Different Spool for ME9E

Hi,
I am releasing Schedules through ME84 and then through ME9E.
I am releasing ME9E for all the vendors and want to print through LPH2 ( Print Form).
I am facing an issue as when I auto release all only one spool gets created for all the schedules which contains forms that has to go to vendors.
I need to know how I can make different spools for each schedule as I need to forward the schedule to the vendors.

Please follow the below path:
SPRO>> Material Management>> Purchasing>> Messages>> Output Control>> Messages determination Schmeas>> Define messages Schema for Scheduling agreement Release/Exepediter>> Assign Schema: SA Release/Expediter.
Now check the check box- Generate separate message per release. If the flag is checked, the system will create a separate message for each scheduling agreement ITEM for each release, or several messages could be generated per scheduling agreement.

Are u using smartforms.
u when u loop at invoices and calling the smartform FM, u can make this parameter of output options as space. ls_control_param-no_close = ' '.
this will close spool and create a new one when fm is again called.

Unable to generate spool for two tables in report output

Hi,
I created report with two custom containers displaying two tables in output. When I execute the report in background spool is created only for one table in top custom container.
What should be done to generate spool for both the tables in two different custom containers.

Merge Different Spools containing a Single PDF page into a Single PDF file.

I am developing a custom object where in i need to read PDF file from many different Spools(Range given on Input Screen), where each spool has a single PDF page in it. I need to combine all these PDF Pages into a single PDF file & either create a new Spool or save it on an Application Server.
At present i have developed the code where in i am able to read the PDF files from different spools & convert them into Binary but i am not able to generate it back to PDF file.

Thank Your for your concern, there are many replies & posts but all of them points only to Try what they have said. As being said that trying to convert PDF to binary & appending many PDF similarly would not let you generate a single PDF again.

Spool - Single Spool for multiple layouts

Hi Experts,
I am writing a Sap SCRIPT print program for multiple number of customers with different layouts. But i am getting seperate spools for different customers. There fore i need to print out all customers in a single spool.
Can some one help me how to do this?

Hi,
DO not call the OPEN_FORM FM multiple times for each layout.
This should solve the problem bcz OPEN_FORM has an import parameter OPTIONS which has a NEW SPOOL field, which would be set everytime you call it.

Need new spool for each Start_form

Hi all
I have a print program for RFFOAVIS. i have different orders spools shoould be like one spool for each order. but now i am seeing only one spool for all orders.
First Open_form, then I am calling the same for each order using start_form and end_form. then i am calling Close_form.
Though in Open_form i pass options tdnewid as 'x' or space i am seeing only one spool for all the orders.
but i need New spool for each order.

Different spools

Hello folks,
I am having a requirement here. I dont have a clue how to proceed.
I had developed a smartform which is basically an agreement form between a distributor and manufacturer.
What I am doing in my print program right now is I am calling the smartform function module inside the loop on distributors.
When ever the smartform is executed, it is creating a single spool for all the distributors.
Can't I create a seperate spool for each distributor? Do I have to create a seperate output type for this? Please let me know.

instead of looping it in the print program create a loop in the smartform itself
suppose if u want to send to different distributors with different addresses then create a loop at address window and loop at mainwindow also to get the data from the mainwindow also
based upon your message to be sent create the loop for the respective windows

CBO generating different plans for the same data in similar Environments

Hi All
I have been trying to compare an SQL from 2 different but similar environments build of the same hardware specs .The issue I am facing is environment A, the query executes in less than 2 minutes with plan mostly showing full table scans and hash join whereas in environment B(problematic), it times out after 2 hours with an error of unable to extend table space . The statistics are up to date in both environments for both tables and indexes . System parameters are exactly similar(default oracle for except for multiblock_read_count ).
Both Environment have same db parameter for db_file_multiblock_read_count(16), optimizer(refer below),hash_area_size (131072),pga_aggregate_target(1G),db_block_size(8192) etc . SREADTIM, MREADTIM, CPUSPEED, MBRC are all null in aux_stats in both environment because workload was never collected i believe.
Attached is details about the SQL with table stats, SQL and index stats my main concern is CBO generating different plans for the similar data and statistics and same hardware and software specs. Is there any thing else I should consider .I generally see environment B being very slow and always plans tend to nested loops and index scan whereas what we really need is a sensible FTS in many cases. One of the very surprising thing is METER_CONFIG_HEADER below which has just 80 blocks of data is being asked for index scan.

