Digital signature error while confirming maintenance order

hi all,
while i try to confirm maintenance order i m getting following error.
"Unable to find strategy information about strategy
Message no. SIG403
Diagnosis
Signature strategy has been allocated to the function you selected. However, signature strategy has not been defined in the system. The individual signatures may be missing.
The system does not carry out the function."
I checked in SPRO but couldn't find any configuration related to digital signature..
Please suggest how to overcome this issue..

Hi Pete,
Digital signature is activated for the function IW41. AS per the SAP help i should maintain configuration in
" Maintenance and Service Processing >® Maintenance and Service Orders> ® Functions and Settings for Order Types --> -->Define Digital Signature for Order Types.
I checked SPRO menu paths to locate above mentioned path. but it is not there
Please suggest !

    Input values must be defined in Table MARA. The value or values ' ' are

Procedure
    Check whether the input is correct and correct if necessary.
Procedure for System Administration
    If this is not an incorrect entry, check the system settings and change
    them if necessary.
    If there is a connection to the Customizing system, you can maintain the
    system settings by choosing Maintain entries (F5)

Kindly tell me how to check whether the cost sheet is maintained as integrated planning for this year. i have check in my customised setting from the following menu path controlling -> General Controlling ->Maintain version->Maintain setting for each fiscal year (version maintained is plan/actual version). Error while creating maintenance order - Budget almost exhausted.

Hi Experts,
We have maintained budget on WBS element. As per WBS report S_ALR_87013558 still Rs. 438000 available.
Now when we were trying to make a maintenance order with assignment of same WBS element system is showing error
"Budget almost exhausted" Message no: BP611. Actually the order cost is only Rs 18000.
Could anyone help me to find the root cause of this problem?

As I do not have much exposure to this area, I would suggest you to:
1. See this thread Can not Close Orders for which Period is closed? | SCN
and go through the answer of Paul Meehan
2. Search Google with String 'SAP message CO688' . you will find several useful SCN links on the subject.

Hi Gurus,
I am getting an update termination "Enter WBS element" while confirming Transfer Order. One thing that i noticed is that this issue is occuring with line items that are having special stock indicator "K".
Please let me know as to what could be root cause and how could this be avoided.

Termination error while confirming the transfer order

Hi Csaba/Frenchy,
I am getting termination error while confirming or deleting the TO (TO is created out of a posting change notice). Upon confirmation, the system is giving a message that the TO is confirmed but when I try to go out of the TO confirmation screen (LT12), I get the update termination error resulting in TO not getting confirmed.
Could you pls advise how to go about resolving this issue. Matter urgent please.

One more idea: recreate the PCN (same number, ect) and set the fields via SE16N + &sap_edit as they are in the archived PCN. Else contact SAP AG how to solve.
(I do not know what is the standard solution for this - maybe before archiving belonging data such as open TOs should have been checked...)
Maybe other solution might be if you debug transaction LT12 and when it wants to refresh the PCN you eliminate this with the help of your ABAPer.

AIP-51083: General failure creating S/MIME digital signature: Error

I know you guys did answer to this kind of question in several threads. But my case is bit different. Please try to help me to resolve this issue.
OS: AIX 5.3
B2B: 10.1.2.2 (No Additions)
I did encrypt the message using certificates (Host & Trading Partner) and send to Trading Partner and got the confirmation. So assuming there is no issue with wallet and certificates.
But I am not able to sing the same message using same certificates.
(I don’t have any issue with Host certificate, I can use it for host sing but I have issue with Trading Partner certificate)

I was doing same thing which you mentioned (Thats the reason encryption is working with same certificates, so there is no issue with wallet and certificates).

problem. It's with the "factory calendar".
In transaction va02 when I choose a Delivery Date, and I sent it to process, as
a result in the "shipping tab" it calculated to the first item one date, and to
the rest one date different. I don't know What it happen?
I debugged the program and I saw that to the first item use to calculate the
date is the function 'APO_SCHEDULING', and to the rest item use
'SD_SCHEDULING', and until here I come.
How can I do to what the dates calculated are the same? or What would be the
problem?
I need the dates calculated are equal.
I looked at it's using two "factory calendar" which are "J4" and "C2". Is this
correct?

Commit error while transferring Sales order Document to GTS

Hello,
We faced a transfer error while transferring sales order document to GTS.
When I debugged the code function /SAPSLL/API_6800_SYNCH is called. In this function, /SAPSLL/CUHD_MAINTAIN_SINGLE is called with parameter lv_no_commit = 'X'. When I checked why its value is 'X', I saw that if the RFC destination and the current system are the same, then lv_no_commit = 'X', (means if the R3 and the GTS are in the same server, same client.) In debug mode I set the value of lv_no_commit to space, and then it works. It creates the GTS document.
We are also transferring billing documents and it works fine. When I checked what is the difference between transferring sales order document and transferring Billing document, I saw that in the transferring billing document there is another function is called /SAPSLL/API_6800_CSD_SYNCH, and it's calling parameters(in background, as seperate unit) are different from calling parameters of /SAPSLL/API_6800_SYNCH. You can see the difference below.
For sales document transfer :
    CALL FUNCTION '/SAPSLL/API_6800_SYNCH'
      DESTINATION cs_transfer-rfc_dest
For billing document transfer :
    CALL FUNCTION '/SAPSLL/API_6800_CSD_SYNCH'
      IN BACKGROUND TASK

      AS SEPARATE UNIT
So my question is, do you think is it a sap standard program error, or is there any suitable settings in the customizing or SM59 to fix this error?

I don't think this is an RFC problem or an error. But you wrote:

It is impossible to have GTS and R/3 on the same system and same client. At least the client should be different. So try to check why the call is performed like that.

All,
Issue is fixed with the following steps.
- Make sure the Shipping Method has enabled the the option "Web Enabled"
- Login to EBS-Oracle and click on iStore Administrator responsibility
- Navigate to Shipping
- Add the shipping method which is activated 'Web ENabled' option to the current site.
In order to check the Shipping Methods fot the current site, check the outputs of the following SQLs.
Atleast 1 row should be identical from the following SQL output
Query 1
select ship_method_code
from WSH_CARRIER_SHIP_METHODS
where organization_id = 83
and enabled_flag = 'Y'
and web_enabled = 'Y'
