Direct Transfer in CUCILync

Hi.  Is there a method to set the transfer function default to direct transfer in CUCILync?  The stock default is a consult transfer.
Thanks,
Jason

  • Direct transfer from camera to zen touch? -usb host- possib

I have Zen touch 40gb,is there usb host function or similiar way to transfer photos from my digital camera(Canon eos-400d) without using computer? i mean direct transfer from camera to my zen touch?thanks in advancebrgds

No, I am afraid it isn't possible. At least, I found this on the "Notmad Explorer" website:
Q:Can I transfer files directly from a digital camera to my player?
A:This is an interesting idea, but unfortunately, the players do not have the hardware or firmware necessary to directly communicate with other USB devices such as cameras. There's nothing we can do about this in software.
    Hope that helps!

  • Direct transfer of article from HU to HU

    Dear all,
Is there a possibility to transfer an article directly from one handling unit to an other?
The articles arrives in some boxes (our first handling unit). After the GR some of theses articles are transfered to containers (our second handling unit). We would like to do this repacking in one single step.
    How can we do that?
    Thanks in advance.
    Best regards,
    Thomas

I found some information in help.sap.com:
"Repacking involves making transfer postings for material quantities from handling units into other handling units, where the total quantities per material that are unpacked and packed are identical. You can do this by using the Create and Process Handling Units function (transaction HU02)".
Unfortunately I can't find this option in the transaction HU02.
Do you know where to find the function for Repack?
    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Thomas

  • What is the easiest way to direct transfer my files between iMacs?

Just picked up my new iMac (obviously thunderbolt ready). Have my late 2011(i think? haha) iMac with all my music/photos/movies etc. What is the best way to directly connect the two iMacs to transfer large amounts of files at once. My new iMac has both thunderbolt and usb, old iMac only has USB. My external HDD is failing when I try to transfer too many files at once, so I'd prefer just connecting the two machines to expedite the process and avoid any missing/failed files.
    Thanks for any help!

I have already set up the new iMac. Looking into the migration assistant for POST set up,
Migration Assistant is still your best option to transfer your data, but since you already created a user MA will create another. If you want its name to be identical to the one you used to set up your iMac, create yet another user with a throwaway name. Then, log in to that temporary account, and erase the one you created when you set up your iMac. Run Migration Assistant and this time choose what you want to transfer. After the transfer is complete just delete the temporary account.
Alternatively, you can transfer the files over your network, or connect them directly to each other with a FireWire cable. You will need a Thunderbolt to FireWire adapter for the new iMac.
To do that boot the old iMac in Target Disk Mode - hold the T key while starting it. Its HD will appear on the new one's Desktop. Drag or import what you need. Importing is recommended for music and photos using the Add to Library and Import to Library menu selections in iTunes and iPhoto respectively, since it will ensure the newly created libraries retain their organizational structure.

  • HOW TO RESTORE THE DIRECT TRANSFER OF SONGS TO MY MUSIC FOLDER

Desktop with Windows XP, Professional Version and Service Pack 3. Since March 2, 2015, the browser is Firefox with Google.
Prior to that I used Firefox Portable Edition. Our public library offers a music download service from a company named Freegal.
The process is to click on download on an individual song which produces a popup which I click on Save. This produces a second popup which allows me to transfer the song to a selected folder in MY Music. This routine worked quite well with Firefox Portable Edition. However, after I recently installed Firefox, the second popup which would be used to transfer the song to My Music does not appear and this is the end of the routine with Freegal. Firefox sends the downloaded song to two locations in my computer which are D: My Documents\Downloads and to C: Documents and Settings\Administration\Recent. I have two hard drives in use on this computer because of its limited memory. I then copy and paste the song from D: Documents \ Downloads to the selected folder in My Music.
The library has no recent reported problems with Freegal. I am assuming that the recent download of Firefox is its latest edition and I must say that it is a very fast browser. It is more convenient to transfer the song to My Music as was intended by Freegal than the route that I have to use as described above.
I would appreciate any comments on why this is happening given that Firefox Portable Edition did not have this problem.
Any suggestions on how to restore this function in Freegal would also be appreciated.
Thank you for considering this post.

You should have an option to select where downloads go.
    * See [[Startup, home page and download settings#w_downloads]]_downloads
    * Use: Firefox button {Three bar icon) -> Preferences -> |General| Downloads () choose a location, or always ask
Sorry I have no knowledge about Freegal.
(There is another workaround possible, using another, 2nd, additional profile for music downloads)

  • How do I best transfer over 3,000 photos and 125 short videos from my iPad Mini 2 (iOS 8) in "Photos" to my IMac without uploading them to iCloud or any wireless net service (I wish to directly transfer the files via a USB cable, not AirDrop)?

I'm confused as to the procedure of transferring a large amount of photos and videos from my iPad Mini (iOS 8) to my iMac (latest Yosemite OS) without using wifi or Bluetooth or uploading to iCloud - I wish to transfer the files using a simple USB connection alone - I expect I have to use iTunes unless you know of another procedure - if I must use iTunes - can you explain the file transfer procedure? Thanks!

