DIR, Folders not visible in Easy DMS

Hi All,
In Easy DMS 7, both public and private folders are visible but when I create any DIR or Folder within these public/private folders nothing is visible but in ECC its visible in document structure.
how to make this visible in Easy DMS?

Pass the private or public document keys to BAPI_DOCUMENT_GETLATEST2 and check if docstructure and documentdata tables are filled correctly.

DIR through CV01n -not visible in easy DMS

Dear all,
1)I have created DIR through CV01n . But its not visible in public/private folder in the easy DMS. but when i do search the same DIR, it is visible in search folder.when i am trying to move same DIR to public folder or any folder system has given a pop-up and asks "do you want to like or copy this DIR " .
wht is that?
2) Is it possible to link the DIR directly to the folder at time of creation or uploading through browser or other method.

regarding your questions I have to inform you that the reason for this is that the create document info record is not inlcuded in the document BOM (e.g. header EDIPUBLICFOLDER). So you would have to add the new DIR to the document structure first.
If you create a new document directly in EasyDMS then it will be automatically added to the related folder structure.
In the backend I think you can use the new document browser functionality in CV01N to create new documents which are also just added to a document BOM. Therefore please press the button 'Select Document via' in transaction CV01N and choose weither 'Browser' or 'Selection Screen and Browser'. In the context menu of the browser you will find to item 'Create'.

DIR Not display in easy DMS

i ahave created new user ID I am able to create /search the document (DIR) in easy DMS but that document has not display in public folder.
why ?

If you have created the new Document over the normal Gui the document is not automatically shown in easyDMS. Are you using the same access rights for the new user as for the old user?

Gmail spam folders not visible in Mavericks mail.app

I have upgraded the operating system to Mavericks on one of the Macs I use. In mail.app, I find that the Spam folder in my gmail accounts is not visible; the same is true of a number of other gmail folders that formerly appeared as subfolders of the main [Gmail] folder. I have found no mail.app preferences that might explain this disappearance. By accessing my gmail accounts via a web browser, I have confirmed that the Spam folders are still present in each.
Thanks in advance to anyone else who reports this issue and all the more so to anyone who can suggest a fix.

You have sub-folders of the Inbox???
I did see a post on Mountain Lion forum where the person had the same setup and got it back. I know I was part of the thread, but I can't find it.
You may need to remove the account and re-add it to Mail.

Cache folders not visible

Has anyone else noticed that the cache folders are not visible under OS X 10.7? I found a forum where a user had posted a supposed 'fix' by using the Termial App, and the following command:
chflags nohidden ~/Library/
However, this did not seem to work for me.
As an aside, I bought my frist Apple IIe when I was in 7th grade, been a LOYAL Apple user ever since. However, Lion just flat out *****. No pretty way to say it. Hangs, Safari crashes, email crashes, Time Machine hang ups, etc, etc, etc.... If I had a dollar for every minute I have sat and whatched the pinwheel................

Yes. That must be the issue. When I tried your suggestion, I received the following message:
The file /Users/yourHome/Library/Caches does not exist.
I first noticed this issue when I was trying to locate the cache folder for Opera (browser). I can see it is saving files to `Library/caches/Opera/temporary files. I just can't locate the Opera cache folder.

Personal folders not visible in Thunderbirds after migration to new computer

I moved my Thunderbird profile to a new computer (and edited profiles.ini to point to the backed-up profile. Now in Thunderbird on the new machine I have the Local Folders Inbox, Sent, Trash, but the Personal Files folder with my saved and categorized mail sub-folders is not visible in the left-hand panel. It appears to be intact in the /Mail/Local Folders/Personal Folders.sbd/Archives.sbd folder, just not visible when I run Thunderbird.
What do I have to do to get these folders and their subfolders back again.

I had the same problem, and believe I found the solution. I was transferring a profile from one computer running Win XP to a new computer running Win 7.
I could see the file folders evident, as you did, using Windows Explorer to look in the profile folder, but they were not showing in the left hand pane of Thunderbird when it was running as they did in the XP machine.
I went to the "Tools" menu, selecting "Account Settings," and then clicked on "Local Folders" in the left portion of the dialog box. Then in the right portion of the dialog box under "Local directory:" I selected the "Browse" button. I then browsed down into the "...AppData\Local\Thunderbird\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default\Mail\Local Folders\Outlook Express Import.sbd" ( in my case - the very last portion of yours might be different but should probably still be a ".sbd" file, and of course, the eight x's would be the random name Thunderbird assigns to your Profile file. ) I then clicked the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box. ( I believe the program then informs you it must close and restart. ) Anyway, go ahead and close Thunderbird and restart at this point.
When it restarts, my old folder structure appeared as it did on the earlier machine, and all the files were intact.

Local folders not visible, are these same as Archive?

My online quota is full and I want to download and keep a lot of mail in a dozen different online folders. How can I download and protect/save/backup these so that they won't be erased when I delete them from the server when Thunderbird next goes online. There are no "local folders" visible on my folder list. How can I find/create them? And what's the difference between local folders and archive? Sorry if this is obvious stuff but I'm used to POP and can't seem to work this out!

