Disable acivity input when confirming CO11n

Dear SAPper,
How can we disable the input box when doing CO11N.
for example:
we have 4 activities : setup, processs, labor, and overhead
when user confirming order he/she should only input setup process labor, the overhead value
should not be changed ( all activities value default from routing but only overhead can;t be changed)

I mean the value of the activity, still same with my first issue.
You told me that i can use OPK0 (thanx very much).
But if i have several order with dffrent activity number.
For example
order 1 : machine overhead
order 2 : setup process labor overhead
According to order 1 i will set in OPK0 the second paramter is hidden.
This condition is valid for order 1
but if the user try to confrim order 2 then the second actitivy(process) it will be hidden too.
Do you have any idea abiut this.

Disable finger input when using stylus

Hi,
It would be really very useful for those of us with Galaxy Notes to have an option to disable finger input when using the device's stylus. It could be that finger input should still be usable for pinch/zoom etc., but not for drawing or erasing.
An on-screen toggle button for this would be ideal, as in the Galaxy S-Note app, but even an option in the app preferences would be excellent.
This would make a great mobile app even better.

I think this is a good idea, with the proviso (as you mentioned), that you could still use the two finger pan/zoom (and three finger 100% zoom toggle).
Why don't you stick this in the ideas section? Then people can vote on it.

Disable input when window inactive?

What is the best approach to disable all keyboard/mouse input when the stage window is not active. I would still like the animation to be completely active however if a person is using another application and the director movie is running the background, I don't want inputs to be passed.

In my experience no code is needed.
When I have a projector running in the background the default is
keyboard and mouse events are not executed.

Feature to disable touch screen when pen is detected is no longer available in windows 7

In N-trig drivers with windows vista there was an option where one could select the option to disable the touch input when pen in near the screen. That feature is no longer available when I installed new n-trig drivers in win7.
I use my tablet a lot to take notes. But with dual mode on it detects input where I rest my palm on the screen to write. Every time I have to go and disable touch input completely before I start writing and enable after I finish.
I there any way to enable auto mode with Windows 7 n-trig drivers?

I talked about this with HP tech support and they don't know anything about it. I don't even know whether they are qualified enough to provide support. They were just blaming the problems on Microsoft and N-Trig. I knew the problem is with the drivers and I wanted them to let N-Trig know that people like us are waiting to the Auto feature. But instead of considering my complaint they hung up on me not once but twice.

I'm new to Macs and just got myself a new MBP Corei7. It's running Windows 7 great, however I find the track pad just too sensitive when I type on the keyboard, I keep inadvertently touching the track pad with my palm or thumb as I type causing the cursor to jump.
Under the Bootcamp help, there's an entry:
"Change the following under “Palm Rejection”:
Ignore accidental input when typing: Select to make the computer ignore the trackpad while you type."
But my Trackpad tab in the Bootcamp settings within Windows 7 doesn't have this option/check box. I made sure that I did have the latest BootCamp 3.1 drivers. But I can't find it anywhere. It says on a support thread here on the Mac side that that option has been removed on the Mac side of the Track Pad settings and enable by default (on late 2009 MBP)- can anyone confirm that for the PC side of things, because I've already done 4 typos on this message due to accidentally touching the pad while typing!

Upon further examination, I don't believe it's accidental trackpad touching that is the culprit here. I am typing in such a way that I am very VERY mindful of not touching the trackpad and occasionally I still get the "cursor jump" to another portion of the screen (even though I am aware that I have no part of my hand in contact with the trackpad. I fact I believe that "ignore accidental input when typing" is enabled by default across both PC and Mac trackpad drivers, I can rest my palms and upper thumbs on the track pad and it still has no effect on my typing. I think this cursor jumping might be something else. If I un-check all the trackpad options in the BootCamp track pad tab (ie; tapping...) then the problem goes away - which leads me to believe maybe the tapping is sensing some part of my hand (even though its not touch) that the poximity of some part of my hand is triggering a click to some portion of my screen.

Operation Sequence & Confirmation Type checked at PO Confirmation-CO11N

My client wants that, at the time of Production order Confirmation - CO11N, SAP should check Operation Sequence and its Type of Confirmation (Partial or Final)
For Operation Sequence I have done necessary Configuration (SPRO) settings in Confirmation parameters. But how to check for Confirmation TYPE??
For Example, I have production order with 5 operations, now if I confirm First (1st) operation with PARTIAL CONFIRMATION, then when I confirm Second (2nd) operation with Final Confirmation, it should check that previous operation is Partially Confirmed and thus allow me to confirm Second operation only Partially. Currently I am able to do Final Confirmation for Second operation in above scenario.
How can the above thing be restricted please let me know?

