Digital Copy Does not work

i have bought triple play blu ray with digital copy and when i try to redeem it does not recognise the code

The person at that number did not work for 20th Century Fox or have any idea what I was talking about.
I called the number on the case. They did not really understand the problem (suggested I update the firmware on my Blu-Ray player). They referred me to http://support.foxdigitalcopy.com. You can obtain a new serial number there, just not for this particular movie.
They have a different number, 866/520-6606, but only answer it Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm.
At this point, I'm just going to try to take the path of least resistance and return it to Amazon as defective.

Create a page as a copy does not work properly

Hi,
When I create a new page as a copy of an existing page with page authorization set to some authorization scheme, the newly created page does not work. When I edit the page definition, "Authorization Scheme" is set to some random number instead of the scheme that was set in the original page and running the page throws an error. Any buttons or items set with an authorization also throws an error. Is this a bug?

Hi Patrick,
I am using APEX version 4.0.1.00.03 on Oracle 11g.
I tried to reproduce it on apex.oracle.com and was not able to reproduce it. The new page worked fine.
In my application, the newly created page works fine and is not generating an error, but the authorization scheme is set to a number instead of a defined authorization scheme.

LC digital signature does not work in Reader

I have added a signature field in a LC form with expectations that it would work in Reader.
I can see the field but it does not work in Reader. I have opened the form in Acrobat and the signature field works.
Any ideas on resolving this?

As I do not have LC Server I used Acrobat Pro to save as reader extended which solved the issue.

Purchased (digital copy) videos not working

I tried using the digital copy feature from some movies I have had yesterday, but for some reason they are not working. I have tried playing them in iTunes, and all I get is a grey screen. When I look at the chapters, they are all present, which confuses me. It is in mp4 format, so that shouldn't be the problem. If anyone can help me on here, please let me know. Thanks.

Watchmen digital copy code not working

I just bought a "watchmen director's cut" combo Blu-Ray and digital copy. It was new in the shrink wrap from Target. I'm trying to get the digital copy into my itunes, which is current release. I've done this before for other movies without a problem. This time it's saying the code is invalid. I'm not dyslexic and I've tried a bunch of times. Kind of frustrating. Anyone else experience this? How do I get this resolved? Now that it's unsealed I can't take it back to Target.

Audio digital output does not work.

I'm having a hard time with this problem. I have a Toslink cable to plug the iMac with a a/v receiver. I plug the cable but the iMac won't recognize it and in sound preferences it will show that it's headphones and no sound is coming. Same cable and same setup works perfectly with the Macbook. As soon as I plug the cable to it, it shows that it is digital output in the sound preferences.
In short, the problem is that the iMac does not activate the digital output when the toslink cable is connected.
Any ideas about how to solve this problem? I am crossing my fingers for not having a hardware problem.

Have you tried looking for a bit longer miniplug adapter for the Toslink? It is that the digital plug is a little longer that it can activate the switch inside.
If not, it is under warranty. Arrange to have it looked at.

Digital copy codes not working

Hi, I'm from the uk and I've got quite a few bluray DVDs with digital copies with them, they have codes but I don't have a computer to put the disks in to then move them to the iTunes is there any way I can just put the films straight to iTunes with just the authorisation codes??? Doesn't seem fair that I've got an iPad because I didn't want a computer but thought I'd be ale to watch my films on the go??? Any help please as rung up customer services and they had no idea what I was talking about

May be I should note, that the digital copy, which is part of the Star Trek Blu-Ray, needs to be downloaded via iTunes. On the Blu-Ray it says, the download via iTunes is compatible with the iPod, iPhone and Apple TV.
The regional copy protection is controlled by Apple and nobody else. Paramount explicitly stated to me, that they do not want this regional protection.
Apple advertises this movie as part of their iPad promotion. So why don't they deliver it to a customer, which has already paid for it? I cannot see any reason for this behaviour. Additional this is illegal in the european union. But who forces a lawsuit for a single movie...

Digital copy code not working

So I recently gave someone The Fault in Our Stars that has the digital copy with it. They asked me to set it up.
So I went to here and typed in my info and the code. Then I clicked iTunes and nothing happened. Clicked it again, and it said that the code was redeemed. Tried calling support, but stupid me didn't realize that almost every business is closed on Christmas Day.
So, how can I redeem it so I get the movie on their iTunes account? They actually specifically asked so they could get the digital copy.

