Difficulty finding downloader file

I had purchased Photoshop CS6 full version for Windows and installed it on my laptop a yr back; now I'd like to install it on my desktop too (again Windows) but I am not able to locate the downloader. It's not anywhere in the folders / subfolders of Adobe in my Program Files / Folders. Where can I get the downloader file?

Click the Finder icon -the leftmost- in the Dock at the bottom.
When the Finder window opens, click the Downloads folder to open it.
All downloads should be listed there.
You can rightclick the "Downloads" folder in the sidebar and select "Add to Dock"
to place the folder in the Dock again.

Difficulty finding downloaded CS6 (upgraded to CS5) for Win after following all recommended steps

Hi there - would appreciate a hand on what I am sure is a very basic request - I purchased upgrade CS5 to CS6 online about 3 days ago and signed in and located my order, clicked on it and proceeded to what I thought was 'download', waited for it to download and then the download window disappeared and I thought it would pop up with 'Run' or similar but nothing happens. This has happened 3 times. I have been using the Akamai net session - I checked in my downloads file each time and there is nothing there. My order and serial number now appear in the Downloads section of my account at Adobe so that apparently means it is downloaded but I can't find anything! Thanks folks
I basically followed the steps suggested by this helpful forum note (which replicates what was in the email the Adobe Store sent me:
Q: I can't find the product I downloaded, where is it?
A: The following steps will help locate your software for download:
Go to Adobe.com.
Click Sign In (in the upper right corner).
Enter your Adobe ID and password, and then click Sign In.
Click My Orders and then Order History.
Locate the order number, and click the Download link in the Downloads column.
Start the download by choosing one of the following:
Click Download and follow the onscreen instructions.
Click Akamai Download Manager and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you prefer downloading directly in a browser, click Alternate Download Method. Then click the .7z and .exe files (Windows) or the .dmg file (Mac OS) to download the software to your computer.

I don't want to look for downloaded files on the net. I want to download directly to my documents files on my hard drive. Too many steps when it automatically downloads to a file on Foxfire.

Firefox has a basic download manager, without any frills. You may want to look into an external download manager program that has all the features you want for downloading files.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 - I have serial #, lost installation cd, cannot find downloadable files.

I have a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 9, however, I've lost my installation disc. I was able to download files from Abobe, but when I entered my serial number from my account, it says invalid. I noticed it may be because it says it is the 9 Pro Extended version.
Is this why my serial number is not valid and if so, where can I get the files I need for version 9?

The only public download is for 9 Pro, not Extended. If you are talking about the latter you will have to see if one of the staff will provide the link to you. If you are looking for Pro, it is at http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.

Can't find downloaded file.

I downloaded a file. It didn't give me the option to OPEN or SAVE, it just started the download. After it finished, nothing happened when I double-clicked on the file in the Downloads window and the Open Containing Folder option was disabled. I tried the Search function by the file name, but still couldn't find it. Any idea where it could be?

Can't find downloaded files on desktop

I can't find files that safari automatically downloaded to desktop, they don't show in my finder when I go to desktop.
However, when changing the settings in Safari on where the files download to, I can see these files but can't access or delete them.
What to do?

which broswer application you used in your phone? normally, there is download path setting in the broswer, the default path is under the "XXdownload" folder. If you use Nokia native broswer, you can try to check the folder "download" in C or memeory card.

In finder, or say anything else such as downloaded files, I have to push open with in order to open the file. If I simply double-click on a document from finder, it does not open.

Hey guys. I have this problem where when I try to open say a document from finder, I have to push "open with."
Simply double-clicking does not work. I would greatly appreciate it if anybody could help.
Another unrelated problem is that when I push to open itunes, it says that it is on a locked disk.

Select a particular download file. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. In the Open With section choose the desired default application from the dropdown menu then click on the Change All button.
For .dmg files use DiskImageMounter (System/Library/CoreServices/ folder.)
For .zip files use Archiver - same folder as above - or download TheArchiver - MacUpdate or CNET Downloads.

Find Hidden Characters-in downloaded file

All,
I have a file interface that downloading file to SANS server using open dataset. But recently we are getting some hidden characters in the file. These are getting from a long text.
Now my requirement is to find these hidden characters and display in the screen and user can correct then go for download.
Currently i am using Notepad++ or using this link for finding the hidden characters

Now user wanted to use the same functionality with in SAP using ABAP.

Similar functionality can be achieved by JavaScript. You can pass the entire Text and create your function in JS to find out the Hidden Characters. If you are successful finding the JS which can do this job for you, you can use [JS Engine|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/49/a8e3c8d59811d4b2e90050dadfb92b/frameset.htm] available in ABAP.

Not possible. Safari won't download and save a Zip file. You either had to use a 3rd party app, or as wjosten suggests, your phone is jailbroken. If the former, you'll need to use that app to find it. If the latter, you'll have to look elsewhere for assistance.
