Different department to be notified for different defect

Dear gurus,
I developed the process for inspection of static equipment, where RR and UD has to be done for the lot which is raleased after the releasing the order generated against the scheduling of the plan.
During RR if the defects are identified then notification has to be created and the concern department has to be notified.
I want to know where it is possible to create two or more different notification for the defects recorded during RR for two or more characteristics.
EX - I had seven characteristics in the lot for RR.
I found one defect for 2nd characteritics which is to be notified to the production department.
I found another defect for 5th characteristics which is to be notified to the other department and first founded defect should not be highlighted to the other department.
So system sholud generate two different notification for the same lot having different defect and different department to be notified during RR.
Recently only one notification is forming having both the defects and only one department is being notified.
If this can be done then how and what settings to be done for this?

Menu path: Customizing > Quality Management > Quality Inspection > Inspection Lot Creation > Maintain Inspection Types
Deselect the chech box "One notification per insp. lot" for the inspection type.

GPO is set for "Auto download and notify for install" but it does not work correctly on two of my servers.

I have a problem with two of my servers. I have ~200 servers which are updating fine through WSUS. The settings are as you can see "3 - Auto download and notify for install" in the GPO.
This is the correct setting. I want to achieve that I can install the updates whenever I want on these servers. On client computers there is a strict schedule with auto installs.
My GPO works fine for 98% of my servers. On two servers (a big file server and a TMG server) the settings are made as you can see in the screenshots, but the updates still get installed automatically.
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here... It is a big problem for me that updates get installed automatically on these servers.
Although the Policy and the Registry both say 3 the server behaves like option 4 is active.
I would be very thankful for any input on how to find out what's the issue here.

and was not able to find any sign of an admin installing it in the WindowsUpdate.log.
Then the Windows Update Agent DID NOT install this update, and it's not really a WSUS issue.
My typical response to such a claim would be to ask you to show me in the WindowsUpdate.log where the update was installed... but it seems that request has already been answered.
The more relevant question it seems, is HOW DID these updates allegedly get installed?

Not able to create STO with serial assignment for returning defective goods

Hi all,
I am facing problem while creating STO (641 movement) for returning defective engines which are manufactured at client plant.
The actual problem is:
My client manufactures engine with serial no. profile attached.The steps which is followed is (all the movements are reflected in Equipment master ie03 )
1. They create Stock using Assy. Back flush (131 movement)
2. They do Sloc transfer using 311 movement.
3. They send the engines to other plant by raising STO (641 movement)
4. The Receiving Plant is doing GR (101 movement) using Tcode migo and while doing GR they delete the Serial no attached to the particular engine against material manually.
5. Everything was going fine till some days before some engines were found defective, now they want to raise return STO against the sending plant to send back those defective engines.
I had simulated the same case in QA client, but after GR when i am trying to raise return STO by attaching serial no. it is throwing error like check Equipment status i had tried all one but nothing worked.
Your fast and reliable solutions needed.

For converting PR to PO in the configuration you need to first set up which PR Document Type can be converted to which PO type.
You can check if the PR Doc type is assigned to PO doc type here

And if you need to prevent the referencing of PR for PO creation then you assign parameter EFB to the user role. This is done by BASIS.
You can whether your role has been assigned to any of the parameters. Ask you basis team to find this out .Tell the basis team your User ID and ask them which Parameter is assigned to your role. Give them the following configuration path if need

Google notifier for mac timing out

I have been using Google Notifier for Mac for over 2 years. For the last few days, I has been unable to connect. I get the error "Timed out." My internet connection is fine. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

Problem was on Google's side. Working better now.

How come HP is not recalling Envy 15-j173cl screens for known defect?

Two days ago I watched my HP Envy 15-j173cl touchscreen develop a crack which spread from top to bottom without my having touched the screen. It took all of 25 minutes. The screen is working in that I can view what is going on, just the touchscreen is not working, so it was obviously the LCD screen.
The computer was bought in June 2014, so it is 5 months old.
When I started calling local repair centers, it turns out that mine is not the only one they have seen. In fact in the past 2 months they have seen 6 come in! And I live in a smallish town in Maryland.
The computer is under a warranty, but that is besided the point. HP have heard about this, and I see it on blogs and their own forum. What are they doing to correct the problem?

What can be done other than repair them under warranty as the problem comes up? This Forum is not a direct line to higher HP Management and we have no inside information. Recalls are generally only done for product defects that affect safety and are a risk to health or property like batteries or AC adapters that catch fire. Let us know if you receive any information. I have not seen a lot of complaints from the public about spontaneously cracking screens. I have, however, responded to a couple going back several months.

