Difficulty Reading Blurry Text in Right hand Panel
Almost everything on the right-hand side of the page - The
tabs under Properties, Mixer and Tints, Layers, etc. and all the
text beneath - is in a very difficult to read, pixelated font.
How do I fix this?

Windows?
- Reset system text size (and fonts) to default. Display
properties > Settins > Advanced > General.
- Restore system fonts you have 'not' removed from
Windows/Fonts folder.

TarunI am not sure how it is arranged in 7.02, in 7.01 IDR layout is flow layout so you cannot have layouts other than that. I thought that this has been changed in 7.02 to accommodate the matrix layout. I am not sure about it. If this was true then you can try to play with the layout to fit right hand side. It is not easy though.

I seem to have lost the usual list of files in the right hand panel as well as the ability to send/receive pages to the server and the option to view the server list of pages. How do I restore these?
Thanks John. I now find that I had inadvertantly deleted my site definition (don't know how!) so once I had re-instated that, all was well.

I posted this question on Twitter last week, was asked to check the settings for rendering and this didn't make a difference. I then installed Adobe Acrobat Pro to see if this made a difference but no luck. Finally I was asked to print in B&W but again no luck. One of my colleagues is using Reader and the same file works fine for him. Please help...
After a week's worth of debugging, I found the issue.
The Java type returned from the call was defined as ArrayList. Changing it to List resolved the problem.
I'm not sure why ArrayList isn't a valid return type, I've been looking at the Adobe docs, and still can't see why this isn't valid. And, why it works in Debug mode and not in Release build is even stranger. Maybe someone can shed some light on the logic here to me. -
Bridge Output panel is blank in right-hand window
After opening the Output panel in Adobe Bridge CS5 the right hand panel is blank...nor PDF button, no formatting options....nothing. I've tried several times to reinstall the output module without success. Any suggestions?
Francis GuinanIf it worked before and you have changed nothing I would reset the preferences. Close Bridge then hold down the CTRL key and start Bridge. You should get a reset window with 3 optons.

Right hand viewer not full screen
my small viewer (at the right hand panel) suddenly became a widescreen mode rather than a full screen - means there is a gray area at the top of the bottom of the screen.
it does not improve if i change the viewer size at the Windows pull down manual.
No improvement even i reinstall the imovie and remove the preference .plist in the library.
Appreciate your help.The iPhone is damaged and there is nothing you can do but take it to an Apple store genius bar for an out-of-warranty replacement, $269 in the US.
Dropping the iPhone voided the warranty. -
HT1977 Why are Apps not shown in left hand panel in itunes when my ipad or iphone is synced
I recovered my hard drive from backup in windows vista and reinstalled itunes. When I sync my ipad of iphone and select apps, the screen layout is shown in the right hand panel but the apps do no show up in the left panel. Before the recovery operation the apps were found in the left panel categorised as iphone and ipad.
Now I cannot temprarily delete apps in case they are permanently deleted.Great help - am running iTunes 12 and the last tip worked great .. Ta.. .. But......
I have now downloaded all my purchases from iPad into my 13" MacBook Air and its taken nearly 2G of disk space (which on the wee Air is a big problem !). I guess its transferred lots of files but apps like Adobe Draw and Sketch which I suspect have some big files do not show up down the page under the App > Files section in iTunes and many other apps are missing from here.
How can I find and delete all the files that have been sucked into my MB Air after restoring purchases. I have not chosen to backup my iPad to the Air, but who knows what iTunes has decided to do -
My ipod touch 4g just updates today on itunes and the update caused more trouble than good for me. My ipod will no longer show me the battery percentage in the top right hand corner and I am not allowed to drag other applications to the bottom panel. Also my itunes doesn't allow "enable disk use" anymore. Can anyone help? My ipod now says that it's the 4.3.4 version

How can I insert text to the right of the right hand indent?
I need to format data in a text box so that the data is separated into three columns defined by tab locations. The data located at the second tab (column) has varying lengths so that at times it needs to wrap. I need to have the data wrap before it gets to the next tab (third column). What I am trying to accomplish can be done in Microsoft Word by setting the tab to the right of the right hand indent. I can also get the look I am trying to achieve by using a table but because the data I am using is coming from a database the interface will not allow me to use the table function. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
ThanksThe way the data is served to the InDesign document. The data can only be flowed into a text box. It cannot be flowed into a table. If I can find a way to solve my issue then the data can be placed on the page using a style instead of flowing the data onto the page and then having to cut and paste it into a table.