  • Direct Transfer of VAT Input/Output Amounts

    Hi,
The users use the T Code S_ALR_87012357 for transferring the VAT Input and Output Amounts that have been posted from the Purchase and Sale transactions, automatically. However, of the late it was observed that when the transfer is made for the particular month, say June, the system gives the message "No list generated", even though the postings have taken place from Purchase and Sale transactions, while in case of subsequent months, say August, the list and the proposed entry for aforesaid transfers gets generated during the Test Run.
Could anyone advise what could be the reason for the same and what needs to be checked?
    Thanks !
    Rgds

The Object Stream keeps track of references to objects and only sends an object once.
This is to allow you to send objects which contain circular references.
The may around this is to call reset() on the ObjectOutputStream. This causes it to forget all refrences (And the ObjectInputStream)
You have to do this anyway otherwise the ObejctOutputStream will remember more and more objects until you run out of memory!

  • Call Handler - Direct Transfer.

Running Unity 4.04, I'm trying to setup a call handler to be able to transfer a call to another extension without that extension having voicemail assign to it, like a Hunt Group. I've checked the yes, ring a subscriber at this extension, but Eample Admin kicks in and the call never transfers. I've changed Profile; Active Schedule to all day too. Thanks for Any Help.
    Jim

I suspect you're fiddling with the wrong greeting - this absolutely does work and is a very common techique.
As a test, set the ALTERNATE greeting for the handler you're using to sling shot the call as active, set it's source to blank and set it's after greeting action to attempt transfer for the call handler you want to ring the phone. On THAT call handler, set the ALTERNATE transfer rule to active and have it set the phone to ring.
Using the alternate greeting and the alternate transfer rule like this take the most common issue here out of the equation since they over ride all other rules without question.
This absolutely works and has always worked so if you continue to get the greeting after doing this you're liking having the call routed somewhere unexepected and you'll need to open up the call viewer and the port status montior app from the tools depot and see how the call is being processed.

  • Is it possible to do a direct transfer of photos from iphone 4s to ax external hard drive?

I would like to be able to free up space on an iphone 4s. Too many photos on there to be stored on icloud.  I was thinking of buying and external hard drive to store the photos onto.  Is it possible to do it directly without using a computer?  If so is one hard drive better than any other? Any replies in simple english, as I am not a tech savvy, would be very apprecitated.

In general, most external hard drives out there do not support what you need to do what you want.  I have read about a very few which support connecting to them via wifi, but I do not know if they will work for what you want.  The iPhone (or iPad for that matter) does not support transferring pictures other than via sync or via iCloud.  You may be able to get it to work using something ele, but it will be kludgy and might not work after the next iOS update.  THis is probably not what you are looking for in the long term.

  • How do you transfer an e-mail directly to a website?

I want to take an e-mail I received, and post it on a social media website (Facebook). I tried using using the "from" link at the top of the e-mail itself, but it doesn't work.

I can't think of a way to make that direct transfer. Assuming you want to show the sender, date/time, and subject line, try using Forward to insert that information into a new message, then, without sending the message, copy and paste from the new message body. Is that close enough?

  • Digital Camera direct photo transfer to iPod?

I plan to take a trip where I will take lots of pictures. But I want to leave my PBG4-12" home this time; yet back-up my Kodak DX6440 Photos (on several SD Cards) while I am traveling-- to re-use the cards; but also for safety!!
I hear that there is some type of adapter to an iPod that will allow direct transfer of photos (perhaps not the .mov videos?!)-- If I purchase a new iPod with color screen and video etc.-- can I get an adapter and directly download photos? Where can I get more info on this?
THANKS! Mac since 1989-- maybe join my daughter with an iPod now in 2005? Steve

    Stephen,
I had posted a similar question here regarding downloading video from my digital camera. No replies, so I went to the Apple store today with my Sony DSC-H1 with a short video and a few photos on it. Had it hooked up through the "camera connector" accessory to the new iPod and everything was successfully downloaded to the iPod. The photos can be viewed on the iPod but the video is not in a format recognized by the iPod, so you can't review the video but the stored video can then be loaded onto your Mac for editing, etc.
A 1 gig Memory Stick for my camera costs $125.00 CDN, so for the price of 4 I can get 60 gigs of storage. SOLD!

  • Transfer hdv directly to a dvd from camera

I read that Imovie won't allow the one step transfer with HDV. Is there a way I can do it in FCE without having to download all the footage in to the computer?
    Thanks for any help!

    No way.
You have to capture the footage to FCE before you can move it on to iDVD etc.
The only way you can do a direct transfer is if you have a domestic DVD recorder but you will have to make a standard definition DVD.

  • Thinking of buying an ipad.  is it possible to transfer photos directly from a camera to the ipad

Thinking of buying an Ipad2 to take on photo shoots so clients can look at photos at the time they are taken.  I know the Ipad will not accept my memory card, but is there another way of transferring photos directly from my camera to the Ipad?

There is the camera connection kit which supports SD cards (the kit has an SD card reader) and direct transfer from the camera - some other card readers also work with it, but most require more power than is supplied to the kit. Moer info on the kit : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4101
You can then copy the photos from the iPad to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083
