Different keyboard show up and freeze iPad

I went to Japanese FNN news site and three different key board show up and freeze my iPad in two to three days.

Three different key board showing up in a same web site, FNN news Japan.
Also video icon was sometime showing up the mark of slash.
Is this error of website or safari's problem?

This happened to me. I determined that my keyboard was paired with some other device (iPad or iPhone). I had to find the device which was paired with the keyboard, unpair it from that device, and then the new device that I wanted to pair it with could discover the keyboard. Bluetooth devices already paired with something cannot be discovered. There needs to be a better way.

Why is my purchased tv show skipping and freezing?

I bought two episodes of a TV show and they've both completely downloaded, however when I try and watch them they skip and freeze and it seems as if the sound doesn't match up with the picture. Any idea why this is happening? I've never had any trouble playing content on my laptop before.

Here are a couple resources I could recommend to help you troubleshoot this issue. The first article will help troubleshoot the audio and video out of sync issue. If the media has been purchased from iTunes it could be an issue with the downloaded media. You can delete the problematic media and download it again free of charge by following the steps in the second article.

Why are my calendars different on my iPhone and my iPad

Why are my calenders on my iPhone and iPad different? Some of the information sync'ed, but not all of it. How can I have them match each other? They are the same calender, the google calender. Thanks, Mike

With Multiple Gradients Click&Hold on the dot shows mask and freezes movement

In LR CC I noticed that if is used multiple gradients, if I switch gradient by clicking on the grey dot, it activates but then it can't be moved. Instead the mask shows.
I'm use to be able to move the gradient, and if I needed the mask to show I hovered over the dot.
Not being able to click on the dot and move the gradient slows me down. If I need the mask in those fes cases I gladly hover.
Is it a setting that has been changed/reset or something that is now by design?
Looking at a normal workflow this is counterproductive.

After some troubleshooting, I decided to order a new battery. I replaced the battery and was then able to get it to restore, however--after I restore it and it comes time to restart the phone, it gets stuck and doesn't turn on.

She does not have apple care and even though she loved this device, she isn't going to buy another iPhone because of all the problems shes had with this one (it's just over a year old).
After you ruined the iPhone with DIY, Apple won't touch it anymore. You should have asked before all these had happened.
I'm an android user myself and I love rooting/flashing new ROMS, so if jailbreaking her phone or doing some kind of super-restore with 3rd party programs might help, I'm all for it-

In Numbers, can I highlight/colour differently to show high and low level requirements from the Y Axis?

I have a line graph in Numbers 09, but would like to either fill the chart between two points on the Y axis which shows the upper and lower limits of a set of results. Is this possible? I don't seem to be able to select the two points I want and end up with the Grid lines being all the same colours when I select colour or the Chart fill is all or nothing!

I have done it both ways, the way you have suggested, the drawing of two lines for Upper and Lower limits and a combination of the two. They are all working fine. As you say, with use, I'll find other things that can be done with it, certainly from an aesthetic point of view.

HT4111 I have an IPAD updated with iSO 7. Recently I purchased a logitech wireless keyboard and I went to pair the two up and the IPAD shows that the keyboard is paired or connected but when I type using the keyboard it does not transfer to the pad scene.

The BestBuy guys are clueless. I use a Logitech BT Tablet keyboard with my iPad 4 - used it before with iOS 6 and use it now with iOS 7 and it works just fine.
A simply thing to try is to remove the BT pairing, reset your iPad (hold the on/off/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears), then try repairing them. You may have to force the keyboard back into pairing mode (on mine, there is a button on the underside, near the on/off switch, that I would press and hold for second or two to force pairing mode).

Hi, I have a recurring problem with my ipad3. The battery is showing 100% however my ipad constantly shuts itself down and comes back on. When its on it freezes and I cant turn it on or off, or runs really slow. Only had it 2 months, is this usual ?

Hi, I have had my ipad3 for only 2months and have now had this problem 3 times. The battery is fully charged to 100% and when I try to switch it on the slider screen appears as normal, it only stays on for a short time then a small circle appears and the ipad switches off.
Eventually it switches itself back on, then continues to switch off and on again.
When the screen opens it runs very slowly and I cant open anything before it closes down again.
Today this has been happening constantly, and have not able to use it as I could not get it to stay on for any length of time, very frustrating!
I plugged it back in to recharge again and was able to eventually press both buttons to reset it again. It now seems to be working ok again.
Can anyone tell me if thay have had the same problems, or is this a faulty ipad?
Its the first Apple product Ive owned so dont know if this is a common problem or not, be grateful for any info on this, thanks

