Directly issueance on 105 posting

Hi
when in pr we select  Account Assignment Category :  K cost Center and . give cost center # & Internal order # GL # , Profit Center .
While Goods Receipt \ IR ,    material is directly issued on cost center.
we want to keep material issuance through a seperate entry. and the same time , with the above mentioned entry in PR.
thanks\thomas

hi,
Yes..
Because while you do postings to Gr blocked stock then following things you'll notice:
1. stock : Neither total valuated stock nor any of the stock types are updated. GR blocked stock is increased in the purchase order history..
2. Account postings(G/L) : No postings...
3. In Po : Open Po qty is not reduced..

  • Incoming direct debit file not posted automatically

    hi friends,
i have a problem with the Direct debit file there were some statements not posted automatically. the statements used to post automatically before but suddenly i see they are not being posted. i have checked the posting rules they use "Incoming payments with subledger clearing" i have no clues why these statements failed to post automatically.
any suggestions will be really appreciated.
    thanks in advance
    charlie

    Hello
I do not know which country you operate from, but it seems to be that you are triying to use a "payment medium workbench" DME generator that is not created (Format tree is not created)
I think that you have assigned a PMW DME generator in Payment Method that is not created in the PMW Library.
    Possible solutions:
    - use "traditional" program as RFFOXX_D
    - create the PMW in the Payment Medium Workbench

  • Direct Posting of Sales in FI and month end closing

    Dear Experts
    I learnt that :
Sales Direct Entries may be posted in FI without posting in SD/MM.
Sales entries must always be posted only through SD process. If this is NOT done (for example freight rate received from third party freight forwarders), then only FI people should know how to reconcile and NOT sd people. Hence I recommend posting your query in FI forum after closing this thread.
    Regards,
My question is , during month-end closing how should FI or accounting address the above direct posting issues?
Apparently, such practice is not right.
There is no trace of the sales in SD MM. There is no corresponding billing doc in SD MM but found in FI .
How should this situation be handled as best practice?
I am BI person but found this issue with FI data not reconciled with SD MM.
I am not sure how the month-end closing was done when there is such data. Yes, the problem was found AFTER month was closed and I loaded the data to BI.
    best regards
    Pascal

    Dear Sirs
What is the fastest easiest way to find out which FI direct entries were posted without corresponding Sales / Billing documents created ?
Is there any standard report or reports available in oss?
Currently, our other interfacing systems are having problem with data due to direct entries where there is no corresponding Sales / Billing docs posted. This is causing a lot of time investigating what entries caused the reconciliation problem.
Your help would make my life easier.
    Thanks!

  • How do I post

Is it me? am I the stupid one?.
I've got a problen with call quality, of course with Skype the problem is always with the user, so I thought I'd ask the community. But how do you make a post to the community to ask others, is it me? am I stupid?, I joined the community, it lists all the topics, posts etc., but no where does it say 'Make a new post', the community seems to operate on the same system as Skype help, in that you are run around in circl;es until you get fed up and give the whole thing up.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Hi, Wilsonfallows, and welcome to the Community,
Actually, you just did post a message - so you would follow the exact same procedure again with the exception of clicking on the correct message board which most closely matches your enquiry.  For example:
Problem with connecting to Skype, or a webcam issue, and you use the Windows operating system?  Post your enquiry on the Skype for Computer: Windows message board.
    http://community.skype.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/Windows
-> The link, above,  takes you directly to a New Post page.
Question about how to use something on your iPad?  Post your enquiry on the Skype for Mobile: iOS message board.
Wondering about subscriptions?  Ask on the Skype Account: Rates & Subscriptions message board.
Your question related to call quality would best be added to the "platform" message board where you are experiencing the problem, be it on a computer (Windows, Mac, etc.) or on a mobile device (Android, Kindle, iPad/iPhone, etc.).  The "new message" (or "reply" if you are reading a post to which you wish to add a post) blue button appears at the top left corner of the message window.
Hope this helps!   Feel free to post back if I was not clear, or need more info.
    Best regards,
    Elaine

  • Substitution in posting the document

    Hi All,
I am using direct input method to post the Fi documents.
Documents are stored in BSEG table at end after posting happens.
Mean while while posting happens some substitution takes place.
eg., If profit center is 111 according to susbstitution rules, it will be replaced with 222.
Now I wanted to generate a report, where to display only substituted data should be displayed to the user.
Pls can any one help on this, how to find out substituted and how can i retrive it and display.