Best App. to Make Buttons, etc. w/Different Looks for 'onmouseover' etc.

Hello,
I'm making a simple 6 page site using DW for a class. I want
the navagational buttons to have some flair. I can't code yet, but
am learning. I have soo many tools I don't know which to use.
Flash? PS and Image Ready? Ill. ? The site is my entire grade. The
class is on DW, which I can do, just wanted to have different
appearances for onmouseover, onmousedown and other.
Is Flash the best app. for this?

Not in the real world, no. The best app would be a graphics
editor, whether
it be Microsoft Paint, Photoshop Elements, Fireworks,
Photoshop, Xara, etc.
Make the button graphics in your graphics editor, and place
them on the page
in DW.

I am unable to reinstall Photoshop CS6 (I do have the serial number) on my Macbook Pro 10.9.5 (Mavericks os). and am getting the message "Installation on case-sensitive volumes is not supported. Please choose a different volume for installation." I am further told that "Adobe apps cannot be installed on case-sensitive drives, you need to Install the product onto an HFS+ or HFSJ non-case-sensitive drive."
What I don't understand is this: I originally bought and installed Photoshop CS6 back in March 2013, and it worked fine. Yesterday my hard drive had to be replaced and my computer person salvaged as much of what was on it as he could, but now I have to reinstall Photoshop. 1) Why did it work before and it's not working now? 2) Is there anything I can do that does not involve reformatting the hard drive?

It means what it says. The "computer person" formatted it wrongly/ unsuitably. it needs to be formatted again.

Could you please let me know what version of OS are working on.
You might receive this error when you attempt to install on a drive with the HFS+ Case Sensitive file system, which is not supported for installation of Adobe Creative Suite 6.
So, please try installing on a drive that has been formatted with a supported file system.
You might refer the KB doc link mentioned below for the same:

Creating a Material with different values for fields in Transaction MM01

While creating a material i will be giving a Profit Center in Sales:general/plant view, which i can see in Costing1 View. If i change this in this View it automatically changes in the other View. Is there any way to give different values in the two views or then what is the significance in showing the same field again in two different views.

Display different level for same hierarchy value in BO 4.0

I have one question for Webi for BO 4.0
We have one hierarchy in BW side and we hope to display differet level in same report for different column
For example, column A is for level 6. column B is for level 7.
Do you know how to releaze this in Webi side?
In the 3.X version, we have different dimension for different level.
But now in BO 4, it has been combined into one\

You can still do this in BI 4.0, if you use the old 'legacy' MDX OLAP.unv from Universe Designer tool .
Yes, with the BICS connection, you are getting a native hierarchy, as it would be displayed in an OLAP environment.

How to maintain different prices for same item in different organizations

hi all,
We have noticed that the list price of an item at Item Validation Org level is getting defaulted when creating requisitions. We want to maintain different prices for the item for different organizations, so that the prices will be properly defaulted to requsitions depending on supplier and receiving org.
We found one way of doing this. Using contract purchase agreement and Advanced Pricing price lists. Can anyone please let us know if there is any other way of achieving this??
Also, I have a question regarding Advanced pricing Price Lists. I performed following steps.
1.Set the QP: Licensed for Product profile to Purchasing
2.Create and approve a contract purchase agreement in Oracle Purchasing
3.Define Price Lists and Price List Lines (optional)
4.Define sourcing rules and ASLs to automatically default source information onto requisition lines. Associate Contract to ASL.
5. This will enable Oracle Advanced Pricing integration in the following Oracle Purchasing functionality:
Requisition pricing
Purchase order pricing
But when I create requisitions, the price from price list is not getting defaulted automatically. In requisitions form, if I go to source tab and select source as a Contract Purchase Agreement, then the price from price lists is getting defaulted. Is there any way where the source for the requisition can be automatically defaulted to Contract and the price can be picked from price lists??

Can oyu not make it an organization level item and specify the proce there instead of keeping it a master level item?

Single spool for multiple smartforms

I am using Function modules SSF_open and ssf_close for creating single spool for multiple smartforms but when i try to run the program in background then the job is getting cancelled...........and if i run the program in foreground then the program is running fine giving single spool for multiple forms........
so the problem is that job should run in background if i run it in background instead job is getting cancelled.
please tell me the solution how can i get the single spool for and multiple smartforms as well as the job should run if i am doing so.
