17 day my I'd was problem....this time it is ok yes or no please help me all app pay money all app not work for example download pro good player and ....Moreno ok thanks....
Most of the people on here, including myself, are fellow users - you aren't talking to iTunes Support on these forums.
Your post's title appears to be a reply from iTunes Support. If you are still having problems with your account (e.g. for buying or downloading content) then you should reply to that email so that they can help you with it.
If none of your downloaded apps are working on your iPad then try downloading a free app from the store and see if they then work. -

Hello ChainedBear,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
Sorry about the difficulties with the iTunes Store, you can take a look at this article for troubleshooting steps:

There are several options in that article. If you are still having difficulties after going through that article, you may need to take a look at "Additional Information" for contact information.

ITunes Store - Technical Difficulties
experienced problems when signing up in iTunes store.
I'm in HK with a HK registered credit card, want to buy Apps for iPod Touch.
After I input my information (my Apple ID and credit card) and click done, I've got this in my iTunes store page:
'We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.'
I googled this and found 2 threads here but they are not answered, and the threads are archived, ie not allow to be replied.
I have the most updated iTunes and I tried again after security updated but still having this. Thanks for trying to help.
When I try to sign in, the first message I get is: This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information.
So I click "Review". Which brings up the legal gobbilty-gook agreement. I check the "I agree" line and click "Continue".
Next, it asks for a payment type. I've tried 3 different VISA's, a Mastercard, and a Discover. Also my long-time Paypal account. All accounts are good, active and open. Even with Paypal, I always get a confirmation via email saying the account is "all good".
Yet, every time, I click "Done" on this screen, it always comes back with "we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later". Yeah, much later. Like never.
Just frustrated.

Itunes store - technical difficulties - 6 weeks?!!!!!
I purchased an ipod nano 8gb in mid February.
So far, it is a not-so-good paperweight.
I have been trying to sign into the itunes store almost every day, several times a day, and when I try to sign in, it comes back "experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later". I have called Apple and they are of NO HELP. They do not understand it either.
Is anyone else able to sign into the store? Thanks for trying to help.

Payment Info for iTunes store - technical difficulties? tried multiple time
Hi all,
I'm kind of new to these forums but I have a problem...
I have been trying to activate an iTunes store account for a while and I have my email and password and everything set up but when I try and "review payment information" (which a dialog box tells me to do every time I sign in), I agree to the terms, I enter everything - address, phone, card information, all that, and I keep getting a red error message at the top of the screen saying "We are sorry, the iTunes store is experiencing technical difficulties at this time. Please try again later." Or something of that sort. It is getting really annoying and I'm getting really frustrated because all I want to do is activate my account!!! It seems like every time I try and sign up for something with Apple, they are always "experiencing technical difficulties" or I am told "try again later". It gets really old really fast.
Has anyone had this problem? Better yet fixed it? Maybe its my ISP?
Anyone who is willing to help me out with the iTunes issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
AlexYou are not alone!
I've had an account for a long time but for the past few days I've been unable to buy anything because I find myself stuck in a loop. Every single time I try to make a purchase I have to click a Billing info button and then check my payment details which haven't changed and worked fine before. I've tried removing my payment details and re-entering them but now I'm presented with a message that payment processing is not available, please try again later.
It seems the store is having problems and for me it was fine before the iPhone, App Store and MobileMe launches so I'm guessing there's a connection.
Best thing to do is contact iTunes Support which have always been helpful for me on the few times I've had to contact them. -
My itunes store is having connectivity issues and my net connection is fine. My appstore is also coming up blank rather frequently as well. Also I have not been able to get my itunes radio to work - saying an internet connection problem - again not the issue. Anyone else having these issues?
It sure is...all three keep acting very wonky. I'll be able to access the store from my macbook and then browse then not be able to connect. Same goes for app store....
As for itunes radio....seems a hot topic for everyone. -
Difficulties with itunes store:
Can i purchase from another itune store rather than the one i'm registered to? Do you always have to pay with a credit card? i am registered to an itunes store where not everything i want to buy is available. Any solutions?
There is only one itunes store. It is accessible via the itunes app or the itunes software client. http://www.apple.com/itunes/
You have to pay with a credit card or gift card unless you are a business or education customer with an enterprise account. You, may, however, set up an account without a credit card. You can use this to obtain free apps, to use gift cards, or redeem codes purchased in a VPP store. -
How do I create a new window for the iTunes store?
Hi,
I have the latest iTunes update on a Windows PC, but I can't seem to open any new windows for the iStore like you used to be able to, so you have to come out of your iTunes library (annoying if you want to check that you haven't already purchased a song you're looking at etc.).
Please tell me there is a fix (easy or difficult) for this!!
Matt
P.s. I have the latest iTunes update.
PLEASE HELP!!!!Reboot the ATV and try it again. If it still won't play correctly, find the file in your iTunes store purchase history, click on the "Report a Problem" link, and report it to iTunes store support.