During configuration the confirmation parameters are set as per the follow IMG path
Production> > shopfloor control >> operation >> confirmation >> Define confirmation. Here we have 3 views in the first view of generally valid setting we will
give check 1) error when operation sequence is not adheredto
                2) & 3) Error If over delivery & Underdelivery tolerence is not maintained as per Workscheduling view of Material master record
                4) Error if the quality inspection value not exist
In the 2nd view ONLY we have General individual screen in that we have
                1) confirm type : choices are Partial / Full confirmation
                2) Goods movement : If the indicator is set the system will give log screen message and ask you to say Y or N to correct the errors in goods movement
             An other indicator for Quantity / activity as control indicator
             I think this will help

Disable OVS input

Hello all,
Is there a way to disable the OVS input in order to force the user to select his option from the available options in the OVS?
I need to do this in order to skip the validations in my form.

I am not sure if we are on the same page, what I need to do is disable the input in order to force the user to use the value help, I mean I dont want to allowed them to write in the input, instead I want the to use the possible values in the pop up.
I need to do this because I use the OVS as input inside a Form, and I want to skip the validations of that field, and I think that the only way that I could do this is disable the OVS and only enable it when the user hits th F4 or the button. It would be appreciated If anyone else could give me an idea.

JFrame modal (disable all input)

I was just wondering has anyone found out a clever way of disabling all input into a JFrame while the program is busy doing something else, I have tried many approaches including setting the GlassPane to consume events, creating a JDialog and setting it to modal etc. The main problem is that the events seem to be placed in a queue and then processed when my program is free. Any help would be much appreciated..

Copy control for dates and disable the input

Hi All,
I have the following problem: I'm trying to copy dates in a follow-up order from the source order (which works fine by implementing the CRM_COPY_BADY method DATES) and disable the input of the copied dates in the follow-up order (which doesn't work).
In the change-parameter CT_INPUT_FIELDS you can specify the fields which have to be copied and furthermore you can control the modifiability of the field in the follow-up order via the parameter CHANGEABLE (e.g. 'A' means field can not be changed). This technique is the same in all methods of the copy BADI.
Unfortunately it doesn't work for the dates. As I said already, the date is copied but can be changed by the user in the follow-up order.
Anybody an idea?

Actually, I have tried with copy requirement 2.However, it works for copying a different customer with the same sales area as original. Yes, I may need to ask developer to solve my solution. But I would like to keep it to be the last choice. I tried to search "How to copy document between inter-company businees"; but the I still not get what my custome's want. First create a attribute with the name readonly of type wdy_boolean and bind it read_only property of input field of which is you want to enable or disable.
Next go to Init method.
Set the readonly value as 'X'.

How do I disable "reopen windows when logging back in"

Everytime I shutdown the mac asks me "reopen windows when logging back in". In fact the default is to do reopen all open programs when I restart. he annoying thing with apple is that when you close a window like Safari and iPhoto the program itself is not closed unless you spend extra time to go and QUIT each program. So naturally at least Mail and Safari are up when I'm ready to shutdown. On a other days MS Word, Excel and iPhoto are open as well. This is annoying to have to remember to QUIT everything when I'm sleepy before shutting down. Mac is supposed to be convenient not tedious. Please stop asking me if I want to reopen on logging back in. And worse yest stop assuming that this is the default action. Someone please help!

You can uncheck the option box on the shut down screen. Or you can use a terminal command to disable it completely. Or you can get in the habit of using Command+Q (No Caps on the Q, Command+q) to shut down programs that you no longer need running. And if you get in that habit of using Command+q you don't need to close the window or windows that are open for that program. Command+q will close the program and the active window/s.

Left audio track disabled in premiere when importing to Audition... Any way to enable?

I'd ask in the Audition forum but I cnanot post there for some reason.
Anyway, I sent a range of clips from my work area to Audition. Made some edits on some clips and realized that I left a track disabled in premiere when I sent them to Audition. is there any way to enable this track now in Audition or am I going to have to scrap whatever I did so far and start a new import with that track enabled?

ID CS5 Disable background printing when exporting pdf

Is there a way to disable background printing when exporting to pdf in InDesign CS5?
I really prefer the way pdf-export has been done in the foreground as it has been since InDesign 1.0.
An option where you could choose between forground and background printing would be nice since I'm pretty sure there are people out there who want background printing. Why else would Adobe all of a sudden make this, in my opinion, stupid change?

For the record, exporting PDF has nothing to do with printing from ID. In theory it was made a background task to improve your efficiency and productivity (at the request of users, by the way), since a foregorund export stops you from doing anything else while you wait, but the background export allows you to work on things at the same time.
Most of the time this actually works well. There was a bug that showed up under certain circumstances (squashed in the last patch), and some reports of export failure with other files as well that are not related to the bug. Though I was one of the first to report a hang during export, I've not seen one in at least six months, maybe longer, and none of the files that originally failed do so now. If the reason you want the foreground export is to see a progress bar, which I miss, you can open Window > Utilities > Background Tasks to see it.

we have the old problem with "Disabling Secondary Popup When Accessing Office 2003 Documents Through KM" which was topic of a weblog by John Mittendof already.
For us it was solved when using Windows-integrated authentication without changing the registry as described.
This works with Office2003 SP1. With SP2 the popup appears again.
Does anyone have the same problem???
The disadvantage with the registry solution is, that the files will be stored in the temporary internetfiles which leads to a message when opening a second time (in the sense of: document already open by "myself" - open writeprotected?).
