through an excise invoice and submit it to excise authorities on a regular basis
    Excise Group
A unit within an excise registration, in India, which keeps its own set of excise records.
Whereas the excise registration reports to the excise authorities, the excise group is a purely internal organizational unit. Each excise group keeps records of all transactions that have to be reported to the excise authorities. When the time comes to present these records to the authorities, the excise registration compiles the information from all of its excise groups.
    Series Group
You group excise documents to reflect the way that the excise documents are organized in your excise registrations.
The system numbers each group separately, using a separate number range interval for each.
    Example
An excise registration uses various types of excise documents, including outgoing excise invoices and ARE-1s. It creates a series group for the ARE-1s, but because it has so many excise invoices, it creates two series groups for these, one for finished materials, and one for raw materials.

  • What is the different between Sharepoint fast search service and Sql server fulltext search?

    HI ,
I want to kow what is the different between Sharepoint fast search service and Sql server fulltext search?
Or Can I abstract the Sharepoint fast search from the Sharepoint platform as a isolate component?
    Thank you.
    James

They are very, very different beasts.
Firstly FAST Search for SharePoint is the old name for the product and is only relevant for SharePoint 2010 not 2013. It got merged into the standard SharePoint search for the 2013 release.
SharePoint search is aimed at providing a Bing or Google like experience for your intranet content, as well as providing some nifty features that are purely SharePoint releated along the way. That means it can crawl SharePoint content, file shares,
outlook mailboxes, internal and external websites and probably fifty other different things if you really tried. Whilst i'm not an expert on SQL full text search I believe it's intended to provide a search feature for content held within SQL databases
    and tables.
Can you run SharePoint purely for Search? Yes, definitely.

  • What is the differences between viewCriteria query modes?

    Hello all,
recently we faced a performance issue in a production application. after tracing  we found  that the issue was caused by setting the query mode of the view criteria to in memory.
    bussiness case description:
when creating a new record for table A, I want to populate one field depending on records in another table B, so I used model driven LOV.
The problem was that new records were created for both tables in the same ADF train i.e. the data for both tables were not posted or committed yet.
so by using a query based ViewObject + viewCriteria with query mode set to memory for viewCriteria I managed to populate the LOV with the correct data,
in another page I will show database records for table A with LOV to show meaningful messages to users ,  but I can as well create new records for table A ,but the loading of this page is very slow.
    tracing:
using alter session set sql_trace=true; I found that table B is fully scanned and all rows are fetched-180000+ record-.
    Problem description:
from the trace file generated found that the query issued did not have a where clause.
also found that the viewObject fetched the entire table into memory- 180000+ record,-  then searched them in memory.
    Solution:
changing the query mode of the viewCriteria seems to solve the issue
so in order to avoid such issues in the future ,I wanted to make sure I understand the differences between the query modes of view criteria and their impact on the performance and if there are any differences if the viewObject is based on an entity or a sql dml.
this is what I know so far -please correct me if I am mistaken-:
1)database: search the database appending the conditions of the viewCriteria to whatever the query is
2)memory: search the rows that are already in the memory.
3)both: search both database and memory.
also, in case I updated one of the records in the memory but did not yet post or commit will the fetched rows have the updated values? and if these changes fails the condition from the viewCriteria , will the rows be shown?.

The camera roll contains all the photos and videos taken on your device, as well as any saved on your device from the internet, emails, text messages, etc.  The photo library contains photos synced to your device from your computer.
Only camera roll photos are synced using iCloud with photo stream.  And photo stream only syncs photos, not videos.

  • What is the different between Logical complex join and Physical join?

    hi,
Do somebody know what is the function different between logical complex join in BMM layer and physical join in physical layer?
    Thanks.

    Thank you very much1
    I understand their differentiation:
In the BMM Complex join (intelligent), means OBI picks the best way from possibly many different ways to join using physical join. FK join forces the same join always, which limits flexibility.

  • There is an inconsistency between the authentication mode of target web application and the source web application after migrating to claims

I've had my farm upgraded from SP2010 to SP2013 for over 6 months now and all is well, however, I was refreshing my staging environment from production and I noticed that one of the databases still shows these errors when I run test-spcontentdatabase:
    Category             : Configuration
    Error             : False
    UpgradeBlocking : False
Message           : The [SharePoint Web App] web application is configured with claims authentication mode however the content database you are trying to attach is intended to be used against
    a windows classic authentication mode.
Remedy              : There is an inconsistency between the authentication mode of target web application and the source web application. Ensure that the authentication mode setting in upgraded web application is the
same as what you had in previous SharePoint 2010 web application. Refer to the link "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=236865" for more information.
This doesn't make sense considering I converted the production web application to claims during the upgrade and then verified all sites were working with claims logins. I also verified that existing AD user identities were converted to claims by checking out
the database tables. Yet test-spcontentdatabase still thinks there is a mismatch here.
My farm is SP1 and no further CUs. The point of this particular refresh is so I can update to the November CUs in my test farm. Anyone else see this? Seems like it's a bug/safe to ignore because my stuff is working.
    Thanks,

  • Exchange rate is different between records in OB08 and records in document.

    Hi Gurus,
The exchange rate is different between records in OB08 and records in calculated amount in line item. How does it happen? Not all of the documents in the same period has this problem.
    For example, a document A created by FB05 on Jun 30 2010.
In OB08, the exchange rate is 6.80000. This rate was the same in the header of document A.
In the line item of doc A, I calculated the amount for line itme 1 and 2. Line itme 1 shows the exchange rate is 7.90000. Line item 2 shows the exchange rate is 16.0000. ( The exchange rate is not that exactly an interger. I put a similar exchange rate as an example.)
Could you please throw some light on these? Why some documents are okay but for some, the exchange rate is so different?
I just found that the exchange rate of some of the document line item calculated is from another currency. It shows in the line item (in question) button "More Data". Shall I know how the exchange rate was got from another currency exchange rate?
    Thank you.