I'm not sure if within substitution config there is a mechanism for storing original and substituted values... If there is not, then within the relevant substitution exit you may want to write the original and substituted value to a Z* table you maintain. This could also reference the particular document being posted. Then you could write the report against the Z* table.

  • Direct Delta, queued , Non-serialized V3 Update

could someone out here help me in understanding the Direct Delta, queued , Non-serialized V3 Update...
i mean a detailed level explanation.... or just in case u have any document then kindly pass it on.... to [email protected]

    Hi,
    Update Methods,
    a.1: (Serialized) V3 Update
    b. Direct Delta
    c. Queued Delta
    d. Un-serialized V3 Update
Direct Delta: With this update mode, the extraction data is transferred with each document posting directly into the BW delta queue. In doing so, each document posting with delta extraction is posted for exactly one LUW in the respective BW delta queues.
Queued Delta: With this update mode, the extraction data is collected for the affected application instead of being collected in an extraction queue, and can be transferred as usual with the V3 update by means of an updating collective run into the BW delta queue. In doing so, up to 10000 delta extractions of documents for an LUW are compressed for each DataSource into the BW delta queue, depending on the application.
Non-serialized V3 Update:With this update mode, the extraction data for the application considered is written as before into the update tables with the help of a V3 update module. They are kept there as long as the data is selected through an updating collective run and are processed. However, in contrast to the current default settings (serialized V3 update), the data in the updating collective run are thereby read without regard to sequence from the update tables and are transferred to the BW delta queue.
Note: Before PI Release 2002.1 the only update method available was V3 Update. As of PI 2002.1 three new update methods are available because the V3 update could lead to inconsistencies under certain circumstances. As of PI 2003.1 the old V3 update will not be supported anymore.
    (serialized) V3
    • Transaction data is collected in the R/3 update tables
    • Data in the update tables is transferred through a periodic update process to BW Delta queue
    • Delta loads from BW retrieve the data from this BW Delta queue
    Transaction postings lead to:
    1. Records in transaction tables and in update tables
    2. A periodically scheduled job transfers these postings into the BW delta queue
    3. This BW Delta queue is read when a delta load is executed.
    Issues:
    • Even though it says serialized , Correct sequence of extraction data cannot be guaranteed
    • V2 Update errors can lead to V3 updates never to be processed
    direct delta
    • Each document posting is directly transferred into the BW delta queue
    • Each document posting with delta extraction leads to exactly one LUW in the respective BW delta queues
    Transaction postings lead to:
    1. Records in transaction tables and in update tables
    2. A periodically scheduled job transfers these postings into the BW delta queue
    3. This BW Delta queue is read when a delta load is executed.
    Pros:
    • Extraction is independent of V2 update
    • Less monitoring overhead of update data or extraction queue
    Cons:
    • Not suitable for environments with high number of document changes
    • Setup and delta initialization have to be executed successfully before document postings are resumed
    • V1 is more heavily burdened
    queued delta
    • Extraction data is collected for the affected application in an extraction queue
    • Collective run as usual for transferring data into the BW delta queue
    Transaction postings lead to:
    1. Records in transaction tables and in extraction queue
    2. A periodically scheduled job transfers these postings into the BW delta queue
    3. This BW Delta queue is read when a delta load is executed.
    Pros:
    • Extraction is independent of V2 update
    • Suitable for environments with high number of document changes
    • Writing to extraction queue is within V1-update: this ensures correct serialization
    • Downtime is reduced to running the setup
    Cons:
    • V1 is more heavily burdened compared to V3
    • Administrative overhead of extraction queue
    Un-serialized V3
    • Extraction data for written as before into the update tables with a V3 update module
    • V3 collective run transfers the data to BW Delta queue
    • In contrast to serialized V3, the data in the updating collective run is without regard to sequence from the update tables
    Transaction postings lead to:
    1. Records in transaction tables and in update tables
    2. A periodically scheduled job transfers these postings into the BW delta queue
3.This BW Delta queue is read when a delta load is executed.
    Issues:
    • Only suitable for data target design for which correct sequence of changes is not important e.g. Material Movements
    • V2 update has to be successful
    Hope this helps

  • Is there any link for direct download of iOS 6.1.3?

iOS 6.1.3 is a large file. It takes approximately 12 hours due to I am using 256kbps line. I couldn't download it due to some iTunes error, Power cutoff etc. If there is any torrent file or direct download link, please post it.

