Disable/Cancel Hosted email forwarding

Hi,
I recently got a Z10 a few weeks ago and successfuly configured forwarding from my globe.ap.blackberry.net hosted email into my gmail account. unfortunately i lost the device and had to go back and re-use my old Bold 9780.
How do i cancel/disable this hosted forwarding? right now, BIS is activated and I am able to send emails using my hosted account from my blackberry. However, I am not receiving emails on my hosted account, it still continues to be forwarded to my gmail.
How can this be disabled?

Typically, to undo something, you simply do the reverse of what you initially did...but, I can't tell at all from your post what you actually did, so it's rather hard to give specific answers. Instead, refer:

You cannot disable this function, without changing the javascript code. Please refer to the "webmail customization guide" for all the guidance that I'm able to offer you.

Hey apple, why don't you just fix your email forwarding?

There is a lot of problems described in this comunity about icloud email forwarding.
Personally I, spent a lot of time to make this fa***g email forwarding work. But it doesn't work.
I started yesterday, but only today morning I got an email from apple that it is enabled. But it doesn't work.
If it is not work properly - just disable it and people won't spend a lot time wondering it is work or not.
Also, I have tried to setup google POP3 "Check mail from other accounts" , but icloud mail doesn't support POP3 protocol.
So, apple, why don't you just fix your email forwarding? or disable it forever?

I had this working under iOS4 but it seems to have disappeared when I upgraded to iOS5.

Welcome to the forum, NicoleYM. I don't think the Touch Mail has as many options as the Mac Mail app. However, you could set a standard signature. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Signature. There you can type a reply address and hope people see it.
Alternatively, you can go to your GMail account in your web browser and click on Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP. There you will have an option to forward all emails (or only some, if you set up a filter) to your other address.

Does anyone know of an ap that will auto call forward all voice calls from my iphone4 to a different number (office) at set times each day? IE - i want my business iphone to automatically call forward at 0830am weekdays and cancel the call forward at 6pm

There are no apps to do what you want, that's why you can't find any. No app would have access to the necessary API's to do this, thus only Apple could implement such. You can suggest such to Apple here:

Another suggestion is to look at Google Voice. I don't know if it offers these specific features or not, but it is highly customizable.

How to change DNS zone, or how to host email outside of BC

I have BC from Creative Cloud Suite, so I have the cheapest possible plan for BC. Meaning I don't get any email hosting. So I was looking to host email outside of BC. I looked it up on google to see if it could be done (I'm really new with all this hosting stuff!), and I found that if you change the DNS zone and MX records to certain things you could. I had to delete the MX record I had set up prior to finding out BC won't host my email, and I went to set up an Advance DNS Records.. But I'm not sure what to do! There's a lot of information I'm not sure about, and I don't know what goes where!
I'd like to have godaddy host my email, and what I found is that I need to change my DNS zone to: mailstore1.secureserver.net and change MX records to 0 smtp.secureserver.net 10 mailstore1.secureserver.net
I may end up finding somewhere else to host email at a later point, but right now I just want to try to figure out how to do this so I'll be able to in the future. Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you

All you need to do is go to Admin > Site Settings > Site Domains and activate your new domain. You’ll have to enter an MX record for e-mail to be setup, which will be provided by godaddy.

Email Forwarding with GMail

Hi folks,
I have my own email address, lets say called "[email protected]" and use email forwarding via a Gmail account, called "[email protected]", but when my email is returned, it says from "Me" <[email protected]>, which is annoying, is there anyway to get it to say "Me" <[email protected]> instead of the gmail address??
I have moved away from Entourage and am now using Apples Mail application.

No. Although you could migrate your mail to iCloud via IMAP, iCloud does not support sending emails from your own domain - only iCloud's own @me.com and @mac.com addresses can be used.

I was a dolt and tried to email 8 photos (actual size) from my iPhone 4S and now my phone has been "working" trying to send for four days. Verizon has texted me that all my data for monthly plan is now used up and I am not able to "cancel" send for the message. Does anyone know how to cancel an email that is being sent?

