Direct download for the toolkit

Hello All,
It seems the NI servers really dont like me, or something is trashed with my computer, half the time I cannot log onto the NI forums properly.
Now, all I am trying to do is download the Mindstorms toolkit for LV8.5, and my webpage is stuck at the address https://lumen.ni.com/nicif/us/evallegotoolkit/content.xhtml waiting waiting waiting for lumen.ni.com.
Does anyone have a link to the NI ftp server where these files are kept?
