Different product versions displayed in spite of having applied misc v11.1.2.3.50x patches

All,
Once logged, here's what is displayed when I click on Help > About Oracle Enteprise Performance Management System Workspace, Fusion Edition then click on the [Show Details] button:

This is in spite of having successfully applied the following patches:
PSU v11.1.2.3.500
Patch 20029854 (Reporting And Analysis Framework v11.1.2.3.506)
Patch 19466859 (EPMA v11.1.2.3.501)
etc;
.. then re-deployed the java web applications.
I was wondering if anyone had any idea(s) as to the reason(s) why the above emboldened entries are still showing different product versions to the versions which the patches were supposed to have installed.

    Dear PP Gurus ,
    We have a scenario in which there are multiple production versions for a particular product .The MRP run as welll as costing run considers only the production version 0001.
    We would like the system to consider different production versions for MRP and costing ..that is 0001 for MRP and 0005 for costing .
    Is this possible ... if yes ...Kindly suggest the config and master settings for this to happen .

    Dear Ramakrishna,
    For doing the costing for a specific production version use CK11N,under quantity structure tab key you
    can assign the prod.version which is to be used for costing purpose.
    While taking MRP if you want to consider the particular Prod.version,assign the demand to the
    correct prod.version under schedule line tab in MD61.
    Otherwise the system always picksup the first prod.version for MRP.
    One more alternative is you have to lock the other prod.versions if you want the system to consider a
    particular prod.version.
    Check and revert back.

  • Different production Version in subcontraction process

    Dear SAP Experts,
    We have created two different scheduling agreements for manufacturing of same Finished goods, plant & vendor through subcontracting using two different BOM activated through different production Versions with different set of components, But the system is picking up the Version available in the current Inforecords for both the agreements.
    Kindly advise whether, any functionality available for picking up the right version designated for each scheduling agreement.

    1.In case if you want to split the requirement's equally for 2 different sources say 2 different production versions you can
    maintain the quota in MEQ1 for the % for 2 different production version.
    2.Normally the system picksup the production version which is assigned in the Purchase Info Record in ME11 for sub-
    contracting type.
    3.Production version can be controlled by lot size and validity date.Normally the first production version will be picked by the
    system in case if both the production version falls under same validity date and lot size.You can use the option of locking the
    production version and to check the results.

  • Different fix lot size depending on the production version

    Hi all,
    I have the next scenario:
    2 production versions. 2 different fix lot size por each. So:
    Prod Version 1 - Fix lot size 200
    Prod Version 2 - Fix lot size 300
    I created the Quota Arrangement just to make SAP to take my favourite version. And trought the quota, I can define the lot size for each version. BUT.
    If I change the version in the order or in the planned order, the quantity don't change.
    So: How can I manage 2 different fix lot size for 2 different product versions? If I change the version once the order is created, how can I do the system change de quantity to the right one?

    I have n't  tried this scenario,
    This is my Idea
    Create a two production version
    for ex: lot size 100 to 1000, set the rounding profile qty as 1000
    for lot size 1001 to 99999, set the lot rounding profile value to 5000
    BY this way u can get the two lot based on the rounding profie

  • Urgent :-PIR Saving w.r.t multiple Production version/Month wise

    Hi,
    1) Please let me know whether It is possible to enter  Planned independent requirement saving in MD61 Txn code month wise &  with respect to three Production version..
    i.e. in detail,
    I am having 3 alternative BOM’s of the same finish material. I want save the  Independent Requirement in a particular month with respect to 3 BOM’s /3 Production Version wise in the same month.
    After that I want to run MRP multilevel planning which will create planned orders of Finish Products & Dependent materials exploding corresponding BOM with respect to the particular Production Versions.
    2) Please let me know the best suitable strategy which will not consider present stock & Production/Planned orders in hand , will only create planned orders from the PIR saved in the Demand Management.
    Please sugggest the best way to do. I am in pressure from the client.

        PIRs cannot be created for 3 production versions.
    In MRP documentation, check for quota arrangement. Planned orders can be assigned to three different production versions in equal quantities by the quota arrangement.
    MRp run reads the quota file MEQ1 when it has to distribute planned orders across three production versions.

  • Scrap Valuation Report by Production Version.

    Dear All.,
    Need the suggetions & help to me on the below mentioned scenario.
    Scenario
            My Client into MFG sector. What ever the material produced by my client is have different production versions. Moreover, we have multiple plant in which few are Repetitive Mfg with Product Cost Collectors & few are Discreat MFG Process.
           As we will get the scrap values after each confirmation by Qty & Value.
           So, the user is asking the report on SCRAP for all the stages of Product (Structure in CS11) by Production Version Wise.
    Current Availability
              We have standard Reports like KKFB, KOBB, KRM, S_ALR_87012151 - 52, S_ALR_87013148-49 & even in the cost estimate (CK11N) which are giving the Scrap details by Quatity & Value as well. But those value are limited to only one Prodcution Version.
    Requirement
              I want the details on HOW CAN WE GET the SCRAP detailed analysis at Product Hierarchy with reference to all Production Versions.
    Pls Give some inputs on this.

