Different GL A/C FOR TAX

Dear all,
My query is , 
At the time of GR  the  CST is added in the GRIR Clearing a/c, Instead  of that the requirement is , it should be posted in different GL A/C .
Now :-   
STORES & SPARES A/C                Dr.  105         
              GR/IR Clearing A/c  -          Cr.            105   (GL A/C 161230)
Requirement:-
              Stores & Spares A/c                      Dr.    105
              GR/IR clearing  spares A/c    -             Cr.            100   (GL 16230)
              GR/IR CSTclearing A/c     -                  Cr.               5  (GL 161052 )
How to make this settings?

    Dear All,
    I am currently working on SAP R/3 4.0. I have a new requirement for my tax where I need to create new condition tables other than the 4 standard SAP tables which are Customer/Material, Division/Customer, Departure Country/Destination Country, Domestic Taxes and Export Taxes. My new tables consists of Departure Country/Destination Country/Shipping Point/Tax Code. The requirement is that the tax code is based on the chosen destination country and shipping point. The problem I am facing now is that no matter what types of table I create or even I generate with reference to the standard table, the access sequence will only refer to the 4 standard SAP tables above. Even if I put my own table in the highest priority for the access sequence, the same thing happens. My sales order will only pick up date from the standard table.
    I wonder if anyone encountered the same problem as me.

    I suggest fist check a simple thing ,whether u have successfully determined shipping point for each line item ,it is possible that just adding a line item will not trigger shipping point determination . So after u update the shipping point on line level u can rerun pricing and check agian if u r getting it .
    Secondly for tax purposes I suggest   Try to have Customer and material tax classification approach  this allows to u have long term flexibiliy and also reduces your maintenance activity . As if u change or add number of shipping points and business changes using the sequence of shipping point ,the logic of just using shipping point will not work.
    In Tax classification u cna add new condition table for each new tax category and use it in different access sequences.
    This information can be passed on to FI using Different Tax code for Different combination.

    Hi experts,
    I'm sorry about my question which can find out a lot in SDN forum, but i still post this here because my case is different, I see some similar Error, but I cant solve my issue.
    In sales standard process, I do SO, DO, Bill without that error. but Just Free goods process.
    I have a error in Free goods process
    I create SO for Free goods and enter manual quantity and Item category
    (I'm using R100 condition for free good)
    Then create Delivery.
    Then create Billing, save and get error:
    Document 90000319 saved (no accounting document generated)
    Message no. VF050
    After that, I go to VF02, and click to Release flag, I get:
    Tax statement item missing for tax code O3
    Message no. FF805
    Diagnosis
    No tax item exists for tax code O3 in a G/L account item. A possible
    cause is an incorrect transfer of parameters by the application to the
    Accounting interface.
    Procedure
    Enter an OSS message.
    I search in OSS note, but I cant solve it.
    Please help me to solve this Error,

    In FS03, I see allowed output tax in tax account.
    I get the reason of this error, but I dont know how to solve.
    In my procedure, I have some condition type:
    PR00 - price
    R100 - 100% discount
    MWST - Output tax
    and, Z001: FEE (This amount must sent to Goverment, no tax, so I enter higher Step no. in procedure)
    In case Free goods, in VF01 must: (example: Sent 1 material A (price 10) to customer for free, no tax, but Fee (1))
    Dr: Customer account: 1
    Dr: Sales deduce: 10
        Cr: Sales revenue: 10
        Cr: Fee: 1
    But I cant post this transaction.
    Can you give me a solution for this case?

    Put a break at line 158 in FM   FI_TAX_SV_BSEG_BSET_GROSS and check out what is happening, that is the line giving error           
    Checkout how the data is populated in T_TAXCODES
    Please check that the Function Module  FI_TAX_SV_BSEG_BSET_GROSS, failed. In this function module table BSET - TXJCD, and BSET-TXJDP has different values, due to this the above said error has occurred. The Solution is both the Tables BSET – TXJCD & BSET-TXJDP, should have the same values.
    Please also ask your Abaper

    In the select statement xaccit-kdauf is empty so exit does not check for Account Assignment to a WBS Element.
    We changed the select statement mention below, exist-works for alpha repairs svc (ZRAS) as well as Proj.Billing Request (ZPBR) document types.