I mostly use technology for education and professional audiovisuals and lights.
I don't sync music because I use music from at least 4 different computers. (manually mange music)
I use my iPad to play performance tracks for church and a local gospel group out of our church, Won4Christ.
I chose to buy the iPad because the laptop of one of the group members (dellxps running iTunes) was randomly losing and mixing up music and I wanted a more stable option that was bigger than my iPod touch.
I tried to add some data to music libraries that I previously added to my iPad, but the data only shows up when looking at the device in iTunes.
Wifi sync has not worked on either my laptop or desktop ( both running windows 7 enterprise 64 and newest iTunes) not really a big issue, but very annoying
When browsing through library playlist albums on the iPad, random artwork shows up on playlists with no artwork that you touch while dragging, and it does not go away until you change to another navigation tab and back.
Random songs out of hundreds that I added showed up in iTunes grayed out with a sync circle beside them. Those songs would play back okay on the iPad but were unplayable through the iTunes device view. I had to delete the songs manually through the library along with the playlist and add them again.
These seem to be major stability bugs in the "new" music app and iTunes. My only option right now seems to be to delete the songs that I want to change and re-add them with the changes already applied rather than changing the id3 tags and artwork on the existing music. I hope apple will release updates to resolve these issues.

When i plug in my ipod it shows up and works, but when i plug in my new ipad the ipad screen comes up with a display of a cable and itunes but does not show in devises, i have tried all the resets and different USB ports with no success. Any ideas short of selling it on ebay or buying a new computer?

If you've already tried the usual rebooting of the computer and ports and stuff, there is only a few things left I can think of. It's possible that when you updated iTunes it didn't fully replace all the files, so I suggest just manually removing iTunes and then reinstalling it.
Try removing iTunes manually first http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1224 then download a fresh copy, make sure it is 10.3.1
It is essential that you go through Finder to remove those files it mentions. Otherwise they won't be reinstalled when you run the installer again.

You did nothing wrong, but the photo app puts stuff in chronological order.
You can look for another app. Afraid I don't have one to suggest, but I do understand that other apps will sort photos differently.

I have downloaded the tv shows Homeland and Dexter. They have ended up in different places. Dexter is where is "belongs" in my itunes library on my NAS drive. Homeland ended up on my hard drive in the itunes/music/tvshows directory. Anyone know why?

on a NAS drive and Dexter was stored there (where it belongs). For some reason,
Homeland got saved to my Mac hard drive in the itunes/music/tvshows directory.
This seems odd everything else I have downloaded, music, other tv shows, movies
have been saved to the proper place. I haven't changed the path to my iTunes
library in years.
Now, iTunes has kept track of these two tv shows and I synced them both
to my iPad. The only reason I know they are in different places
is because my wife couldn't find them on the NAS drive.
Mostly out of curiosity, I'd like to know why this happened and how to keep it from
happening again.
Oh, it's iTunes 11.0.3 running on a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.6.8.

I don't think it is easy to move part of a collection unless you don't care about the metadata such as date added, etc. You can copy the files to the other drive, delete in iTunes the references to the copies still on your computer, then hold down the option key while dragging the files on the external to iTunes so it doesn't copy them back to your internal but just references them where they are. You have to remember to do this each time. Either that, or set preferences so iTunes does not automatically copy any file to your media folder when added but leaves them all where they land on your computer. You can move them by hand around the computer, but not between drives.
You could try Dougscript "Move Files To Folder" but I don't know if this enables iTunes to track items moved to a different drive. iTunes doesn't really like using multiple drives.
As for using Time Capsule, I have seen various takes on this. I recall reading somebody saying it isn't a good idea to have a backup drive competing for dual purposes. My take on it is, TC is a backup, period. If you keep your movies on it and the TC drive dies, you lose your only copy of the movies.
How often do you really watch these movies? Yes, it is nice having them appear in iTunes, but unless you are watching them every day then it isn't a huge burden to have them on another drive. Frankly, if I had iTunes movies I would probably make a whole different library for them and start from it with the external drive turned on when I was in a movie mood.

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

IPad crashing and freezing after 8 ios updates

My iPad 1 has been crashing and freezing after completing the most recent ios updates, what could be wrong?

Can there be any person who can say that Apple treats customers as valuable persons ?
Way how IPAD 2 users are treated, served and issues solved shows clearly how they just care of new purchases. All crashes, slowness, battery consumption, extremely bad user experience with slow and jamming UI etc... Anyway this is over now with me as I'm moving out from IPAD / IOS due this experience. Ride was a good but now its over as trust is totally destroyed by Apple.

IPad 2 zooms in and freezes

Our iPad 2 has recently developed a zooming problem. If we have been zooming in and out a lot, all of a sudden it zooms right in and freezes. The screen can't be moved around, it won't zoom back out. Going out of the app doesn't fix it. The home screen is zoomed so far in it only shows about 6 apps. The only fix I've found is to shut it down, but that sometimes doesn't work. Any ideas?

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
You can zoom in and out by double-tapping with 3 fingers, and if you don't want to be able to zoom then you can turn it off via Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom 'off'