    Mkabir wrote:
Thanks for reply. In that regards size doesn't matter. Download can began afterwards. Please give me the link if possible.
I don't have one. Nor does your response make any sense. Of course the size of the file matters. Same pipeline, same file size regardless of the source. Your best bet is to find network (internet) connection faster than the 256 you are currently using and to upgrade over the air (directly on the phone).

  • Post Credit to Customer against incorrect Bill

    Hi Experts,
I am facing a complicated situation.
A utility customer has been billed for a particular period incorrectly.
The billing docs for the installation have been generated and processed completely.
After some time it is found that the customer was billed incorrectly and it needs to be credited.
Under normal scenario, we take the bill and post a credit by reversing it using EA16 (Manual Billing), and it works fine.
However, in our case, the Billing doc is archived and hence cannot be used in EA16.
How can we credit the customer in such a case?
    Thanks,
    Ravi

    Hi,
Try to use EA16 without reference to the original billing document.
So you would access the appropriate Rate category and quantity/price to be billed.
If your requirements are more complex than that, post a direct FICA document using "Post document" transaction FPE1, and specify the consumption Quantity in the GL item entry screen (if you wish to enter the delta consumption).
    I hope this helps.

  • Getting data into a JSF application by posting it via http

(My apologies if there is a thread for this topic - I am not sure what to search for to find if one already exists)
I have 2 applications - the first is a JSF application into which the user logs in, and accesses various tools. The second is a swing app into which the user logs in and accesses various other tools. The logins are universal - one user, one login, two applications. I am providing a link in the swing app to launch the jsf app. I would like the swing app to pass the user identification when launching the JSF session/browser so the user isn't required to type the info again.
(I am guessing I can use a JSP call to bridge the two - something that pulls off the id, and plugs it into the session bean? Just not sure how to do that or if there is a better way)
Many thanks in advance for any assistance!!!

    Hi,
    thank you for your answers:-)
    In conclusion the result is:
    1) There is no "direct" way to read POST-Parameter in WebDynPro ABAP
=> You have to write a wrapper in BSP or an ICF -  HTTP_REQUEST_HANDLER
      (A  ABAP-Class that implements the Interface "IF_HTTP_EXTENSION"
that reads the POST-Parameter-Value and transfers the value into a reachable localtion for WebDynPro-Abap.
    2) For parsing the XML-Data I can use for example STRANS tcode or  Simple Transformations
    3) For transfering the Data between the BSP / the Request-Handler and WebDynPro for ABAP, I can use for example SharedMemory, Shared Objects.

  • Need help on where to post

Can someone point me in the right direction of where to post a problem I have been having. With two different monitors, an apple VGS and a Viewsonic flatscreen, my displays have a fragmented image after going into sreensaver mode. I have searched under keywords "display - monitor, fragmented - image" and can't find anything remotely near my problem. Any suggestions on where to post this or look? Affected - B&W G3/10.3.9 + 9.2.2
    sarahj

if it happens with two different monitors, and only occurs when the screensaver kicks in, and does NOT happen if you boot in os9 as opposed to running under osx classic, then i'd assume it's a software issue and post in the pre-10.4 osx forum...
    http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=745
if it happens no matter which os you boot from then i'd assume a hardware issue and post in the appropriate forum for your g3 system...

I just asked a question and got a good answer, resulting in me asking another question. However someone other than me, I have no idea who, marked the original answer.
This seems baffling to me, surely its the person who posts the question who should decide when they have an answer that they understand and can use?
Plus even if the answer was perfect the idea that someone can take over control like that is surprising and is something I've only ever seen happen in Microsoft forums.