    In this way we resolved this Issue in one of our Upgrade Project.

  • How to track the history of supplier sites used for tax reporting (1099)

    Hi,
    Oracle financials doesn't allow two supplier sites setup as tax reportable sites (Unless one is inactive). Suppose if the supplier uses site1 for the year 2009 and site 2 for 2010 and now there is site3 setup as tax reportable. All three sites were setup in 2009 and all three sites are active. Supplier chosen different sites for each year as their tax reportable site.
    How do we know which site oracle used to send 1099 for 2009 & 2010? How to track the history of supplier sites used for tax reporting (1099) in previous years?

    Would the begin_date, end_date and status columns on HZ_PARTY_SITES_USES be any good? Our R12 installations is too new to have accumulated much data yet, but I would look in those columns first.

  • State wise Reports for Taxes

    Hi  MM Gurus,
    Good Morning !!!!
    I have a situation where i have many branches sales offices in different States, but in SAP we have created only one plant for one state and we have created Storage Locations for other states Branch offices. Now the issue is, from other branches (States) also my client used to raise Vendor Invoices and Customer Billing document, So they need separate report for Input/Output Tax.
    Shall i use business Place for other states under one Plant?? Is this is possible? OR in my case how can i get separate reports for Taxes for different states  (Storage Locations).
    Kindly suggest.

    I dont think business place will help in your case since we assign business places to plant. So in your case you have only one plant.
    Which tax procedure are you using ?
    How system calculates different taxes in case of different states ?

    create a executable program, pass the all values to Internal table.
    create the structure as same as internal table.(eg: ztable).
    create table type for this structure(eg: ytable)
    T-code: Smartforms.
    click the Form Interface tab, click table . click table
    in that declare the  variable (itab like ytable).
    click the form Painter,
    desgin the output structure.
    Select "Fieldlist on/FF''.
    drag and drop the fields
    Right  click on the main window create a Window -> right click on create window -> click table.ble
    add vertical lines to the table.
    Right click on the mainwindow->flowlogic->loop. enter the itab name.
    activate the smartforms. execute.
    copy the generated number.
    goto to abap editor program.
    Delcare:
    DATA : FM_NAME TYPE RS38L_FNAM.
    CONSTANTS C_FORMNAME TYPE TDSFNAME VALUE 'ZSMARTFORM4'. (smartforms name)
    CALL FUNCTION 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME'
                     EXPORTING

  • VK11 Condition types for taxes

    Hey, I'm attaching the print screen of Vk11 for taxes. I don't understand what is the use of taxcode(highlighted) on the image. I have seen F1, but it doesn't make any sense to me.... I'm putting the tax rate % in the amount field... What is the use of Region? Is it the region of a customer? Any help is appreciated.

    Aasish, Thanks for the reply. In the Taxes on Purchases/Sales, I have configured 2 tax codes (O1 & O2). O1 has taxes Excise duty, Cess & VAT, whereas O2 has Excise, Cess & CST).
    Now configuring condition type for tax VAT using VK11 using key combination Plan/Region/Delivery PLant REgion/ etc, I have entered the tax code as O1.
    What is Tax code acting as here? I know it is not retrieving any tax rates mentioned in Taxes on Sales/Purhases section as I have maintained same Account Keys in both the areas but condition types are different....  
    If I am defining condition type for Excise, what is the tax code I have mention here.. Will it be O1 or O2?

    I am not included for tax exempt . but checked the tax exempt check box unknowingly during ios developer enrollment process of 99$.and completed the purchase .
    Now can I apply for excluding tax exepmt by unchecking .As I cant provide the SSN for app sale..Can some one help me on this.

