Is it possible to assign different currencies for multiple line items in a AP invoice?
Eg:
One vendor is supplying raw materials from different regions, and we have to raise one invoice with different currency rate to each items

It is not possible to assign different currencies for multiple line items in a AP invoice.
Try to book the different documents(different correncies for a single vendor in a A/P Invoice).

In my case first line item currency is getting copied to all line item and after that, currency feild is grayed out. But client want me to configure different currencies for different line item if possible.

Currency filed is depending on Vendor master.
In Vendor master u'll define the currency.
IN ME21N, if u enter the vendor it will automatically default.

if VBKD-BSTKD_E = 3011192 is like 4 records in excel means for these 4 should be one SO
if it is changed to 3011193 then only different SO.

U have to write code for 2 items, when u press enter u will get new row to enter new record one by one.

Instead of using BDC , why dont you make use of BAPI.
As you are on ECC, you can make use of BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
Collect all your records based on PO # and pass them into line item table structure ORDER_ITEMS_IN.
*--Logic something like this.
loop at it_exceldata into l_line.
loop at it_exceldata into l_so where bstkd_e eq l_line-bstkd.
*This will loop at all the same PO#
*collect the data related into corr tables. and append
endloop.
*Now you are outside the loop.
*Call the BAPI to update this SO
delete it_exceldata where bstkd_e eq l_line-bstkd_e.
endloop.
Also pass all the necessary data to header structure ORDER_HEADER_IN
Do not check for Sy-subrc at the end of execution.
Instead read the Return table with message type 'A' or 'E whichi means there is an error/abort in BAPI execution.
Remember to expicitly COMMIT_WORK after succesfull execution of BAPI using BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT

Iam trying to record BDC for J1IS transaction.
while recording material document which contains more than 8 line items , Only 8 line items get saved and the rest of the items doesn't get saved ,
But when I do this manually then all the line items get saved,
Can anyone give the remedy for this Problem (to record J1IS for multiple line items).

The problem might be that the scroll down functionality after 8 line items is not recorded in your recording.
In order to overcome the issue, you need to check OK__CODE whicle page down and add it in recording after Number of line items are greater than 8.

To make service entry sheet for multiple line items of the service PO.
Hello MM Gurus,
Please help me for the following
I create a service PO with say 10 line items. Then while doing the service entry sheet the system automatically picks the line item 10 by default. When I try to enter the other items it throws an error" unplanned services cannot be entered"
So how to make a service entry sheet which shall include all the line items of the service PO at the same time.
So if I have 100 items in the PO do we make the service entry sheet 100 times against each item? Is there any seeting/solution on this?

I have two solution for u.
1) Create different service entry sheet -ML81N for each line item and create single invoice verification for all service entry sheet - MIRO
2) Create service purchase order - ME21N for only one line item.
And include all services in service tab available at item detail level of service purchase order. Enter it's quantity and rate.
Than create one service entry sheet for purchase order.
So you can create one service entry sheet for all line item of services.
Note: - Use option 2 for easy process.

Changing Ship-To Parties for Multiple Line Items
Hello! I am wondering if there is a way to change the Ship-To party on a sales order at the line item, besides changing each line individually. Is there a more efficient way to change the Ship-To party for multiple line items? We are looking at creating a fast-change transaction to allow users to change the Ship-To party at the line item level for multiple lines. Our particular transaction will make changes by delivery group. Does anyone know if SAP version 6.0 will have functionality to allow users to change the Ship-To party for multiple lines at one time? I tried your code and it worked fine but after I put this code I am getting another issue. within the loop I had a code to make the fields non modifiable on the screen and was working fine but now what's happening is it's making the all the lines uneditable except the one with data on it (which is completely opposite), this is what I have coded:

SRM 7 - defaulting values for multiple line items on shopping cart
Hi,
We are using SRM 7 - Employee self service - Punch out catalogues and describe requirements.
Our scenario is this:
- User is responsible for creating shopping carts for numerous cost centres/other users
- Shopping cart will have multiple line items (but the cost centre/other user will be same for all line items)
- Is it possible to define in a shopping cart that all line items will have a specific value? E.g. all line items will be assigned to a specific cost centre?
I know about assigning dedault values in PPOMA_BBP - but our situation is where user does not want to use this default value this time, but another value
Any suggestions?

To confirm, did you use the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI (in conjunction with the BBP_ITEM_CHECK_BADI) to look at different cost centres on the multiple lines on the shopping cart?
Also - did you use the same BADI to give user opportunity to enter a default cost centre that is then automatically applied to all line items on the cart?

My client requirement is multiple line items of the sales order should reflect as a single line item in the invoice ..?
For ex: I am using Service material type Dien & material created under different material groups.
My Sales order looks somthing like below with material no & amount:
10 Testing charges 10$ material group xx1
20 Baking charges 20$ material group xx2
30 Scan/Taping 20$ matierial group xx1
Now in the invoice its should reflect only with 1 line item with the whole amount 50$.
Kinldy let me know how this requriement can be fullfilled.

I think you can apply Rate Routing for this.
A rate routing is a routing for repetitive manufacturing. It enables you to easily reproduce the lean production process.
In the rate routing, the production rate per operation is defined (production time according to a base quantity). Set-up time is not usually defined, since no changes to setup are planned.
However, you can also use standard routings. A standard routing represents the various steps of production (such as setup, processing, teardown and so on), operation by operation, if necessary with suboperations.
A rate routing does, however, offer all the same functions as a standard routing.
<b>Structure</b>
If you use the same standard value key for all the work centers on the line, the system copies the descriptions of the standard values to the routing as the column headings of the operation overview.
If you use different standard value keys for the work centers, the system copies the descriptions into the routing that is entered in the control data for the routing in Customizing.
To create a Rate Routing, follow the steps as under:-
1) Starting from the main Line Design menu, choose Rate routing --> Create.
The system displays the initial screen for rate routings.
2) Enter the plant, the material and in the field Group, the group to which you want to assign the rate routing.
3) Choose Enter.
The system displays the screen Header details.
4) Enter the following data:
=> the routing description
=> the plant
=> the usage of the rate routing, i.e.production
=> the status, i.e. released
=> the unit of measure of the materials to be produced
5) Save your rate routing.
<b>Result</b>
You have created the rate routing. Continue creating the main production line and if necessary, feeder lines.
You can also take the help of your PP guy for this.

In recording once u save, the recording comings out the transaction.
If u want the pop-up to display before save. Then in recording also
after entering all data and before Save press enter or do check.Try
this way after that save the transaction.
