Difficult CAPTCHA codes

If you forget your password at http://www.linksyssmartwifi.com , it takes you to a password reset page where it generates CAPTCHA codes for you to type in, like this one: What code is that?!Most of these difficult codes not only prevent bots from using it, but also normal human beings. Can anyone guess what the above code is? I see what looks like the 4-letter word in the 2nd word.If you have a more complex code, post it here; maybe someone can figure it out.

This Captcha code is enough of a reason to never buy Linksys again. I have been buyibng routers and modems for over 3o years now and owned virtually every brand. This Captcha code on the Linksys EA6350 is enough for me to chuck it and buy another brand. I spent 45 minutes trying, my wife spent an hour and our daughter spent 45 minutes. I and my family have already invested enough time in tryin to decode it to justify buying another. Goodbye Linksys!!!

i am using Captcha Code, make new Task flow and fragment to be deployed on webcenter spaces, the code working correctly when am execute RUN from JDeveloper 11.1.1.4.0, but when i deploy it on webcenter spaces version 11.1.1.5 and call this Task Flow from webcenter spaces the image not appear(Actually its Servlet code).

Why is the captcha code a question mark?

In Safari Version 7.1 (9537.85.10.17.1), a retailers website has a "Contact Us" page and requires a captcha code to be entered at the bottom. The problem I have is that there is no captcha code below the the sentence: "Please enter the following code into the box provided:" There is a blue square with a white question mark in it and a sound icon next to that. I have set all extensions to allow tracking cookies, enabled pop-up windows, and set cookies to never be blocked but I cannot get a code. The same problem exists in Firefox and Chrome. What can I do? Thanks for any suggestions.

If it happens on all browsers, there's nothing you can do. It's a problem on the retailers website.

The captcha code isn't showing up for Firefox or IE9. I have tried clearing my cookies, going to safe mode, disabling plugins, pressing check "show pictures", everything. The captcha isn't working for any site. Please help.

Many times the CAPTCHA is hosted on a different server, in other words, it's a "third party" image. If your security/firewall/privacy software blocks third party images because some of them are likely to be web bugs, try turning that off to see whether it is a factor.

I can't get Firefox to accept captcha codes although I have no problem using IE

I have been unable to get Firefox to accept captcha codes.
I do not have this problem when using Internet Explorer.
I have even removed Firefox and reinstalled it thinking that might be the problem. It still doesn't work.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Why has FF problems with CAPTCHA codes?

I have regularly problems with online forms that require CAPTCHA codes to be entered.
It mostly doesnt work with FF
BUT it works with no problems using IE
Below an example of affected site.
With IE no problems.
I tried to attach an image, but here it seems to be no more possible to attach example images.

Oh, here I suddenly Add an image.....
thats what I get...I tried at least 10 times to enter the correct code.
With IE it worked on the first attempt.

Does Firefox support sites that use captcha codes? Captcha's come blank for me.

Several sites that I use require the use of "Captchas", coded words that prove you are a human and not a computer answering a question. I am unable to take advantage of these sites, or offers, because it seems that Firefox does not allow the use of Captcha's, or at least I have not found out how to enable it yet. A good example is that the SF Giants use Captcha's in special circumstances and when that happens, I am unable to participate in whatever is offered and lose out. I am hopeful that someone out there can help me solve this issue. Thank you.

M.A.N., please always mention the jdev version you are working on.
Do you see any error or warning messages in hte server log?
I don't think it's a adf or jdev problem as it runs OK using jdev. I more assume a configuration problem with webcenter spaces.
Have you ask this on one of their forums (https://forums.oracle.com/forums/category.jspa?categoryID=196)?

Is it possible to place CAPTCHA code in the Forms Widget without using Adobe Business Catalyst? I have a Web client who wants to use her own provider and not transfer to Adobe but also wants a CAPTCHA option for her email.
OR do I need to create (or find) a complete piece of Forms code (non-Widget) that includes the CAPTCHA code?

Captcha bug in Muse contact form

Hi there!
It is almost impossible not to enter the right captcha code the first time, but yes, I've received a message from my client there was no way to enter a new captcha after filling out the wrong code the first time. A refresh button is missing for the captcha code. The only way to solve this is to refresh the page in the browser. What happens then? You'll have to fill the form (including the carefully written message) again! Not too friendly for a visitor who wants to contact you :-)
Seems this is a bug. Will this be solved in the next update?

This form bug is much worse than I first thought.
In order to get to this new line I've just naturally hit the return key.
In Muse forms if you hit the return key in any field that isn't allocated as a multiple line field
like say the "Address Field" of a form then the form is submitted instead of you naturally going to the next line as you thought you would.
Every address in my 14,000 + contacts database has more than one line to their address so will hit return.
You can then not submit the form at all, even if you correct the mistake it stops you saying:
ERROR: An error occurred. Image verification failed. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact your system administrator or go back and re-submit the form.
This is an
unbelievable bug or a master lesson in how to upset your clients.
I'd deliberately taken out the Capatcha because that failed most of the time and would not let you re-enter, now this!

Displaying then submitting a CAPTCHA in Java

Hello,
How would it be possible to display a web CAPTCHA in a Java GUI, have the user enter the letters in the CAPTCHA, and then press a "submit" button and have the CAPTCHA verified?
Basically I need to get a URL, read the CAPTCHA image path and download the image, but maintain the state of the connection so that the CAPTCHA code is successfully verified. Any ideas?
Is it just a case of ensuring that I use the same connection to first access the initial URL, download the CAPTCHA image, and then post the value back?
I know that it can be done as I've seen it in other applications....

I am trying to make a form on a muse page by inserting HTML code. the field gets entered, but there is no box drawn around the user input area.

Here is a small sample of the code , the <fieldset> does not draw a box around the selected group either.

In the latest release of Muse the option of recaptcha was added to both Bc and non Bc hosted site. Please check the link below to know more on this.

I am afraid that this is not possible in Muse, to generate captcha for a site that is not hosted via Bc, at this stage, I will recommend that you post this on our ideas section over here, https://forums.adobe.com/community/muse/ideas, and let our devs team know of this requirement.
In the meantime, you will need to insert the captcha code manually on the Muse form once after you have exported the html of the site and this is something that you will need to every time the code is generated because Muse will overwrite the changes that you have made.