Apparently I am missing something (stupid). Suggestions are welcome. I'm a novice with Lightroom. Just migrated from Aperture.
I am going to assume that what you meant about changing the date format is that you want to change the way the date is formatted in the renamed file. Is that correct? To do that, you need to tell Lightroom you want to rename your photos during import. On the right hand side panel of the Import dialog is a section on File Renaming. Open that up and you will find a Template drop down box. This is where you can build a file renaming template to fit your needs or you can create a custom one. If you do create your own, make sure to save it as a preset if you want to reuse later. There are all sorts of ways to rename your files with several different date formats to choose from.
Another possibility is the subfolder option for where you are going to store your imported folders. If you chose to Organize By Date, you can also use the Date Format drop down box to choose a date format. This will cause Lightroom to build a folder for each date found in photos you are importing a create a separate folder for each day found. So, if you had three batches of photos from three separate days, three new folders would be built by Lightroom and the photos created on day one would be stored in the day one folder. Same for day two and day three.
Finally, if you don't like the format of the capture date or one of the other dates fields stored in the metadata, you are out of luck. You can change the date but not the format. -
When i type my email, the text would go on and on and overflows. I mean to say it doesn't autmatically hit the right hand side wall and change to next line! I have to manually press enter and then next line starts. Started happening suddenly.pls help.
Does it happen when you reply to an email? If so, it might be that there's content in the original email (like an image or something similar) that overflows the window content, therefore the Mail app, when you hit the border, follows the content below instead of going on a new line. You might wanna try that.

When transfering tracks to an ipod a sliding panel appears on the right hand side of itunes. This allows the selected track to be transfered. After registering this action the panel does not slide back out of the way to allow scrolling and more song selection. Any solutions..Help?
I have an even simpler method. I use MyPublisher to print my books. I select their page layout for a two-page spread, drag and drop the image. DONE! I understand that most people have their favorite places to have work done. I have been extremely pleased with MyPublisher.com, so I haven't even tried the book module in Lightroom.

How to right align a read only numeric field in a panel form layout
Hi, does anyone know how to right align a read only numeric field in a panel form layout? I am using: Style Class = AFFieldNumberMarker, but it only seems to work if the field is disabled. Disabling the field gives it a difference appearance that does not look right on our forms. These are calculated fields, which cannot be modified, so read only is necessary.
I have looked online for some answers, and it seems that others are having similar issues.
I have tried different combinations for the properties, but so far I cannot get it to work.

How do I get rid of that annoying right-hand column in Reader 11.0.3?
It just won't go away! I can't find anything on the menus to get rid of it. It blocks the view of whichever document I'm trying to read. What's odd is that when I first opened a PDF document, it looked just fine; but subsequent openings of the same document had that right-hand column blocking about one-fourth of the document, requiring horizontal scrolling. Who can be bothered? Please tell me this is an easy fix. Thank you!
Half of a solution has been offered for this problem: Click on Tools, then click on Tools again. This is so un-obvious that I have to guess it removes the column as a fluke of what's been clicked, not because that is the defined way to remove the column. And the screen shot helped those who haven't seen it. But I've been reading the Freakonomics guys and I have to say that the right question was not asked. Here's the right question:
How can I keep that stupid worthless column from EVER showing up again? I mean, it's nice to have instructions on how to change a tire, but it's even nicer to have a car that doesn't have a blowout every time I try to go for a drive!
I have searched Preferences and cannot find anything that seems to relate to it.

Exporting to PDF right hand text trunctation when using ForceLargerFonts.

We are using Crystal Reports Basic .NET 2008 SP0 (10.5.3700.0) under ASP.NET. We have decided to use the PDF printing option instead of ActiveX which works fine except for the font sizing issues. After reading a few articles we resolved the font sizing issue by implementing the registry key ForceLargerFonts.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\10.5\Crystal Reports\Export\PDF

This has solved the problem of font scaling, however a new problem emerged relating to truncation on the right-hand side of textboxes, especially when the fonts are extremely small and the textbox is large (appears that crystal can't calulate the wrapping correctly). We located an apparant fix in Crystal XI SP5 using these keys

I can't delete songs from my iTunes wish list
Everytime I go to my wish list and click the x next to a song to delete it, the song will disappear for a few seconds than reappear in the same spot.So I can't delete or add any songs. Any help?

Downloaded 2 rentals and they won't play. They ask if I would like to begin the rental period, I say yes and it takes me to the dvd screen, but does not play. I hit play, fast forward, skip chapters and nothing.
