Digital copy wont work on comp

the other day i went to add my digy copy of blur harvest to my itunes. put the disk in my driver loaded it punched in the code added it to my itunes account dled it. activated my comp and enabled itunes for account and it says it isn't authorized to play on this computer i tryed re doing it from the disk a few times anyone know why.also when i go to play it on itunes it starts the count to 47 minutes but the screen stays gray.

HELP! My Dark Knight digital copy wont work!

Hi guys! I know i'm a little late on this, but i got my dark knight blu-ray disk on christmas of 2008, and i never got around to using the digital copy disk on my mac to put it on my Ipod, until today...So once i popped the disk in it came up on itunes and i typed in the redeem code, and it all worked. Once the download was finished, however i clicked on it in my movies section in my itunes, and all that appears is a gray screen for the entire movie! I put it on my ipod and all that appeared was a black screen, then after a few seconds, kicked me back to my movies list.
Anyone know how to resolve this problem?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem, it won't work, it gets completed and then gives me an error message saying I don't have a network connection or something dumb, I wish it would work...tried multiple times and it doesn't work.

When trying to install a digital copy, everything works including the downloading, until it is processing to iTunes then I receive "You do not have enough access privilages for this operation. Check the disk to make sure it is clean and retry." error.

Tryed several times, Same Results. Tryied rebooting, logging out & into iTunes, Same Result. Seems to do this error with every digital copy, but works eventually. But now will not post digital copy to my iTunes at all. Just same error over and over.
Any Thoughts??

Oddly enough. I think I just solved it. It looks like, for some reason, my computer has about 8 different "iTunes music" folders, and I've been saving my music to the wrong one. Neat. Music now imports and plays as it should. Copying things over is going to be so fun tonight!

Digital copy wont download

i got the supernatural season 3 for christmas i entered the digital copy code and recived all of the other episodes exept for one the itunes store told me that there was an error with my conection i checked the connection and it was fine but the download wont resume it keeps saying that there is a connection problem ive looked at the tech support and it said to look at the check downloads button i did and it took me to purchases. didnt work. now what

So Nobody has No idea? Then this is not a common itunes bug?

Thor digital copy not working?

Hi I bought the movie Thor today. I loaded the digital copy disk into my PC and redeemed the code as I have done many time before. The only thing is this time the movie downloaded ok and when I click on the movie tab i see it there but it will not play.at all. I went to the folder where my movies are "C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Administrator\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Movies" and the movie Thor is not there. So now I shut down my PC and restarted everything over and get the same result. And yes it does let me reuse the same redeem code over and over??? any help would be great as I have not found any way to contact Apple directly or via e-mail for this.

Back to the Future III - digital copy not working

Any ideas on what to do when a digital copy fails?
Got the 25th Anniversary BluRay pack of all of the Back to the Future films. Contains a digital copy disc for each.
The first two worked fine. The digital copy for BTTF3 did not.
Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how did you remedy it?

apple wanted a processor family that included versions with reasonable speed and low power consumption to use in laptops etc.
it probably didn't hurt that the choice they made also makes it easier to support traditional wintel software on macs
itanium is aimed at servers where power consumption is less of an issue
if the numbers here are correct then itanium has not been a great success, certainly not one for apple to bet the company on...

DVD Digital Copy not working on iTunes

ok so i bought Wall-E the movie in DVD form, it came with a digital copy that i could download on iTunes and watch, i registered and everything and it downloaded, but when i click on the video on iTunes to watch it, it just plays a grey screen where the movie is suppose to be playing, what am i doing wrong?

I found this on another board:
"Okay, after messing around for 10 minutes, I just ....., went into iTunes, selected the disk in the "Devices" link in the left-side menu bar, and entered the code there... and voilà, it works. The error is apparently in the Autoplay software that is supposed to go launch iTunes."

Check the user manual of this cam! Go through all the points!!!
Check if the driver is necessary and if could be updated!!

Digital copy only works on PPC

My digital copy of Hellboy II will not download to iTunes. It says PPC application required. Is there an alternative?

