Different Types of Aggregates For a Keyfigure

Hi,
When we go to aggregaion tab of a keyfigure.(i.e in tcode:rsd1).
There are
i) Aggregation
ii) Exception Aggregat
iii) Agg.referen.char
Can You please tell me what each option is meant for.?
Where and when we should use them ?
What are its purpose.?

We'll need more information before anyone can be of much help. What model iPhone is it, what versions of iOS are running on the iPad 2 now, what exactly are you trying to update, and what version of iTunes are you running? And what exactly is going wrong (include error messages if any).
Once we have that information, someone here can probably offer advice. Note that you cannot sync content or upgrade iOS wirelessly until you get your iPhone and iPad up to iOS 5 and that requires that you connect those devices to your computer via the Dock-USB cable.

Heading for Different Types in Query designer

We have three different types Direct, Indirect and Others. Where Indirect and Others are fixed values and Direct types are dynamic which are getting from ECC.
So they are expecting heading before each type and result according to these types.
Tried so many options but not able to achieve the desired result as expected in Query Designer.
Please find the attached document for desired output

Structures are objects that you define in the BEx Query Designer. You can define reusable structures as well. they form the basic framework of a report. You can have maximum of 2 structures in a query. In such case you cannot have the same KeyFigure in both the structures.
You can also define a structure for a Characteristic.

Limitations of Structures usage
You can have maximum of two structures only ... One for kfs and one for characteristics..A characteristic can't be included in a KF structure and a KF can'be included in a characteristic structure...
We can't have 2 KF structures but we can have 2 Char Structure or 1 KF Structure and 1 Char Structure.

The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information. Outcome: Unknown Error

Received this error (The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information.) recently on a workflow that was
working fine and no changes were made to the workflow.
I have tried a few suggestions, i.e. adding a pause before any ‘Update’ action (which didn’t help because the workflow past this action without incident); checked the data type being written
to the fields (the correct data types are being written); and we even checked the list schema to ensure the list names and the internal names are aligned (they
are), but we still cannot figure out why the workflow is still throwing this error.
We located the area within the workflow step where it is failing and we inserted a logging action to determine if the workflow would execute the logging action but it did not, but wrote the same error message.
The workflow is a Reusable Approval workflow designed in SharePoint Designer 2010 and attached to a content type.
The form associated with the list was modified in InfoPath 2010.
Approvers would provide their approval in the InfoPath form which is then read by the workflow.
Side note - items created after the workflow throws this Unknown Error some seem to be working fine.
We have deleted the item in question and re-added it with no effect.
Based on what we were able to determine there don’t seem to be any consistency with how this issue is behaving.
Any suggestions on how to further investigate this issue in order to find the root cause would be greatly appreciated?

I understand that the reusable workflow doesn’t work properly now. Have you tried to remove the Update list item action to see whether the workflow can run without issue?
If the workflow runs perfectly when the Update list item action is removed, then you need to check whether there are errors in the update action. Check whether the values have been changed.

Our SPF 2010 server is relatively small to many setups I am sure. The list with the issue only has 4456 items and there are a few associated lists, eg lookups, Tasks, etc see below for count.
Site Lists
Engagements = 4456 (Errors on this list, primary list for activity)
Tasks = 7711 (All workflow tasks from all site lists)
Clients = 4396 (Lookup from Engagements, Tslips, etc)
Workflow History = 584930 (I periodically run a cleanup on this and try to keep it under 400k)
Tslips = 3522 (Engagements list can create items here, but overall not much interaction between lists)
A few other lists that are used by workflows to lookup associations that are fairly static and under 50 items, eg "Parters Admin" used to lookup a partners executive admin to assign a task.

You can create an nXSD using Native Format Builder and use lookAhead attribute to read values at specific position and use that as the choice. You can find an example here

1. Create a java class that extends the SchedulerBaseTask (see example below)
2. Write your business logic
3. Compile and jar
4. Place the jar in the ScheduleTask directory in your OIM install
5. Create a new scheduled task using the OIM developer console
6. link in the new class into your new scheduled task.
7. Done!
Example code for a scheduled task:

I had saved one copy as an .asp but then resaved it to .xhtml
I'm assuming this is a static web site. Rename (F2) all your pages with .html or .htm extension.

I know it is possible to initialize two variables of the same type in a for-loop like this:
for(int i=0, j=0;i<=word.length/2;i++){}
However, I'm trying to initialize two variables of different type in the initialization of for-loop. And the IDE won't let me do it..

Well, just for fun, you can write very generalized for loop. you can do it in a complicated way though.
But, for god sake, why would you do that?

Can we get 2 different types of SPC charts for an MIC in an inspection plan

Hi All,
1. Can any one help me out in getting 2 different types of SPC charts for a single MIC in an insp. plan. As each MIC can take only one Sampling Procedure and as SPC chart type is assigned to Sampling Procedure I am not able to get 2 different types of charts. Is it possible in SAP if so can you let me know how.
2. Can we plot SPC charts of 2 different MICs of same chart type on single graph via SAP? I tried QGC3 but was not successful.

YES,
You can get two different SPC characteristics.
May be a crude method, but definite solution.
1. You create one characteristic say '0010' with control indicators suitable for SPC characteristics. Assign sampling procedure to this characteristic with chart type say '175 Shewhart chart for np/USA'
2. Now create another sampling procedure with chart type say '520 Moving Average Chart'
3. Now select characteristic line '0010' in the plan.
4. Click copy characteristic & press enter. The characteristic gets copied with same control indicators.
5. For this new characteristic '0020' set 'Calculated characteristic'
6. In formula field enter formula as A00020*1. (where A0 is Measured value for single unit.
7. Now assign the new sampling procedure to this characteristic.
8. Done... Now when you record the results for characteristic '0010', after valuating press 'EVALUATE FORMULA' button... & the same results of '0010' are copied for characteristic '0020'
Thus you have two SPC charts for same results without re-entering it.

Help needed - setting password policies for different types of accounts

We have a situation where we have different types of users created on a solaris server. We have regular users, admins, functional accounts and device accounts. Of course solaris does not differentiate between regular user and other types, i think. The default password policy applies to all the users on the server. I want to configure different policy for different types of user accounts. Is it possible? The difference between the accounts on our side is
Regular user accounts - 8 digit numbers ( 00667265) - expire password every 90 days
Functional accounts - 8 digits starting with F ( F0253466) - do not expire, but password length must be 10-12 and complex
Device Accounts - 8 digits starting with Z ( Z2367249) - do not expire, but password length must be 12 and complex - like upper case, lower case, number, special chars etc.
Is it possible to set up different password policies, is so how?

The password expiration policy is pretty easy, it can be set on a per account basis when the account is created. I'm not aware of a simple way to define a complexity policy for groups of accounts but the policy is enforced using pam, so you should be able to write a pam module which would enforce your complexity policy. The pam manual page would be a reasonable starting point for learning about pam.

I don't believe you can timeout a session based on a user or a role. I think
you can just specify when
all sessions timeout (via the session descriptor). But, you may want to ask
in the weblogic.developer.interest.servlet newsgroup.
