Edge and Contract phones on same account - contract renewal question

Hello. I have multiple devices on my account and just signed up with EDGE for a new phone (different line, same account owner). When my contract phone goes up for renewal in a few months, am I still able get a subsidized phone with extending that 2-year contract at that time?

Do we have to pay for audiobooks twice on same account, different phones?

My husband bought and listened to an audiobook on his iPhone.
Now I'd like to listen to that same book on my iPhone. Do I have to pay for it again?
It's not in my list of purchases or on my computer backup. I started to use the cloud about a year ago and he has just started using the cloud in the past month.

Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded. You should sync your audiobooks to other devices via iTunes on your computer.

Different Chapter ID for various assets in same excisable plant

Dear SAP guru,
We're currently using 4.6C.
Currently we have a scenario where different category of asset will have different chapter id. And the same machinery will have different chapter id between local and import. In J1ID, 1 plant can only have 1 chapter id when material number is blank. If 1 plant have several chapter ID's then the system would not know what Excise percentage to extract from J1ID during the creation of Purchase Order. Can you advise how to resolve this scenario? Thanks.

Different Compressor settings for export in FCPX = same result

For test purposes for a movie screener to upload, I've been changing the settings of a custom Compressor setting I imported into FCPX but seem to get the same result size-wise whether its 1- or 2-pass.
Do I need to delete the icon in FCPX and then re-choose it?

The Compressor quality slider (Least>>>>Best) in the dialog is activated when the Bit Rate is set to Automatic. If a bit rate is entered in the Restrict to field, the slider is inactive. Also, the slider is not available at all for some codecs.
One way or the other, one chooses a bit rate and that times the duration is the total bit budget that compressor figures out how to allocate on the first pass. Complex scenes get higher rates and less complex get lower rates.

HT4436 How do I set up separate iCloud's and apple ids for two phones on one account?

I just got a new iPhone and when they transferred my contacts at the store they also replaced my husbands contacts on his phone! Major mess...how do I get the two phones on separate clouds??

To fix this, you need to migrate your data to a separate iCloud account. Do not delete any data from either phone until this is done or it will also be deleted from iCloud and the other phone, and will be lost.
When you do this any data you sync with the shared iCloud account such as contacts is merged and will appear on all devices connected to the account. To fix this you both need to have separate iCloud accounts (you can continue to share the same Apple ID for purchasing from the iTunes and app stores).
Decide which iPhone will be keeping the current iCloud account. On the one that will be changing accounts, if you have any photos in your photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else save these to your camera roll by opening the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tapping Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing Notes with iCloud (Settings>iCloud>Notes>On), you will also need to email these to yourself in order to keep them.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The phone that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.) When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, to un-merge the data you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the data you don't want (i.e., deleting your husband's data from your account, and vice versa).

Two phones on same account, one roaming the other isn't?

My husband and I both have the Samsung Galaxy S3. His phone has been roaming for days now, and my phone hasn't been. How can this be? We have a share everything plan that is nationwide. Will we be charged for roaming?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your husbands line. We can definitely make sure to resolve this. Are you currently out of the country or near the border of another country? If not make sure that his LTE/CDMA is turned on in the Mobile Networks option of settings. If that is set up properly you can also turn off the mobile network on the device, then power the device on and off and turn it back on. Test this out and let us know if you see any change. If nothing we will proceed with different options. Overall, as long as you are not near an international area you will not be charged any kind of roaming fees.

Different GL Codes for export and domestic behind account key ERL

Hi all,
I have created separate pricing procedures for export and domestic sales. The issue is that condition type PR00 is used in both procedures and the acount key behind PR00 is ERL. Now the issue is that from finance side, if i have to segregate revenue from export sales and revenue from domestic sales then how can i do that as the gl code is same in both procedures.

In account determination procedure you could use two different access sequence such that for domestic revenues 1st access will come into picture while for export the other one.

Purchasing January Update for 2 iPods on Same Account

My wife and I each have an iPod Touch which we sync on separate computers but share the same iTunes Account (so that we can sync each others purchases). I purchased the January update from my computer and installed on my iPod without issue, but I could not purchase the update again from my wife's computer; iTunes stated that I had already purchased the update.
I would like to avoid creating a new iTunes Account for my wife just so that the software update would work, since we are sharing our purchases. Is there another way to purchase and install the update from the same iTunes Account into separate iPods?

2 phones on same account.. Please help!

My daughter and I both use my laptop for Itunes and we just updated her phone to the new software and when Icloud asked for Apple ID of course we entered mine which is the only one we have. Previously when we synced our phones her contacts and mine would just merge on our phones and we each would just get on our phones and delete the others contacts. NOW....since she deleted my contacts from her phone they are completely gone. So my question is how can I get my Apple ID off her phone so all my purchases don't go to her phone and is there any way to retrieve my contacts? At this moment the Icloud is not my favorite thing!

The iPod does not add/delete anything from the library.
If you do not want her to do anything to your library, create a separate XP user account and let her get her own music.

IMessage error with 2 phones on same account/iCloud

My mom and I use the same Apple ID until last night after I updated my iPhone to ios7 things were fine but now she receives all of my messages to her phone too. We have tried to turn off both of our iCloud but it didn't work. She hasn't updated her phone to ios7 yet. She has turned off her iMessage. When she texts me she gets the same message to her phone too. Help please

The best way is to logout of one of the phones and then create a new Apple ID. Also, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive on both phones and make sure only the phone number is checked.

Trade early termination fee on tablet for addition phone on the account?

When I got my single line phone I got the free tablet deal with a cell plan for the tablet. I have absolutely no use for the tablet cell plan. If i add a second phone to the plan can I terminate the tablet plan without having to pay the early termination fee for that tablet plan?

You can try activating a old phone on the tablet line. That would change your bills according. That could in turn make everything cost more tho. What plan are you on?
