Digital Library Still Empty

I received the email that my purchase was ready to download from the Digital Library over 10 hours ago and it is still not there - the library says that it is empty.  I have tried multiple browsers, clearing cache and history, setting a new password and nothing has made my purchase appear.  Are there any other steps that can be taken to force my purchase to appear?  
I bought digitally because the store was closed last night - now it's getting to the point where I could drive over to the store and buy the physical item - which is defeating the purpose of buying digitally in the first place.  Not a good first experience using this - never had anything remotely similiar happen with other sellers.

It can sometimes take up to 4 hours for downloadable content to be viewable in the Digital Library, but I'm surprised your purchase still isn't accessible 10+ hours later. I'd be glad to look into this situation on your behalf, so please make sure to check your private messages when you can.

    Hello! I had pre-ordered Watch Dogs, and received the e-mail that my game was ready to download at around 9pm Pacific time. When it didn't show up I was able to speak to someone using the direct chat feature when the window popped up and was informed that it was because the website had not yet updated and I would have to wait until midnight my time even though the game had already been released.
    It is now 12:42 and my Digital Library is still empty, I've cleared my history/cache as was advised in other threads to no avail. Help

    There are a few different reasons why purchases might not be viewable in your Digital Library account, but many can be resolved through a simple password reset. If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to try the steps outlined in this thread:

  • HT2518 I did the all of it and it transfered but can't see any of it even my iTunes library still empty where is al my data?

    I transfered my pc to my Mac but I can't see any pictures or music mi iTunes library is empy!  What can I do?

    1 - iPhoto never forces you to upgrade - any upgrade of the software is initiated by you
    2 - what version of iPhoto did you have? What version did you upgrade to? What version of the OS do you have?
    3 - what exactly happens when you launch iPhoto?
    4 - with no backup it is just a matter of time until you lose all of yoru files including your photos - thing do happen and with no backup you are 100% guarenteed to lose everyhing sooner or later
    as a wild guess backup, depress the option and command keys, launch iPhoto and rebuild your iPhoto library database

    If you have given correct info about you ios 6.1.3 - all you need to do is delete account. You will be able to sign in with new one afterwards. Make sure you don't delete any info when you see those prompts.

    I am having the same issue. I try to log on to bestbuy.com tells me my password or email isn't right. I reset it. (6 times today with the same password) I log in, I go to digital downloads, and my SWTOR Cartel coins are not there. I'm done. Ordered it at about 9AM it is now 12:26 AM. I got the email long ago that it was ready for download. Can I just have my stuff please. I don't feel like resetting my password everytime I log in to a website. I'm done.

    I wouldn't worry just yet -- it can sometimes take up to four hours for downloadable content to be viewable in the Digital Library. Still, I can imagine how anxious you must feel to get back to playing!
    I've sent you some information, so please make sure to check your private messages when you can. I've also reset your password from our end to see if this resolves the problem. When you receive the password reset notification, please do the following in order:
    Log out of your BestBuy.com account completely on all devices, including the My Best Buy app
    Delete your browser history, cache, and cookies
    Visit the password reset link in your email (please be sure to check your spam folder)
    Create a new password that fits the accepted criteria (use a password you’ve never used before)
    Logout of your account as it will log you in automatically after creating the new password
    Wait 5-10 minutes and then attempt to login to your account
    To check your PMs, simply sign into the forum and then click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

    I order Adobe Lightroom 5 10 hours ago. I've got the the confirmation email sayingmy dowloan is ready. I've changed passwords 4 times and linked my Rewards account to my BB.com account just to be able to log in and, nothing. There's nothing there. The whole point of  digitl download is instant gratification. I could've walked into a store and got it by now.
    I paid for it, where is it?
    BTW it's not convienant for me to be calling people to get this fixed. I just want to download my purchase in the manner the website says I should be able to.