I keep trying to download the peter pan digital copy to my computer and i get the message that itunes is unavailable with error 5002. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Funny thing is I HAD the 5002 code, but I can download apps & updates with no issue.
TODAY iTunes tells me that the iTunes store is unavaiable, yet I just downloaded a new app from the iTunes store.

I tried restarting iTuines & also restarting my computer - nothing worked.
I also tried removing my CC info - nothing.
Finny thing is that even when the store was 'down', I still downloaded apps.
I also just downloaded the Peter Pan storybook app - but the digital copy wont work.

Digital copy code wont work in itunes

Hi i have a few dvds which im trying to redeem on itunes from my digital copy but none of the codes are working and itunes keeps saying it can only be redeem through a computer, but i only have an ipad?!

I uninstalled the Power Cinema and it didnt work....then I rechecked and found that I forgot (DUH) to install the MCE driver.....geeze
It works now. I believe the earlier problems stem from using Power DVD 5 and the 'old' driver from the CD. Just to test it, I installed the PowerCinema and it worked also! I can selectively switch from MCE back to PowerCinema OK.
It may interest you to know that the PowerCinema detected twice as many HDTV channel (sub-channels) as did the MCE. Based on what I'm seeing, I question whether I will keep the MCE version. XP Home/Pro may work just as well with the PowerCinema interface.

My lap top wont import pictures from auto play. it keeps saying there is a file error and a device connected to the computer isnt working properly. i have tried going into the internal storage to copy and paste the pictures but this wont work either.

my pictures from my i phone 4s wont import from auto play. a message keeps coming up saying there is an error and a device is not working properly. also i have tried going into the internal storage to copy and paste them but that wont work either. the page either stops responding or the picture simply dont copy. does any1 have any idea why this is happening. it has never happened before and only seems to be happening since i started using i cloud storage instead of synching my phone with the lap top.

I have decided to dedicate this thread to the wonderful errors of Lion OSX. Each time I find a huge problem with Lion I will make note of it here.
Today I discovered a new treasure of doggie poop in Lion. No Save As......
I repeat. No Save As. In text editor I couldn't save the file with a new extension. I finally accomplished this oh so majorly difficult task (because we all know how difficult it should be to save a file with a new extension) by pressing duplicate and then saving a copy of the file with a new extension. Yet then I had to delete the first copy and send it to trash. And of course then I have to secure empty trash because if I have to do this the rest of my mac's life I will be taking up a quarter of percentage of space with duplicate files. So this is the real reason they got rid of Save As: so that it would garble up some extra GB on the ole hard disk.
So about 20 minutes of my time were wasted while doing my homework and studying for an exam because I had to look up "how to save a file with a new extension in mac Lion" and then wasted time sitting here and ranting on this forum until someone over at Apple wakes up from their OSX-coma.
are you freaking kidding me Apple? I mean REALLY?!!!! who the heck designed this?!!! I want to know. I want his or her name and I want to sit down with them and have a long chat. and then I'd probably splash cold water on their face to wake them up.
I am starting to believe that Apple is Satan.

HT1539 Digital copy of Frozen not working on my windows 7 computer

Our digital copy of frozen worked for 3 full times but has now stopped. The last time we used it we had to "rewind" the movie and it hasn't worked since. However I loaded from itunes onto my iPad and it works fine. Any idea's how to fix this problem?

I think the best option would be to completely uninstall all components of iTunes in the order specified of the article below. Once this is done attempt to install iTunes again.

Purchased (digital copy) videos not working

I tried using the digital copy feature from some movies I have had yesterday, but for some reason they are not working. I have tried playing them in iTunes, and all I get is a grey screen. When I look at the chapters, they are all present, which confuses me. It is in mp4 format, so that shouldn't be the problem. If anyone can help me on here, please let me know. Thanks.

I've seen this solution posted to nearly every thread and it hasn't worked for me. I still get the blank screen and if I start messin around too much, iTunes ends of crashing. Any other ideas out there?