View menu (AQlt+V) > folder > all will locate "local folders.
Archive is really where you tell it to be. The default in IMAP is an archive folder in the IMAP account.
Tools menu (alt+T) > Account settings > Copies folders allows you to "SET" the archive folder to a folder in whatever account you like. Local folders is an option.
Also take the time while there to review the archive options as to folder layout and make sure it is how you like. (Retaining existing folder structure is not a default selection)

After upgrade of Yosemite folders not visible in finder

Shared folders not visible after the migration from 10.1.3.2.1 to 10.1.3.4

Folders not visible in FTP

I've setup a number of Share Folders on the NSS 324 and I have FTP (TLS Explicit) setup and working, but two of the folders don't show up after all folders are listed. One of them being the Public folder.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

User does have read/write for those folders. They're still not showing up. Currently only have the one user setup (admin user) and that's what I'm logged in with.
I tried disabling read/write, saving, enabling read/write and saving again. Still the same.
Any other possibilities?

All custom application folders not visible on nwds

We are using NWDI and NWDS is used as IDE.
We have created a custom b2b application on NWDS,every step was successfull.
But now we are not able to see all the folders that should be there inside the custom application.
This application is running fine also and when we checked for its content on the j2ee server itself
all the folders were there.
Does anyone have any idea,whats going wrong and what's need to be done.Somebody told me about public/private but I am not clear on that.Is that can be a reason for this problem.How to resolve this.

I copied all the folder manually to NWDS and its working fine now.I dont now the reason why those folders were missing.

I think that the public/private not causes to missing the content in NWDS. Probably some one deployed this content or application directly using the SDM password and they never check in this component and that's why the application is working fine and the content got deployed but the latest source is not available in DTR file system. So, When you sync this application form the DTR the latest you got is whatever the previous version you had and which is missing the latest content.

Sub Folders not Visible through File Shares

Hi there,
Have recently moved a company's data share over from a 10.4 box to a Leopard Server. I have setup Home drives for all the users - all groovy.
However I have set up the company share and copied all the folders in there. This is pretty straightforward - everyone wants access to everything. Simple...you'd think. So, I have assigned the LDAP group that all users are in Full Control of this folder (the share point) and hit Propagate permissions. However, certain folders remain inaccesible to them and one in particular is very weird - users can navigate to Share Name\Folder\sub folder but then cannot see the files and folders inside. The permissions on the folders inside are Everyone Read/Write and if I logon to the server itself as one of the affected users I can see the files locally in the share and can read/write to them. Anyone got any idea what could be going on please?

If i read this correctly you are going the other way but copying files from Windows XP to a Windows 7 machine will cause networking to drop out on the Win7 machine, you have to do some registry tweaks for the networking for it to not drop out. I've run into
that several times.
If that has nothing to do with your issue the only thing i can think of is an issue with your script causing it to delete or not successfully copy the files. I've used xcopy /dicey for lots of things without an issue though. Perhaps it is something with
your exclusions or symbolic links. Maybe drop the /v off and see if that makes a difference?

Mail Folders not visible?

I have created a new mail account (POP / BTInternet) which works fine. However when I select this account, there are no folders e.g. draft / sent / trash etc. I also have a gmail account where these folders appear okay. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you are accessing your Gmail account as an IMAP account with the iPhone's mail client. All server stored mailboxes with an IMAP account are available automatically with the email client used to access the account.
As already provided, when creating a POP account with the iPhone's mail client, the account's Drafts, Sent, and Trash mailboxes will not be created until the function is used by the account. Save a draft with the account, and the account's Drafts mailbox will be created. Send a message with the account and the account's Sent mailbox will be created, and the account's Trash mailbox won't be created until you select a message to be deleted.

Public Folders not visible in outlook 2010 for some

Migrated exchange 2007 to 2013. I know Public Folders are a mailbox now.
My question is why do some users with outlook 2010 see the Public Folders under "Tasks" on the left vertical bottom of outlook with "Folder List" highlighted and other DON'T -They just don't see anything under "Tasks" on the
left vertical bottom of outlook with "Folder List" highlighted
Also (in a newly created email) if they go to the address book drop down click on Public Folders entry its empty.

Lock Down PF for Migration (Down time is required, as during this phase PF will bot be accessible for all users)
Set-OrganizationConfig -PublicFoldersLockedForMigration:$true
Set-PublicFolderMigrationRequest -Identity \PublicFolderMigration -PreventCompletion:$false
Resume-PublicFolderMigrationRequest -Identity \PublicFolderMigration
Test and Unlock the PF Migration
I will configure a test user to use the new PF using the following command:
Set-Mailbox -Identity mohsaeed -DefaultPublicFolderMailbox mailbox1
Open the test user mailbox and run some tests: Create new post, view old posts, check permissions
If all tests passed successful proceed to next step.