Put your phone in Airplane mode, go to the mail app & see if you can delete the stuck mail now. If not, while still in Airplane mode, send yourself an email, it will go to the outbox, see if you can now delete both.

Hosting Email for Clients

We are looking to start hosting email for our clients and need to find out more on the capabilities of Mac Server to fulfill that role. Can a single Mail server (Snow Leopard) accomplish this?

I believe there are also some cyrus portions, with regards to authentication.
The Serer Admin application does let you setup a basic mail server with pop and imap too. But you'll want to customize your configs, and that requires editing text config files.

Welcome to the Apple community Jack.
If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple IDand that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

EPrint does not work with Google Apps for Business (hosted email)

I have looked up numerous posts, from back into 2011 even, and HP still has not resolved this.
HP's ePrint does not work with companies using Google Apps for Business (hosted email).
Our emails come from our domain, but from the servers/DNS of Google, so we wind up getting
the "550 5.7.1 Command Rehected" error.
This is a major issue as more and more companies (especially small business owners) are moving away
from having in-house/Exchange servers, and they are moving toward hosted systems.
You really need to find a way to stop rejecting emails coming from Google Apps hosted email.
It's been around 4 years now (looking at previous posts). Why hasn't HP found a resolution to this yet?

Moving a KMS Server and Disabling KMS host caching

I am moving my KMS server from a 2003 server to a 2012 R2 server. I have KMS installed on the new server, the host keys installed, and I have forced several clients to check in to the new server to reach the activation limits. Here are my questions.
At one point (thru a vbs script) we forced quite a few clients to check into the old server. Now we want to make sure all clients check into the new server. Since the clients have cached the old KMS host (some forced and some thru auto discovery), will
disabling KMS host caching on the old server and removing the DNS record force all clients to contact the new server? If not, what is the best way to accomplish this?

KMSclients which are configured for default auto-discovery, will re-discover via DNS in the event that they cannot contact the cached or discovered KMShost.
You could also consider adjusting the priority of the DNS records for OLDhost vs. NEWhost, such that the NEWhost has a higher priority. You might also consider disabling DNS auto-publishing for the OLDhost, and then delete the DNS RR for OLDhost.
For those clients which were "forced", if the OLDhost is statically configured in those clients, you'll need to reconfigure those clients, either back to auto-discover or statically repoint to NEWhost (whichever you prefer)
KMS host caching is different to statically configuring clients.
KMS host caching is intended to avoid excessive DNS queries, i.e. the client will cache the host name and only issue a query is that cached host is uncontactable.
A static configuration of the hostname, at the client, completely bypasses/disables the DNSlookup/discovery.

PowerShell Script to Create a Contact Card and Enable Email Forwarding

Can anyone help with creating a powershell script to create a contact card and set email forwarding at the sametime?
I'm looking to import a list of 200 users via a text or csv file, create the contact card with first name, middle initial if one exists, last name, (no alias) and put the contact card in the following OU "DIS###" in the a.b.c.com domain as well
as enable forwarding to @mail.com.
I've been able to create a script to enable mail forwarding but it doesn't help me without a contact card. I hate to put this upon anyone, but my ps scripting and Exchange knowledge is still in it's infant stage and I need get this done post haste

For the mail forwarding:
I currently have a csv file with two columns -- one named displayname and the next call mailaddress. Under the displayname column I have the users account name (first.mi.last -- middle initial if they have one) and under mailaddress i have @mail.com.
script:
Import-CSV C:\setmailforwarding\mailforwarding.csv | foreach-Object{Get-Mailbox $_.displayname | set-Mailbox -forwardingAddress $_.mailaddress}
The above script should work if the contact card has been created. Obviously I need to create the card first.
I don't have a script to set up the contact card as of yet -- I was hoping to get some help on that.
