Dimensions of the screen changes burning in idvd

I am having a problem burning Quicktime files from fcp5 on idvd. the quicktime files play fine, but once they are in idvd, they "shrink" vertically at a random point in the movie. (it looks kind of like widescreen tv.) Happens with everything I do now. The same files burn fine on other computers with an earlier version of quicktime and idvd. I'm using Quicktime Pro 7.0.4 and Idvd 5.0.1. Any help?

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.0.1. For the iPad Mini the iOS is 6.0.2. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

Hello, i have a macbook pro 15 inches, for the past 1 year. But since then i have been experiencing weird problems. firstly my battery does not last very long, my laptop heats up a lot and very fast,the cursor behaves oddly and the screen changes onitsown

The screen changes on it's own, the cursor gets stuck on a word and gets me the meaning of it with a dictionary. if i am on google chrome, the screen would go back to the previous page i visited even without i do anything! it also goes on the launchpad and desktop without me touching it! with no hands on the board. i am a student and i cant figure out the problem. i would really appreciate if anyone could help me on this asap!

My search box in the upper right side of the screen changed from Google to Ebay without intentional action on my part and I have been unable to find a way to get rid of the ebay search tool and get google back.

When I first went to do a search using the search box on the right side of the toolbar I noticed it had a different icon. It was so so small I did not recognize it as Ebay until I hit search and it was then I realized my search tool had somehow been changed. The only use my wife had made of the computer since the prior evening was to view an email from the president of a local charity sending an updated roster of officers. I did look at the user profile file and saw that it showed the profile changed as of 7:46 am which was when my wife looked at the email. I tried deleting the file but firefox would not run without it so I restored the file. Our internet security program is Avast.

Itouch 4g in facetime got really hot at the top and then the screen changed to a very light blue. I restored it and checked for updates, but the screen is still messed up and the itouch gets very hot. This came on very fast.

My ipod nano has horizaontal lines through the bottom portion of the screen and the left half of the screen is black, the right half of the screen changes from red, to blue to orange, etc. Any idea how to fix that?

White stripes suddenlt appeared at the bottom of the screen on my ipod nano a few weeks ago. I figured it was just from use and that it is an older model- I could still see through them and use the device. Yesterday, only the left half of the screen was visible, the other side was black. This morning, the stripes are still there, all the way across the screen on the bottom, the left side os black and the right sise is red most of the time. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Why does the screen change to a new one when i open itunes 10.7.1 can i change this back to how it was originaly?

Sounds like you have iTunes set as a full screen app - to view normally in the iTunes windows go to the very top right of your screen - the title bar will appear with a small blue box in the corner with 2 arrows in it - click on this and iTunes should return to how it was before.

I tried to update my ipod to iOS 6.0.1 software but it froze of a while so i attempted to restart it, now it wont even turn on! The screen changes colors everytime. I held down the lock and the home botton to try to restart it but nothing works!

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
