Disabled apple id apple can't re-enabling

hello guys
my apple id disabled and i read all guide in apple support communities
and contact to apple support with mail but my problem not solved at end apple support say me call to security team
i called to security team and after them ask me all information like security questions and device serial number and temporary ping support reset my security question  and say me this fix after sign-out and signing and set again security question
i do this with call to apple security team in 2 time but my problem exist!
i think apple support work like robot and he can't understand what i want!
please help me i need to use my phone

Hi tried the various options but ended up deleting the apps associated with the old Appleid and then accessing them from the App Store and reloading. They automatically asked for the new Appleid and password.

    Yeah, you can't do anything with this in 3.1.
    You might want to look for safari.plist files and move them to the desktop to see if that's stored in a settings file.
    I guess you could also test by creating a new user account.
    If it doesn't show up there either, it may be a pref in the /Library or /System/Library.

    That won't help. You need to contact iTunes support so they can re-enable your account. They only work via email or live chat: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

    My AppleID was disabled for security reasons. I am told I need to change my password on iForgot.
    But my AppleID is set up with an Apple email (@me.com) - so I can't get a replacement email sent to my address because that is disabled too, and when I put in my date of birth it says it wrong.
    THE most important thing to me out of all of this is my email, I work freelance and I've had this email for many years, since being a MobileMe customer
    So if anyone has anything that could help me get access to my email it would be great.
    Apple can't change my password or change my email / security questons due to 'security reasons'

    I am having the same problem as you.  I can use my appleID to log in to this forum or iCloud, but I can not use it to download apps or update apps I have.  I have reset my password 7 times over the past few weeks, it never helps.  Clearly the problem is not actually my password, but some compatibility problem between iOS5, Lion, iCloud, and iTunes.  Too many products rolled out at the same time, without proper attention payed to compatibility.  It is getting quite frustrating.  I'm waiting on the miracle update that will actually fix it...please soon!

  • HT2589 When I try to download an update from the apple store it says my ID has been disabled.  But I can log into my apple acct. with that ID with no problem.

    The APP Store shows I have 2 updates.  When I enter my ID it says that it has been disabled.  Yet, I can log into my apple acct. with no problem.

    I'm having a similar problem. It's maddening. My account was shut down after someone in China hacked it and bought a bunch of stuff in some application. The credit has since been applied by Apple, and after changing my password at least three times since the credit was applied, I have not been able to use my account. I've emailed customer support three times about it.
    I now have a Macbook Pro i5, Macbook Pro i7, iPad1, iPad2, iPhone 3G, and iPhone 4s that cannot source new content. I'm far from impressed with this entire interaction. The fraud was caused by a game in China from an account based in the US. HELLO APPLE, THAT JUST SCREAMS FRAUD. STOP IT.
    I'm very upset right now, and seriously considering going Galt, and trading my iPhone 4s in for an Android device.

    By not allowing enough time to reset, do you mean you have tried a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignoring the red slider?  If so, are you able to power down just using the power button?  Does it then restart on its own?
    If you cannot get it to reboot, stay powered down, take it to an Apple store genius bar and have the technicians test it to see what is wrong...that is most likely a hardware issue.

    Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.