    This is being caused by using the same Apple ID for iMessage.  To fix this you have two choices:
    On all but one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID.  Note: you can still share the same ID for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores; or
    On all of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at".

    i am running S_AC0_52000644 - Tax Reports -> General -> Deferred Tax -> Deferred Tax Transfer (New)  report for differed tax transfer. system is transfering education cess and SHES, it ignores basis. if run SM35 it execution FB05 with all details. finally it gives message Ex.rate diff.accts are incomplete for account 0001505560 currency INR.

    While using TAXINN pricing procedure. For simplified tax rate determination, we want to create our own condition tables for tax determination purposes, as is otherwise possible with the conditions technique.
    The existing conditions which are pre-delivered with access sequence/s are as:-
    TABLE     Description
    3     Tax Classification
    363     Plant/Vendor/Material
    358     Country/Plant/Ctrl code/Material
    357     Country/Plant/Ctrl code
    362     Country/NBM-NCM Code
    359     Plant/Matl group
    However we want to create a custom table (9xx:Vendor/Material) with which can meet our requirement of tax determination while purchasing materials.
    Could you please elaborate weather our requirement can be fulfilled by standard customization?

    I understand that all kind of requirement can be meet with existing data.
    I am writing here because I want to reduce the number of records to be maintained. (say, Plant/Vendor/Material, if I have 10 Plants then no of records will be 10 different Plants x vendor x Mat. codes. Hence I am keen to have as Vendor/Mat. code. SAP delivered Plant/Matl group somehow not fulfilling our business need).
    I am interested to know weather it is possible to create a custom condition table to meet our requirement/s?
    What is your opinion on this..? Please share if you know any SAP Note as am unable to find any relevant one.

    Check calculation procedure using T.code OBYZ(IMG > Financial Accounting> Financial Accounting Global Settings--> Tax on Sales/Purchases --> Basic Settings -
    > Assign Country to Calculation Procedure.)
    Select new entries--Enter tax procedure for India TAXINN-TAx procedure INdia
    Save.
    Use T.code OBBG....select position...enter IN....against that assign the tax procedure created above and save.

  • JPU1 100- in FTXP for tax code U1

    Instead of a rate, for tax code U1 I see 100- on both the state and county level represented by the txjcd code I entered.
    Can someone explain why I see this vs. an actual rate like the S1 (sales tax) .

    Another question:
    Why does Tax Code I1 and U1 act differently with base amounts? They pretty much do the same thing except one allows you to enter tax and the other allows a external system to calc tax (Our system is VERTEX). It shouldnt change the base tax posted amount? What am I missing?

    iTunes never displays the iPod in the left pane?
    iTunes is shipped with a "helper application" called the "iPod Service" that runs and is used by iTunes to communicate with the iPod device. This service may be disabled.
    If your system is Microsoft Windows XP and you are logged in as an Administrator:
    1. Quit iTunes and, if your iPod is currently connected to your computer, safely remove it using the system tray application to manage removable devices.
    2. Right click on "My Computer"
    3. Select "Manage"
    4. In the "Computer Management" window, left pane (tree view), follow this path:
    +Computer Management (local) > Services and Applications > Services+.
    5. In the right pane, scroll down to "iPod Service" and double click it.
    6. If the service is listed as "Disabled" and "Stopped," change to "Manual" and "Start" it. ("Manual" will cause it to start when iTunes starts and "Start" starts the service right now.)
    7. Close "Computer Management"
    8. Restart iTunes and wait for it to completely come up.
    9. Reconnect your iPod.

    Hoping someone can help me with this question - Is it possible to change the depreciation key for closed fiscal years - we need to change it for Tax - books. And if yes - does it mean we need to open closed fiscal years ??

    Hi,
    you will need to open the FI and AA periods. After changing the depreciation keys do the necessary dep run and close the books in the correct sequence.There should not be problem.
