Disable access to Androïd applications: possible ?

Hi!
Is there, or will be there the opportunity to disable the access to the Androïd applications (the nowadays restrictions about BB World, in Security parameters, are only about the age) ?
In fact, I downloaded the Kindle application - by Amazon - in which I am faithfull (Kindle is well known). But I saw after that, that there was a Andrïd folder on my Blackberry (in which there was Kindle).
I mean - I saw for a while on the mobile phone of a friend that Androïd semmed to be a good product but - when Blackberry is the most secure mobile phone, Androïd is the worst about security. We periodically see corrupted applications on Androïd App Store.
This is why I would like to deny the access to the Androïd applications on my Blackberry.
For a question of optimization, too. I would like only applications built for BlackBerry 10.
Is there a way to do this ?

Disable Java Security Warning: Allow access to the following application from this web site?

Dear all,
When I open web intelligence with BI launchpad, this warning has been shown:
"The web site is requesting access and control of the Java application shown above. Allow access only if you trust the web site and know that the application is intended to run on this site.
Allow access to the following application from this web site?"
and it has just three button of "Yes", "No" and "Help".
I go to Java Control Panel and Security tab, then set security level on the "Medium" and add my site in the Exception Site List but this warning is shown each time I open web intelligence.
I have searched the internet very much but I haven't found any solutions for disabling of it. How can I disable this security warning?

Is it possible to disable access to Creative Cloud Files when using Creative Cloud software for Teams/Volume Licensing customers? How can I disable the Keychain for an application?

How can I disable the Keychain for an application? A window pops up every time I open a page in Safari asking me for a password. I'm using a student laptop, so while I'm an administrator I lack access to a few things, such as the Keychain Access application. Is there any way to deal with this?

It's possible you may be able to trick it by creating an Applications folder in your Home directory and moving Safari to it.
I can't test this but it might work. The problem is that you would miss Safari updates, so you'd have to keep an eye out for them. Another solution may be to download another Safari and install in yourname/Applications.

Remote access to a single application on a mac os 10.4 server (vmware)

Hello all,
I need to give multiple users (all on mac's) access to a shared windows accounting application.
We have absolutely no windows servers in the organisation and i was wondering if it would be possible to load the accounting app as a vmware fusion (or parallels) session on one of our Xserve's and only give remote users (using remote desktop or vnc) access to that single application ..
I'm basically trying to "emulate some of the functionality of Citrix/Windows Remote Desktop on a MAC OS 10.4 server ?
Have anyone ever done anything similar ? Or have any hints in relation to solving this issue ?

To give you a direction to go in, you might want to look at the possibility of having one dedicated PC that runs the application, and use Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection to connect to it from the Macs. I think all you need is XP Pro to receive RDC connections. You might be able to use an emulator to set that up, but I don't know well how emulators handle RDC if at all. The problem is that you can only have one user connected to it at a time, but emulating it wouldn't do anything to help that.

Can someone help me in figuring out how to disable access to internet completely in the jnlp file.
To be specific with the scenario if the client does not have the JRE installed, i would like to have it downloaded from the server where application runs instead of going to java.sun.com website which needs internet access.
How can we configure it in such a way that it does not go to internet at all.

Hi,
it is possible to show Java Web Dynpro applications on a mobile device in general, but the controls and the ui should be optimized for the mobile device.
Safari devices are not officially supported so far for Mobile Web Dynpro.
Supported are Windows Mobile devices and Blackberry devices. I also got some good results with Symbian devices.

Access Connections Not Starting Applications!

When switching to different wifi networks access connections start my applications without issue. However if I were to leave my home network and then reconnect later in the evening no applications start automatically.
It seems silly to have applications start only when switching to a different location when the intended use by consumers is to automatically run applicaitons according to the network they are connected to.
How do I ensure that my applications start automatically when connecting to the same network after a hard days work?

Which version of Windows are you running? IIRC, it was necessary un-check "let windows manage" with XP. I don't believe that's an issue with Win 7.

Looking for an AIR Native Extension for iOS that will allow / disable access to certain apps

The administrator has temporarily disabled access

Some of the bundles under my client's ZENWorks Window when they try to run them manually give an error:
the administrator has temporarily disabled access to this application
I checked the bundle in ZCM and it's enabled, no restrictions etc... but for whatever reason they won't run. They used to run fine. We are 10.3.3 on ZCM running on Windows.

Is there any supported way of disabling 'Access Information OnDemand Services' option on InfoView
toolbar and home page in BOXI R2 SP3?

Also, to the best of my knowledge this is supported. That said, this does not mean that the modifications will stick through updates/patches. Could someone from BO confirm?

Yes, the SAML apps. The WS-FED apps don't show up. You can filter out the total IDP initiated page within the lb if you are not using it anyway. That won't break other things since it only functions as a not very well designed landing/start page.
Would be much nicer if they had a landing page such as all those Cloud SSO providers (centrify, ping, okta etc.) to which you actually have to authenticate before all RP's are shown.

If the data is on a remote server (for example, PHP running on a web server, talking to a MySQL server) then you do this in an AIR application the same way you would do it with any Flex application (or ajax application, if you're building your AIR app in HTML/JS).
That's a broad answer, but in fact there are lots of ways to communicate between Flex and PHP. The most common and best in most cases is to use AMFPHP (http://amfphp.org/) or the new ZEND AMF support in the Zend Framework.
