I need the difference between MAK key & KMS key under volume licensing/

Hi
MAK allows you to activate multiple machines over the Internet with that one key, the total is dependant on the licensing program with which you acquired the product key.
KMS activation allows you to activate your machine internally against a KMS host which you set up on your internal network.

As Suggested by you similar to Frieght can we meet the Following below requirements
a) Does can we have an account key and accrual key for Discounts Which can be capture on MIRO? Does it add on material Cost ?
b) Does can we have an account key and accrual key for Packing and Farwarding which can be capture in MIRO ? Does it add on material Cost ?
c) Does can we have an account key and accrual key for Octroi ? Which can be capture on MIRO? Does it add on material Cost ?

Yes u can have the accounting key and accurak key for all those conditions in which u have marked the accurak key in condition ( M/06).
ALL the costs will be inventoried during whether u use accuarl and accounting or not. they are just use to flow the cost to different gls.
The acconting entries will be
during gr
Inventory account +ve 100 rs
GR/IR account          -ve    80 rs
purchase account   +ve    80 rs ( in obyc key EIN)
Frieght account       +ve    20 rs ( in gl defined in accounting key)
fright clearing account -ve 20 rs ( in gl defined in accural key)
Purchasing offset account -ve 100 rs( in obyc defined in purchaisng offset account).

Primary Key : It is one which makes an entry of the field unique.No two distinct rows in a table can have the same value (or combination of values) in those columns.
Eg: first entry is 111, if you again enter value 111 , it doesnot allow 111 again. similarly for the strings or characters or numc etc. Remember that for char or numc or string 'NAME' is not equal to 'name'.
Primary Index: this is related to the performance .A database index is a data structure that improves the speed of operations in a table. Indices can be created using one or more columns, providing the basis for both rapid random lookups and efficient ordering of access to records. The disk space required to store the index is typically less than the storage of the table (since indices usually contain only the key-fields according to which the table is to be arranged, and excludes all the other details in the table), yielding the possibility to store indices into memory from tables that would not fit into it. In a relational database an index is a copy of part of a table. Some databases extend the power of indexing by allowing indices to be created on functions or expressions. For example, an index could be created on upper(last_name), which would only store the uppercase versions of the last_name field in the index.
In a database , we may have a large number of records. At the time of retrieving data from the database based on a condition , it is a burden to the db server. so whenever we create a primary key , a primary index is automatically created by the system.
If you want to maintain indices on other fields which are frequently used in where condition then you can create secondary indices.

MAK key asking to activate Office 2010 every 90 days?

Here's a good brain dumper! I have 40 HP laptops that our students use occaisionally with a volume-license. So they are off network most of the time. We set them up on MAK keys instead of our KMS. We use a program called
Deep Freeze so that the PC configuration can not change once it has been set up and frozen. As I understand, the MAK key activation is forever. So why would Office 2010 be asking us to activate every 90 days. This takes a tech 2-3 days to
unfreeze--activate again--and then freeze the PC once more.
Any thoughts?

As far as I know, Deep Freeze is a kernel-level driver that protects hard drive integrity by redirecting information being written to the hard drive or partition, leaving the original data intact.
If one hard disk fails and it is replaced, that computer must be reactivated.

When i select make key photo in iphoto for some event in my iphone dont show me same key photo in same event. Of course i before sync.

Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, double check the volume button just in case. If you still can't hear the tones go into your settings>sounds and make sure the options are on.

Diff between Calculated key figure and new formula 6extra functions why

In BEx query designer we have Restricted key figure & Calculated key figure. In the case of Ristricted Key figure And new selection the difference is Global and local.
But if we come to Calculated Key figure and New Formula the difference is same global and local. But in New formula we have 6 extra function. My question is does is there any certain reason for this or SAP AG not be able to develop those functions

What i am asking is in the case of Restricted Key figure And new selection the difference is Global and local.
But in Calculated Key figure and New Formula the difference is same global and local and in New formula we have 6 extra function. My question is does is there any certain reason for this.Why not SAP AG is not included the new formula functions in Calculated key figure.

I am reimaging some kiosk image using MAK key. At the end of TS, i am using "cscript.exe c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX". works, its activate (verify by slmgr.vbs /dli, and under properties)
the question is when i do SLMGR.VBS /dli , it says Time Remaining 29 days.
(ps. i removed Partial Product Key: in the image)
I thought MAK key once activate you don't need to reactivate? i am not using Proxyactivation.

I was running -ato, but this time i changed to run after reboot once Symantec install.
So, it install symantec, reboot and i am running
c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX"

At least vaseline is non-conductive. It might be easier to replace the keyboard.

Difference between account keys FR3 & FR4

Hi All,
    Can anybody tell me what is the difference between account key FR3 (customs clearing) and FR4(customs provision) in simple terms .
     What I feel is FR3 is for payments which goes to material account and FR4 is cenvatable .
      Correct me if I am wrong .

actually there is no diffrence technically but its depend on use ,in std system the use is given as follows
Freight clearing (FR1),
provision for freight charges (FR2),
customs
duty clearing (FR3),
provision for customs duty (FR4)
