Digital Download Credentials Now working....

My login works.. but i cant get into my digital library.. i just bought titanfall and would like to be able to play it......... HELP!

Thank you for purchasing Titanfall from Best Buy! I'm very sorry to hear of the trouble you had with the digital library. If this was the first digital download title you purchased from Best Buy, it is possible the digital library was simply not yet available depending upon the status of that current order.
At this time I see that the digital order was cancelled and you picked the game up in the store today. I am sorry we were not able to assist you yesterday, but thank you for being willing to pick it up in-store instead. Please let me know if you have any additional questions at this time.

You will need to contact the movie studio that produced the DVD and ask if they can issue you a new code valid for Canada. Apple cannot help you, and everyone here in these forums is just a fellow user.

Digital Download button not working.

Hi,
I purchased a video game from the online bestbuy store and got it on the digital download option. I received the confirmation of it in my library and downloaded the 3rd party downloader to help with the download. So after that was done I went to download and the button does nothing for me. When I press the button it goes from a hand to a cursor for about 5 seconds and then goes back to the hand icon and then nothing happens.
Things I've done to correct it wiht no luck.
- Tried a diffferent browser.
- Cleared all cookies.
- Reset Password.
I cant think of much else to do so any help would be appreciated.

Are you following the instructions provided with the digital copy?
At what point does it not work properly? What error message does it give you?

i-tunes just finished the download,so it seems to be fixed and i have to day i'm all happy again,now i have the first movement,way to go apple for the quick fix of what i am guessing is a complex troubleshoot.

WHAT...Can't perform digital download. Do I have to downgrade to IE 7 or 8 because I have 11.

I just purchased the add-on for Dishonored via digital download. Now I cannot download because it says I do not have the correct equipment. I HAVE Windows 7, BUT I run IE 11, which is the latest. It shows I need 7 or 8? Really? Do I have to downgrade my IE to a previous version just to perform the download?

Digital Download with DVD not working like it should

I purchased the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Space Adventure from Walmart. I love to buy the ones that include the digital download, that way if we are stuck somewhere I can whip out my iPad or iPhone and entertain a 3 year in the blink of an eye. However, with this purchase I redeemed my download but it never showed up in my Library. When I try to seach for this movie in the iTunes Store it doesn't even look like it is even available for purchase. Did I just buy a "dud"? I am really bummed out that I have not been able to troubleshoot this to a solution on my own, so now I reach out to you. Has anyone ever had this happen to them with any purchases or are you an owner of the same movie with the same problem? Please help, I'm open to any suggestion at this point.

I did do the check for updates and purchase downloads, still no movie.

Audigy 4, digital out would not work, now external box does not power

I recently purchased a audigy 4 sound card. At first it was almost as if there was a loose wire somewhere. Sometimes the external break out box would power up and sometimes it would not. There was no loose wire and it now no longer powers up at all. The only thing that was worse than the intermittent power up was the digital out on the box. First of all I was told that you could use the spidf out on the box to a receivers digital in, this never worked now matter what settings I tried. I was then told to try the mini out. So I went and bought a mono mini out, that was a joke, didn't fit right rarely worked. I then went and bought a mini stereo plug to RCA out, that fit right and worked a few times, It no longer works at all.
I had the settings set up correctly with the spidif passthrough.
Has anyone else had any problems getting the digital out to work with a receiver?
The analog works fine, but just like the audigy mp3 the bass output for my sub is weak and almost nonexistent. I have a nice hifi/ht system I am trying to get this card to work with.

i have the same problem - when i use the equalizer i can save a preset without problems,
but if i reboot the pc i first have to open the equalizers window to make the equalizer work. without having opened the equalizer window it seems to be not activated.
does anybody have an idea how to fix that problem?

HT3209 I buy movies and applied all my digital downloads to itunes, and now more than half my movies come up saying my computer cant play because its not capable of HD, I never had a problem before this Icloud,I just feel that ive lost hundreds in digital

Ive always loved Itunes, Ive always thought it was the easiest way to build a library, either music, or movies, ebooks or what have you. Now this new "Icloud" comes into the picture and tells me more than half of my digital movies cant be played because my pc isnt HD compatible, I watched every movie i have in my Itunes library before, therfore I am so frustrated, no one seems to have any answers for me, I think most would feel out of hundreds of dollars of digital movies and feel the same way.....I dont buy movies from Itunes but every movie I've ever bought off the shelves at stores that has digital download on it is put in my itunes library. I Dont want to lose/leave itunes as my system of doing things but.......im at a loss, Anyone Help??? The funniest part of all of it is...Next to all the movies says "Purchased" so obviously they are legit and mine.

I am having a similar problem with iTunes 11 on a Windows 7 box. I was able to rent and play HD movies befor "upgrading" to iTunes 11, however now when I try and rent a movie in HD I get the error: "This cannot be played in HD on this computer. You must rent and watch the HD version on an HD-compatible device. Or, you can rent the SD version and watch it on this computer."
Guess i'll be renting movies from XBox from now on.

I've tried everything others have suggested without any luck.
Now I'm stuck with a 300 bucks mp3 jalopy.
My big question here is :
why aren't we hearing from apple? why aren't they saying something like "yeah we messed things up but be patient. we are trying our best to fix it..." ?