QM Sample of a detailed Blueprint process for Quality Defects to Resolution

My business is looking to make a serious investment in a Quality Management System. We are in the process of selling SAP but found one major gap to sell the entire SAP QM module.
Before we do a draft or complete flow or blueprint of our own, we do not have a sample to sell these processes to the business for them to even consider SAP.
We found many documents and presentations on CAPA, 8D, Notifications but nothing at a high-level that would Cleary sell it.
When looking at the SAP QM system it has integration points to just about every SAP module. To explain the capabilities in an email or a word document is not enough to really highlight the process capabilities of QM - SAP.
Since I know some companies have implemented the SAP QM system in various industries, we would appreciate if you could provide feedback on your experience and provide a sample of an overall process flow or blueprint (Draft / other) that has been documented to help us sell the SAP QM system as a whole.
The specific areas that we are working on are and we do not want to design the car before first inventing the wheel:
DEFECT's materials today we use QM - QN QN
Customer, Vendor and internal Complaints.
Engineering defects.
CA/PA - seems to fit into what action you have taken to resolve the above.

These items seem to fit into the same process inputs and outputs at a high level, so sample documents that you have implemented would we an awesome help.

How can I follow-up directly to apple, for my defective iphone5. They promise to replace it but then it's been a month. I want to know when exactly will I get the replacement. PLEASE HELP ME. Im from the Philippines.

I just bought my iphone5 last march 27, but then after a few weeks I noticed that there is something loose inside of it. So I went to Globe Philippines, a telecommunications company in the Philippines and one of the authorize distributor of iPhones here ib the country, but instead of just replacing my defective phone, the advised me to wait for 3 to 4 weeks for them to be able to replace it because the replacement unit will be coming from Apple Singapore. I said ok then, but It's already a month now, still there is no feedback regarding the status of my phone. PLEASE HELP ME! Apple Singapore, Im begging you to replace my phone.

All support for your iPhone in the Philippines is handled by Globe, so you need to continue to work with them on the issue. No one here can help you directly with this issue, nor is there any way you can yourself contact the repair depot in Singapore (if indeed that's where it is). You can, however, try calling Apple Support in the Philippines at 1-800-1441-0234, ask to speak with someone in Customer Relations, and ask if there's anything they can do to help expedite the process.

Received a replacment 6th gen for a defective older version. Battery on new version is dead after only four moths. Was told I would have to purchase repair ($60) because 30 days had expired. I think it may be time to say goodbye to Ipod.

This is pretty sad. The battery is dead after four months (and this was a repacement product from a previously defective model). I think it is ridiculous that beacuse I am over the 90 day period by a month that I should have to pay a service fee. I understand the fee,but on a four-moth old product that is replacing an older version with the same problem?

That is a fit of bad luck right. You can still try to schedule an appointment at your local Apple Store's Genius Bar and explain to them what has happened. They may be willing to swap it out for you again at no cost, but of course, they are under no obligation to do so. The appointment is free except for your time.

Google Notifier for Mac

Hello. I have a google notifier on my macbook. In the preferences menu, you are able to choose a sound for when you receive a new email. I was able to upload some of my own sound clips on their, and I now have Cary Grant or Spock letting me know I have an email. My mother just got a macbook, and I set it up for her. She wants the sounds for her google notifier as well, I just can't figure out how I can upload the sounds to the google notifier. They are on her hard drive, I just forgot how to do it, and can't figure it out. Does anyone here now how to do it? Thanks.

Cannot Add Notifier for Warp Transform

Running into this problem and I can't seem to find this issue referenced anywhere else. The idea seems simple enough. My code:

I would agree with you - it doesn't look like it would be an eventClass that PS recognizes. The issue then is - what would be the eventClass for a warp transform? The document "Adobe Photoshop CC Scripting Guide" (pg83) mentions that the 2nd argument in the putObject method would give you the name of the class. (Which in my case would be "warp").
I'm selecting the warp transform via the menu. The goal of my script is to bind the last action done (from a list of specific actions) to a certain hot key. For example, if you applied the Warp function last, the hotkey Ctrl+Q would correspond to Warp. If you applied the brush last, Ctrl+Q would be the brush.

I would look at the arguments coming into the eventFile and see if you can add logic to distinguish from every Transform.
I wasn't aware that adding a notifier would send arguments into eventFile when the event is tripped. Can you point me to where I can read more about this?

Service department arnt contacting me for support!!!

Its been 2 months I contacted MSI UK for customer support on the 5th of april they said
"Dear customer, Your ticket has been forwarded to our service department. They will contact you my email.
Please do not reply to this email. Thank you. "
and its been about 2 months now and no support what so ever can anyone help me get support. my PC has been broken for 2 months now and I cant get it working.