I have obsolete computers and devices attached to my appleid. I cannot deauthorize them as they are gone!!! (Had a fire and had to replace all tech systems) Because I spent alot of monies on my purchases, it would be nice to be able to combine all these items and not have to repurchase them. How can I update the current number of computers and correct ipods, ipads and iphones together; and get rid of all old computers and ipods, iphones that are authorized under the appleid I have always used. I have asked this question before, but received no support or answers. I do have icloud and mobileme, but cant sychonize them either.
I am also seriously considering purchasing a mac, and no longer using the windows pc\s as too many tech difficulties arise when I tackle complicated projects regarding DVD and moving making. However, I still require pc software for my work. Will my current backup network system convert easily? Can it be converted? Will I require a tech and if so, how much will this cost? I have recently invested a large sum into creating a network and backup system that has yet to be working as it should. Unfortuneately it has left me with very little left to try to convert to the mac systems entirely. Please answer my questions in a language that I can understand.....as this problem is affecting my household, organization and office techniques. Would like to take care of this problem once and for all. Mac seems to work with my creative desires much better. Will await your response.....Thank you.If you no longer have the computer(s) you want to deauthorise,
Log in to iTunes, go to "view your account info" on the itunes store, deauthorise all five, (Please Note: this can only be done Once every 12 months) and then re-authorize your current Computer(s) one at a time.