I noticed the same things. Batkinson, I saw that, too, but didn't anticipate a problem when it offered me to download it to Disney and to iTunes, so I did both. Well, I got it on Disney, but it won't show up on iTunes. My Mac Mini doesn't show it as an item I've purchased and when I go to the iTunes store, it still offers to sell it to me. I've rebooted, etc., to no avail.
My iPad, however, didn't show anything for an hour or so, then I went to the iTunes Store and looked a Thor: The Dark World and it switched from the price to purchase to the download icon. So I successfully downloaded it, but it still won't show up on my Mac, which is hooked up to the home theater system / TV. I still don't know what's the problem, but I know I hate Disney's new app.

Digital Copy Code Not Working in my Country

I bought Real Steel from Amazon America. It came with a digital copy code. I tried activating the code but it said "This Code is only valid for customers of the USA or Canada Store." I live in the U.K. What do I do. Do I request a new code from Apple? Any help is appriciated.

PC Suite 7.1.40.1 Content Copier does not work.

The Content Copier in PC Suite 7.1.40.1 fails to Backup the Data from the Phone. "The phone did not contain any content ..."
All Attempts to uninstall, delete Directories and Registry Keys did not help.
The Content Copier from 7.1.30.9 works fine.
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3

I'm also having problems with V7.1.40.1 of this software, running on WinXP Home edition V2002 SP3.
(via Bluetooth Toshiba stack) from a 6600 Slide.
Trying to backup Contacts list (the MOST important data!!!) it just sits there forever with the 'busy' wheel twiddling round and zero % progress on the display bar. It DOES say it might take a while but more than 30 minutes with nothing indicated for only a couple of hundred contacts suggests actually no progress at all! It IS possible to read contact, calendar, messages etc., using other apps in the suite - but then the progress bar on the PC Suite display tends to stop, showing (eg.) 90%, although it looks like all the content has been transferred. Using other apps, of course you can't create an alternative backup file!!!
When the contacts list fails to transfer, the phone screen momentarily flashes up a 'sync complete' message after only a few seconds - although I THOUGHT I was backing-up, not sync'ing!
PC Suite looks like a very nice software package - but does ANYONE (except US!!!) actually test it with real data and real phones???

Jpeg "save as copy" does not work

in CS3, after i'm done adjusting an image with layer and mask, etc, and I go to save it as a jpeg, it automatically attaches "-copy" to the name. I try to do this in CS5 and it doesn't work even though "save as a copy" is checked by default. I have to manually change the file name otherwise it will ask if i want to overwrite the original jpeg and that gets annoying when working with lots of files. Is this a bug? or is there an easy fix?

Edit - I just tried this with CS5 and I do get " copy" added to the end of my file name for all but JPEG.
I'll bet this has something to do with the new feature where you can Save As a JPEG (as a copy) even if you're editing a 16 bit document.

File copy does not work with exe files

I used BufferedReader and BufferedWriter to make copy of an exe file in local drive. Nothing was strange in this code. But I wonder the newly created exe file is denied "..exe is not a valid win32 application" by Windows. I could see the bytes are copied. Is that something like header of exe file is damaged etc ??

Readers and Writers are for text. For binary data use InputStream and OutputStream.

EWZ5 unlock users after client copy does not work

Hi All
I have following problem, i made client copy and i locked user in EWZ5 on both systems (source and target). Than I made client copy with profile SAP_CUSV (customizing with variants). The problem is that after the copy i am unable to unlock users on the targat client in EWZ5. I see users locked in the transaction but when i click unlock than no one is unlocked (result like there are no locked users) and users still remains locked (i tried to log on). On source system unlocking was working ok.
Any suggestion are highly appreciated.

Pc companion safety copy does not work

Tried making a safety copy on my xperia z2 with pc companion but I cant even start creating a copy. Pc companion starts investigating filesystem after 20 minutes I gave up, twice. No error messages no nothing...

That is a huge backup file.Normally,you have to backup only contacts,messages,account datas etc.Leave media files out and copy them manually.
