Digital booklet download problem in iTunes

My album digital booklets won't download and are constantly coming up in my iTunes queue. At this point I don't care to see them but they are constantly in my queue and coming up as errors. How do I get rid of them?

Digital booklet download

I recently bought THE HUNGER GAMES SOUNTRACK album from my iPad 2 and the album had the digital booklet but it did not download it. How can I download the digital booklet now?

it should start downloading automatically when you log into your iTunes from your computer. this is how it downloaded for my sister after she bought it on her iPhone. but her booklet wont open in adobe reader because it says its not supported or may be corrupted. We cant find any solution to this problem or re-download it. I hope this helps and i hope yours downloads without problems

Download Problem with Itunes

I purchased three TV series (House Season 3, 4, & 5) on 17 Feb 09. The Itunes indicator at bottom of screen showed downloads are available to download, but I receive error message, "Unable to check for available downloads. The network connection timed out". Since that time I have contacted Itunes support four times and tried all of the fixes they recommended. I have tried account on two three different internet networks and four different computers. To date, the problem is the same. The problem appears not to be in network or computer. Presently I have 118 available downloads indicated on Itunes. Can anyone recommend another fix?

This might be the problem, having over 100 items in your download queue. Other folks have had to contact iTS support and ask for some items to be removed so they can get them in batches.

Digital movie download problems ipad2

Help! I can't view my digital movie downloads on iPad2. They do not appear anywhere in iTunes account after loaded through the DVD and viewable on computer....hum...... Ideas?

Films that have downloaded or synced to the iPad should go into the Videos app - do they not show in there ? Have you tried searching for them by name via the iPad's spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right) ?

I don't know what you mean by this. Do you mean you can't figure out how to get off that screen? Click the "done" button.
This is just to say that I managed to sync with iTunes Match, in my other notebook I can not do the songs appear.

You're connection the iTunes Match servers is offline. That's why the songs are greyed out and the cloud icon has the horozontal lines in it. Quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, re-launch the application and wait until the tracks are no longer greyed out and you will be able to download them.

Movie or Digital Copy Download Problems

Using iTunes 11 on my Mac and having problems too. I'm not getting an error message however.
When I enter the code, I am prompted for my Apple ID/password, which I enter, but nothing happens after that. I've also had iTunes ask me for my password repetedly even after entering it, with no sucsess in downloading the file.
Thoughts?

I have a question. I jsut purchased to own "The Ghost Writer HD" on iTuens, but its also downloading the regular version as well. why is it doning this and will I be charged for both the HD and regular version?

The Blog page only shows 2 episodes, but my problem is in PodCast section (I have 18 episodes total). And it still being downloaded and refreshed only just 5 !
So far, I don't see anything in the Inspector that would help solving my problem. RSS (PodCast) only displays option like PodCast Series, Series Artist, Contact Email, Parental Advisory, Allow PodCast to iTunes,....?
Any other ideas?

Downloading problems from iTunes Store

Hi, when I try to download purchases from the iTunes store I get an error message of "network connection timed out," no numbers, letters, or codes. My internet connection is good, I do have McAfee, but iTunes is allowed total access. The latest version of iTunes has been installed. Podcasts download ok but purchased items do not. I have purchased several audiobooks and cannot get them to download. I have tried everything I know to do and nothing is working! Can anyone please help me?

Digital editions download problem

Supposed to be simple to install adobe digital edition, but I keep getting an error message at the end of the download - any ideas?

Radio download problems to itunes and ipod

Hope someone can help - I am trying to download some radio shows to my ipod (an ipod photo colour) from the internet - I can get the file onto my mac and into itunes but when I try to put it on my ipod I get a message saying that it can't be done because the ipod can't play the file. It is a .m3u file and I have been in touch with other listeners who say that they have the same set up as me and it works fine. Can I convert the files or something so that they play? There is another site offering the downloads but when I click on the one I want then it opens up an audio file in safari which starts playing and downloading. If I click 'save as' and save it to desktop then play it back through itunes then it shows a counter at the bottom of '0.00' and just clicks off - any help or advice would really be appreciated with this! I really want those shows!

The first link leads to a page where the download links are all m3u's.
To capture the streaming audio, you will need an application like Audio Hijack or Wiretap.
The second links shows a website with actual mp3's.
To download these files (if you're using Safari), control-click on the link and choose 'Download Linked File'. That will download a file which plays fine in iTunes and on the iPod
If you just click them, they are played with the QT-plugin. When you save them with QT Pro they have the wrong creator (TVOD) and the wrong type (Moov). They play in iTunes, but do not transfer to the iPod. To correct that, change type.
If you just save the page, they are saved as a small .mpga file (don't know what it is) and it plays for 1 second in iTunes.

What is the 'digital booklet' in music albums?

Hi guys and gals
What is the 'digital booklet' I see that has come with a few of my album purchases?
Is it something that I can open somehow?
Is there content in there beyond the songs themselves? Like a cd cover booklet, that has art and sometimes lyrics or whatever?
It doesn't seem to have a 'play' function; but then again, I haven't learned to navigate through iTunes very well yet...

The digital booklet is a substitute for the paper booklet you might receive if you bought a physical copy of the album. Digital booklets are available in your download queue when you log in to the iTunes Store on your computer. You can find more information about syncing digital booklets here:

Strange behaviour of digital booklets

Hi everyone
yesterday I realized that some of the digital booklets I have in iTunes show up in the albums view (listed as first track of the album) but not in "books" and some show up in the books section but not in the album the belong to. In addition to that there is one digital booklet which shows up in "books" but when I double click it, the album starts playing instead of the booklet beeing opened.
Is anyone experiencing that, too? Does anyone know why that happens and what to do about it?

ITunes Store via iPod Touch WiFi download for Digital Booklet

I purchased Drastic Fantastic/KT Tunsall's new music Deluxe Version. I note that the Digital Booklet extras did not download to the iPod touch via the WiFi download. Nor did they download on their own when I did the synch with my laptop. Finally I went into my iTunes account via my laptop and viewed my purchases. Sure enough they were purchased. I then use the check for purchases on iTunes and it still didn't catch the missing booklets. Finally I went into my account to report the trouble and they started to download.
Are the booklets too big to come directly to the iPodTouch via Wifi? Are they supposed to download later on your computer when you go to the iTunes Store?

All videos and digital booklets are downloaded separately after you have synced your ipod touch to the computer and your itunes library. Every album that has a digital booklet states this at the very bottom of the album list on wifi ITMS. When you try to sync a digital booklet to the ipod touch you get a error message stating that "Name of booklet cannot be synced to the ipod touch." Its not a size issue just simply that they are not compatible with the ipod touch.