ITunes Store, Apple ID, MobileMe Password Madness ...
Just sent this to support, sharing it here to see if others are coming unstuck with the recent changes of the iForgot and the password complexity that they've added.
Essentially what must happen is that *someone else* thinks my account is their account, so after three attempts the account locks, and the password has to be changed.
- - - ** URGENT REPEAT ISSUE ** PLEASE ESCALATE **
Once again I'm getting prompts to reset my password because it has been entered too many times. I'm not entering it incorrectly.
This security measure DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!!!
If I have to reset my password for my iTunes account, this means I have to re-enter my password in DOZENS of places for MobileMe services (Mail, iDisk, Calendar, etc, etc) and multiple devices (MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, iPhone, iPad ...).
It's getting ridiculous, I've had to do two password changes this weekend alone and I can't keep up with them.
It was less of an issue when the password could be reset to itself (essentially you were unlocking the Apple ID by verifying security questions) but a forced change is making things very difficult indeed.
It also makes iTunes store purchases difficult to make, so I'm less inclined to make them!!
Please, please look into this as a matter of urgency. I can't be the first person with a MobileMe account that this has happened to!!
Anyone Else??
Message was edited by: Sheldon KingQuite a number of people have complained about this exact problem see:
http://tinyurl.com/2cmw7ko
http://tinyurl.com/2bqohdq
http://tinyurl.com/2aqfn29 (shortened URLs to threads in the MobileMe forum).
It would appear that the requirement to use a new password each time is a new feature, hence the sudden upsurge of problems.
The only way forward is for everyone who has this problem to make as much fuss as possible until enough pressure builds up for Apple to do something - though exactly what is debatable.
The real problem is faulty initial design - it's a serious flaw that the login user name is the same as the account name which appears in web pages and emails: this means that anyone can find it out, and anyone can lock you out of your account, either inadvertantly or maliciously. If the login was different - so you would have to have an account name, a user login, and a password - the problem wouldn't arise: but unfortunately this would require a massive rewrite of the software and isn't likely to happen.
Up to now people in this situation have been able simply to reset to the same password - enough of a pain in itself if some fool somewhere thinks he owns your email address. It may be that the recent upheaval has been triggered by the spate of fraudulent purchases in iTunes. -
Some years ago I had my itunes store account under a mindspring.com email account name. When I purchased a new iMac, I also had changed emails so my itunes store account was established under that gmail account name. All the songs I purchased under mindspring account continue to show as kind "protected AAC audio file" and "Protected MPEG-4 video" for music videos. I am able to play songs purchased with either account on my iMac, but these songs do not play as part of my "Home Sharing" file. When I try to play on my husband's iMac we get "This device is not authorized...if you want...enter password for the mindspring account."
How can I get the songs into my gmail account library so I can share with the other devices?Thank you for your reply. Using your suggestion I was able to authorize the computer but I still needed to find a way to remove restrictions on the music (DRM?)
Anyway, after a lot of frustration, signed out of my iTunes account then back in with the mindspring account>itune store>itunes+ where I can pay per song to have it removed.
You probably could have told me this but I wasn't able to communicate what I really needed to do. It's difficult to address a question you haven't been asked! -
Like I said, I often play iOS games on my iPhone 4S in my spare time. Sometimes, if the game is good enough, I will attempt to make an IAP (In-App Purchase). Sometimes, I have no trouble with this. Other times it will say: "Unable to complete transaction at this time. Please contact ITunes Store Support. I primarily use a prepaid credit card by AMEX called Bluebird. I always make sure that I have plenty of funds available in it. For instance, tonight, it has roughly $200 stored. So I try to make an IAP for $10 and it works fine. Later I make another for $15, no trouble there either. Then I try to make a purchase on the same game for $2.99 and it gives me that error message.
This has been happening on and off for the past 3-4 weeks only. Every few days it happens, I contact the iTunes Store Support, and sometime in the next 24-72 hours they get back to me. They then apologize for the inconvenience and fix the problem. But the main problem is that their fix seems to be only temporary. It happens irregardless of how much money I have available on my card. I've even had it happen when I had just redeemed a. $50 iTunes gift card and was trying to make a $5 purchase. It doesn't seem to matter if I've spent a little bit or a lot of money that day. It doesn't care for which game I am purchasing the IAP. TThis never happened to me before a month ago. Now it won't stop. And it is incredibly frustrating that it seems to happen for no rhyme or reason out of the blue. Then I'm stuck waiting on the support staff to get back to me for the next few hours to few days, depending on the day.
Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Or how can I prevent it from happening in the future. The support folks at Apple are nice, but I'm tired of emailing them every other day with the same problem. I'm sure they are quite tired of getting emails from me at the same frequency. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Nick
P.S. my Internet connection is working perfectly. No technical difficulties whatsoever other than the inability to make an IAP. Also, after it gives that unable to complete transaction message, I can no longer buy anything with my apple account until tech support fixes it. Any suggestions or ideas appreciated.Thank you Brian, but I just tried that, and it didn't work, I'm still getting the same messages.

Can I use vouchers to purchase iTunes Store music in another country?
Someone suggested that I can buy iTunes Store vouchers from eBay and then click "REDEEM" on iTunes Store to buy music EVEN IF I live in a country which does not have iTunes Store. But Apple is trying to make life really difficult for us. In the Q&A section of the iTunes website, Apple says:
"Gift certificates and gift cards purchased on the iTunes Store are valid for use only in the country in which they were purchased. Gift certificates purchased in the United States may only be redeemed by residents of the United States."
Not only that, those who have access to iTunes Store are making unreasonable profits from selling those vouchers. A US$15 iTunes Store voucher is sold for $18.
Can someone advise what I should do?As I understand Apple's position - the update to the iPT is considered a major update - much like going from OSX 10.4 to 10.5 - hence the decision to require payment. I also understand that the iPT will work without the update - hence the device is still usable.
I too am not a lawyer. To purchase via the legal outlets is the right thing to do and if I were a musician I would thank you for doing the right thing.
To purchase a card via e-bay and complaining that there was a mark up - the mark up was not from Apple - it is from the person that is selling the card on e-bay. It may not be a violation of copyright - but it is possibly a violation of distribution rights.
This discussion has been hashed out here in the forums many times so I will let you do a search if you want to know more about why Apple has to have different stores for different countries. If it were up to me the one-size-fits-all model would be my preference.
