Disable welcome screen in itunes

Hello,
this issue may sound stupid but I cannot figure out to solve it.
I have installed iTunes (11.2.0.115) using several MSIs (not the EXE file but the content of it). Now when I start iTunes for the first time I get a "Welcome" screen message asking me to either 'share' my mediathek information or not. I do not want to have that screen. I just want to have it standardly not to share any information.
I tried to use Parental Controls flag (assuming that it might be

added in iTunes 10.2
but this did not help (put it into "AdminFlags" under "HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Apple Computer, Inc.\iTunes\Parental Controls Default". At least "AdminFlags" itself seems to work as I do not get any "UserFlags" in HCU as I "locked" AdminFlags).
Does anyone now how to automatically "answer" that question during the start (or better during the implementation) of the software?
I tried to find an answer here but using "disable welcome screen itunes" did not help.

OK, I'm just pointing you to where the registry key and entry should be placed. It's a FeatureLockdown entry so "By Design", it's not there by default, so you have to create it manually.
1. Shut down Acrobat
2. Copy and past the italicized bold text below into notepad file and save it with a *.reg file extension.

I am quite sure the Fingerprint scanner software has caused this to your notebook.
Start the fingerprint software on your notebook and uncheck an option that says something like this:
"Replace Windows logon with fingerprint-protected logon"
I do not own a notebook with fingerprint software, so I am not quite sure of the name of this security tool. it might be something like "Protector Suite QL" which should also show as an icon in the systray. "Start Control Center", "Settings", "System Settings", "Enable Fast User Switching Support" should be the correct procedure to go.
Once you have done this, your notebook should start normally

I got his util though it is hard coded for the default C drive install and I couldn't use it. But the answer is even simpler:
For the welcome screen, run <install dir>/Adobe Premiere Elements 8.0.exe
To skip the welcome screen, run <install dir>/Adobe Premiere Elements.exe

How do you disable the welcome screen in Illustrator CC 2014?

I had this problem with both Photoshop and Illustrator. After several tries, I spoke with someone in Adobe tech Support who said it was a KNOWN ISSUE with the welcome screen and then took control of my computer, removed some files and now everything is fine. You have to talk to two different department, one for Illustrator and one for Photoshop for the fix. 6 phone calls and a total of about that many hours dealing with this BS. Epic, epic fail, Adobe.
The one thing I know for sure now, the Adobe staffers who work on these forums don't know what they're talking about.

This is what worked for me!!!!!
Close iTunes.
With Windows Explorer go to View in the top menu and allow Hidden Files.
Navigate to:
C:\Users\[which ever user is you]\Appdata\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
Delete all files in this directory.
Start iTunes and see the Welcome Screen for hopefully the last time!
I am not an expert. This was a stab in the dark based on the Mac ByHosts solution and it just happened to work for me. Give it a try and let me know if it works.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

This may seem like a simple question but every time I attempt to access my iCloud account, I get the Welcome screen asking me if I want to activate Find Your device (whatever device I'm using) and if I want to activate Find my Friends (NO) etc. Half the time I don't even know what the correct address is for iPad and get all kinds of other websites and I just give up. Where are you trying to access your iCloud account, and from what device?
If you are trying to access your iCloud account at http://www.icloud.com/ from an iOS device, you can't. The iCloud.com website is not designed to be accessed from iOS devices - access it on your Mac.
Your Time Machine and WD external backups and Carbon Copy backups are nothing to do with iCloud, so I don't know what you think accessing iCloud will achieve in your situation anyay.

I have not seen your error in either my IE or my chrome. I do note that you are using a "strict" Document Type Declaration.
You might try a transitional DTD, which should be more forgiving than the strict:

Seems to be ITunes can not store the settings after closing.

Disable Win 7 Welcome Screen

Looking to disable the Welcome screen on a WORKGROUP Win 7 Pro 64 SP1 such that it acts just like one would if joined to a Domain: Shows last user that logged in, but does not show all other accounts on the PC. You gotta hit the Switch User -> Other
User buttons then type the account name in.
I know this has been asked before, but the threads I see on it have the answer marked as "not possible". I would think if this was impossible to do, then joining to a Domain shouldn't work like this, yes? There must be registry settings
somewhere that flip to allow it.

I think I misunderstood something in the previous reply, I did more test and find the registry trick, please modify as below:
Please open registry editor, navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
under "ProfileList", create a new key ".default", then restart your pc, then you will achieve your goal.
After choosing switch user, you will be prompted a screen like this

The wireless G adapter is disabling the welcome screen in XP, is there a repair for this?

Try uninstalling the adapter. Do not use the liksys wlan utility. Just install the drivers for your adapter and use the built-in Windows wireless utility. Hope that helps.
