Digital Certificate of SAP AG from VeriSign expired on 26.02.2005 ?

Hi,
When we open BEx, Security Warning screen of office 2003 appears. Although SAP note says that "click 'Always trust macros from this publisher'", this check is grayed out.It is because Validity of Digital Certificate is 26.02.2005.
Question is ;
is there a newer version of *.xla with new Digital certificate? or any other comment which we don't encounter this screen everytime we start BEx without lowering the security settings?

I've just upgraded my 3GS to iOS 4.0 and most things work Ok. I can't seem to work out the new Birthday calendar but that's not my real concern. My bigger worry is that I cannot access my office email which is in MS Outlook Web Access. When I go to log in it just kicks me straight out of the browser.
It may be due to the fact that we are using a local digital certificate i.e. not a Verisign cert. but it is good enough for us, for now. Does Safari require a globally signed trusted Cert?

Solution (found by searching forum for "Safari Crashes"):
Settings > Safari > Autofill > Names & Passwords "Set to OFF".
Then choose "Continue" the next time. You've lost your password fill-in but at least you can log in.

Asa ssh/vnc plugins digital certificates expired

Hi,
we've got our new asa set up now (more or less). But what gets us is that the Cisco ssh/vnc plugins and the java applet for port forwarding all come up with "digital certificate expired". Now this is not going to instill confidence in our users.
We are running 8.0(4)3 and asdm 6.1(3) and the plugins are the latest available from Cisco's software download page
(ssh-plugin.08030, vnc-plugin.080130).
Are newer ones available?

You probably want to install a code signer certificate.
While this seems to be what you're looking for, I have never managed to generate a bundle such that Java doesn't complain at all anymore...

Multiple SAP Passports(Digital Certificates)

Hi Guys,
I want to know how i could have multiple digital certificates created to login to service.sap.com.
My case is that i have 2 S IDs. I have created an SAP Passport(digital certificate) for 1 S ID, so that i dnt have to enter the user name and password every time i login to service market place. However i would want to create a digital certificate for my other S ID as well. How do i do that..

Hi Aj,
When your SAP passport expires SAP recommends to delete your old SAP Passport and create new passport. Since the new SAP Passport is valid already, there is no reason to retain the old one.

"no access to the digital certificate" - Trying to export my first iOS app from Flash - Help please

Hello
I'm trying to export my first iOS app from flash to my desktop / on the device (Flash Pro CC, Iphone5)
I followed the instructions on the adobe website to build an air app for iOS but on the last step it
doesn't export the app.
What I've done so far:
- Apple developer account
- creating the certificate + convert it to .p12
- app ID / Name etc.
- creating the provisioning profile from apple
- iOS Air app in flash (Only Text "Hello world" with a tween)
Now i have to load the certificates into Flash & enter a password (is it the password that
i entered in the certificate or from my developer account/ Apple ID password? Both didn't work at the end)
When i klick on publish in the last step than it loads a while but then i get the Error:
"no access to the digital certificate"
What is wrong? Can you help me please.

Also, I should say, when I go into my phone on the computer and try to install an app, I get this message:
Unable to start operation. Installer is already in use.
Any ideas

I have installed Sun Java Portal Server (2005Q4) with Sun Java Web Sever as a container.
I have purchased a verisign digital certificate, installed successfully in webserver
container.
What I need is to configure a webserver site or alias to hide /portal/dt url string, just typing
https://midominio.com/ authentication page should appear.
How can I configure this in Sun Java Webserver?

Certificate error in OIF after getting it signed from verisign

I am using OIF 10g with Oracle Application server. We are acting as a source with POST profile SAML 1.X. We generated a certificate and submitted it to verisign. Once it was signed by verisign, I imported the certificate to the keystore and passed the new certificate to the destination.
We are seeing the following error now:
At Source
ERROR - SIGNER: WARNING: Signer class not initialized. Cannot generate signature (SUE001)
At destination
ERROR - RECEIVER: ERROR: The SAML Response was not signed by the expected authority (RVE013)

I am updating the help docs for our online app and I am up to 'exporting your digital certificate. I have instructions for 3.5 but I'm now adding some for 8.0 and I can't find an export button. Help! (please)

See if you can find the certificates on one of the tabs in the Certificate Manager:
*Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates

Importing a digital certificate from e-mail

When receiving a digital certificate (in an fdf file) attachment in an e-mail in Outlook I want to automate importing it to the Acrobat trusted cert store using VBA with Acrobat classes.
I use an Outlook rule and can get to saving the .fdf file with VBA. I have referenced the Acrobat type library in VBA. But I cant find an Acrobat import certificate function in the library.
I am using Acrobat V8 and Outlook 2007

I don't know if there is one, but have you downloaded the Acrobat SDK? You cannot program Acrobat by "discovery" of classes and methods, you do need the documentation. You might have to use the VB:JavaScript linkage.

CIDX Adopter Digital Certificates

Here is the scenario..
We are getting the HTTPS message from external system to XI.
We are using CIDX Adopter to read external message and validate the digital certificates and map to ORDERS05 Idoc. As soon I trigger the message from external system (HTTPS message), I am seeing message in XI RWB adopter engine, when CIDX adopter is trying the validate the digital signatures somehow it is pointing to J2EE_GUSET user. And it is giving error as below mention.

       We configured in sender agreement by selecting those key stores..
Can any one help me on how to resolve the issue, is there any problem in Visual Admin Toll, while installing the certificates..

I need help setting up SSL on weblogic 6.1. This is the problem i am facing. I have an application that is running with in weblogic 6.1 and this application needs to talk to another system which is hosted externally and it as to use digital certificate to authenticate itself to the external system.
I got the trial personal ID from verisign and i have no clue what i should do to get this working. I tried a sample using stand alone java and i could get it working but in weblogic it uses it own SSL implementation and it does not work.
Can some one please tell me the steps as to what i need to do.
Any help will be appreciated.

Applet digital certificate is diplaying before applet loads

Hi All,
I have a drop-down in a jsp page. I want to display a signed applet when I select a particular option from that drop-down list.
In http mode the digital certificate is displaying only when I select that particular option from dropdown list. (working fine)
Problem:
But in https mode the digital certificate is diplaying whenever that jsp loads.(i.e. certificate is diplaying before selecting an value from dropdown list)
Suggestions please.

I am having a similar issue. Clients using a system running an old version of Crystal Reports are encountering a warning that the digital signature has expired. It appears to only affect clients using Java 1.5.0 and newer.
Is there a way to update the digital signature?