  • Selection of production version

    dear
    I have scenario like below
    have a BOM for Halb with BOM usage as 1Have another BOM for same material with usage as 3
    So i created two production version...i have a common routing for both version
    This particular halb is phantom item in bom level
    No what i want to achive is that
    1.system need to select first PV if the demand from Fert
    2.System need to select second PV if the demand from Halb itself(sometime a manual production order)
    So psl tell how to control selection of production versionon this scenario

    Check by making these settings.
    1.When the demand flows from the finished product to sub-assemblies and components,then in this case the system always
    picks the first production version(assuming the lot size,valid from and to date is same for the different production versions for
    the sub-assembly) when you maintain the BOM selection method as 2 in the MRP4 view of the sub-assembly.
    2.When you provide the demand for the sub-assembly directly mention the second production version in MD61 and carryout
    MRP and check the results.

    Hi ,
    Please check in the SLD once for the product version which you are trying to use.There might be the case that it had been deleted by someone.
    access  SLD from XI and check  if someone has deleted your software component from SLD
    Do a sld cache refresh. check for locks Integration Buileder -> administration->admin of locks and caches.
    Last  option restart the XI service and see if it starts working

  • ME51N subcontracting don't include the production version of info record

    Dear guru ,
    After assigning source of supply in a subcontracting purchase requisition the system donu2019t  read the production version of info record from the combination of vendor and material.

    For a Purchase requisition it is not possible to determine the correct Product Version, even the Vendor is specified. It will just pick the first valid version it can find.                                   
    When creating the Purchase Order from this Requisition, you will get a pop-up which allows you to let the "correct" production version overwrite the one coming from the Requisition. This is the case, when you create a PO with a vendor that has a different production version assigned in its info record as it is included in the Requisition.

  • Production version for different periode

    I have a requirement like below please suggest some solution
    One of my finished material having two alternative BOM  say 1 and 2 and I have a requirement in MD61 for 500 pcs in current month and another requirmnet in next month for 1000 pcs
    Now the when we run MRP I want system should take alternative bom 1 for current month requirement(500 pcs) and system need to take alternative bom 2 for next month requirement(1000 pcs)
    Any body have any idea about this solution with less master data maintenance for user

    Hi,
           You can resolve your issue by two ways , either using lot size procedure or using validity period.
        Case I:- Using Lot size
           You can use lot size procedure in production version in material master MRP 4 view. Kindly note that selection method should be
    3
    Selection only by production version
    1.  Lot size  0 -500 lot quantity select first BOM in production version
    2.  Lot size 501 - 9999 or 501 - 1000 quantity select second alternative BOM
    This will be used for every time production process.
         Case II:- Using Validity period
    If you are using this scenario for specific period then you can use this option of validity. Validity can be applied at different level like BOM validity or production version validity date in your case.
    a)If you have use validity start date of second BOM from next month then it will not explode in current month for MRP to achieve this use selection method in MRP4 view in material master as follows
    1
    Selection by explosion date
    b) You can also restrict selection of BOM for specific period using production version validity
    Start validity of second production version from second month to avoid selection in current month MRP.
    To achieve this use selection method in MRP4 view in material master as follows
    3
    Selection only by production version
    Hope you will get brief idea of selection correct BOM in MRP.

  • Nothing displays in Product Version Dropdown of Maintenance Optimizer

    I'm trying to download patches/packages via Solution manager . The problems is my systems have disappeared from the Product Version dropdown. This was working fine last weekend. I've made no changes to my systems
    Solution Manager -> Solution Operation -> Change Management -> Maintenace Optimizer -> Create New Maintenance Transaction
    Nothing is displayed in the Product Version dropdown.
    Kindly assist on how I can make the systems reappear

  • Production version selection based on Process order type

    Hi,
    I have the following requirement.
    A material is having two production version one is for R&D and one is for regular production. Now two process order types one for R&D and one for regular production. Now during creation of process order if we use order type of R&D then it has to select production version of R&D and if we use order type of regular productionthen it has to select production version of regular production. This selection has to be happened automatically. How this can be configured.

    Assuming the production version selection is automatic in  the order type dependent parameters,then during order creation this
    can be automated only through validity date of the production version or else by locking the production version manually which
    should not get picked or else only through different Lot Size.
    Check and revert.