  • Cannot log into Digital Library

    Hello, I have been trying to resolve this problem for several hours now, but have been unable to do so.
    I recently downloaded Test Drive Unlimited 2 Windows Digital Download and received a confirmation email stating that I was now able to enter the Digital Library and access the download.
    However, when I attempted to to log in to Digital Library, my log in information was met with this error report :
    We are combining all Best Buy accounts with BestBuy.com for an improved experience. As part of this process, you
    may need to reset your password.
    The email or password does not match, please try again or reset your password.
    I do not understand what the first part of the error is trying to explain, as I had changed my password several times, each time coming back with the same response. So I reverted back to my old password for the BestBuy.com account and attempted again, generating the exact same response.
    I do know for a fact the log in information I am sending is correct, as it works on the main site, no matter which browser I am using. The Digital Library error also occurs no matter which browser I tested.
    I have searched the forums for an answer, and have found related topics regarding similar situations regarding Digital Library. However, they were either left unanswered, or the problem had been resolved, but when i tried to achieve the same solution, it failed and gave me the exact same error code.
    I also tried Best Buy's troubleshooting guide for this, but to no avail.
    Please respond soon with an answer, or with a better location for me to post this issue.

  • Help! I moved my songs, and now my library is empty

    I just moved all my music from the My Music folder on my hard drive onto my external HD, and I followed all the directions in the iTunes Help file. But when I restarted iTunes, the entire library was empty.
    Is there a step here I'm missing? How do I get iTunes to recognize where my library is? I already went into the Preferences -> Advanced menu and changed the location of the library, but it still doesn't show up.
    I'd hate to have to manually re-import all the songs (well over 1000 files). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I just did the same exact thing (but recovered!). I hope you didn't empty your recycle bin/trash yet! Your library information is there - get it out!
    The instructions on the web are a bit obtuse - what you need to do is delete ONLY the "iTunes Music" folder within the default iTunes location; I deleted the ENTIRE "iTunes" folder and saw exactly what you do now. You need to restore the "iTunes Library.itl" and "iTunes Music Library.xml" files, and you'll be back in business.
    Not sure how you'll recover if you can't get those files back...

  • Moved iTunes to external hard drive, now library is empty

    I moved my iTunes ver 7 from my full hard drive to an external hard drive. It worked fine, was able to synch iPod. Then I upgraded to ver 8.0.2 and when I open iTunes the library is empty. I changed the "path" in the Preferences/Advanced window but it didn't help. I know my music is still there- the folder shows 38.0 gb, but how do I get iTunes to find it? Thanks for any help.

    Thanks so much for taking the time to help me. I followed the instructions in the post, and was able to recover a substantial part of my library in iTunes. But now I'm worried that when I synch my iPod to iTunes, it will reduce the content on the iPod to match iTunes. I searched more in the discussions, and see that I might be able to use 3rd party software to copy from iPod to iTunes. any advice if I go that route? Thanks again!

    Have tried to restore a bookmarks file (I have a dozen or so) but I get the message "unable to process the back up file". Clicking the "star" to add a new bookmark appears to work until I click "show all bookmarks" which reveals a still empty library. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    Thank you very much for your help.
    What worked for me was to close down Firefox, delete the "places.sqlite" file and restart Firefox. My bookmarks instantly came back. This file is inside the "application data" folder which is a hidden folder. You must unhide the "application data" folder first in order to delete the "places sqlite" file using windows explorer.
    There may be an easier way but this worked for me.

  • Digital Download still hasn't been emailed to me

    A few weeks I bought the downloadable version of Fire Emblem, and in a few hours it said the order was in progress, so I waited. The e-mail with the code still has not come, and I have checked my paypal account to make sure everything went right. It says the transaction from the debit card worked and is completed, but the order to best buy is "In progress". I have also went to my best buy account, which states that the order was completed. I tried logging in to the digital library, but a message keeps coming up saying that "the system is temporarily unavailable". So I'm hoping someone here can help me (calling the 1-800 didn't really help unfortunately).
